Hotel 18 Keys stay was excellent overall, the staff was extremely polite and kind.. I had asked if they can accommodate to serve breakfast at 7am as I had to catch a flight, a good attempt was made by management but unfortunately they could not arrange till 7.15am and I had to skip it. I do appreciate the effort made bit would have got 5 stars if they had managed to serve as well. Best: 1. Spacious rooms and clean 2. The working table and chair is super good if you spend time working on laptops 3. Must say the pillows and beds were really good and nice. 4. The bathroom accessories and cleanliness was good 5. Mini Fridge is a value add 6. Courteious staff Not so good: 1. One of the towels had stains and also stain on comforter. Attention to details should have been made 2. Approach road and soundings were not so great and clean. if you take cabs then it's fine. 3. No iron box ask board

One of the best budgeted hotel near ISBT Bhopal and probably the 2nd best hotel in the area. Rooms are spacious and best thing is the clean & hygiene ambience. Well maintained. Great supportive staff. Paneer Tikka Sandwich was awesome. Food taste requires improvement as well as buffet breakfast variety was limited. Only one thing I would like hotel to improve at the earliest is the drinking water management facility. 1 litre Bisleri is complimentary for entire day, & extra is chargeable and that too at double the cost. Rs. 40/- + Taxes for a litre is surely not the best idea. Location

Hi, I stayed here for 4 days during my examination in Bhopal with my family. I booked the royal luxury room. The room is filled with basic amenities. The bathroom is clean with toiletries. Breakfast spread is good. The timing of the breakfast 7:30 am but the buffet gets ready around 8:15am which is quite late.They should re consider it and manage things on time. The hospitality is outstanding. Staff's are kind. It is definitely a four star hotel with exemplary service.

its a good budget hotel near ISBT. food quality is good and decent options in breakfast. Wi-Fi service is poor, was getting only 28 Mbps. stay, comfort, taste if food and staff gesture. location is near to ISBT bus stand and well connected. It's a newly built hotel with all require modern amenities. Hotel is having cafe and restaurant.

1st review I'm writing... but having been staying only at premium hotels, I feel they are overrated... 18keys was very high on cleanliness and service.. really great 👍 Would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in bhopal. Location too is an added bonus

Ultimate new property with all basic amenities, spacious & clean rooms, delicious food. Centrally located, staff is helpful. good for business travellers and family also. safe and approachable location. Bhopal needed such hotels.

Stayed in royal luxury for 3 nights. This hotel is excellent in every aspect whether it is safety, staff behaviour, cleanliness, prompt room services etc . I strongly recommend this hotel.

Great stay and service. The property is located near ISBT bhopal, MP nagar. Much peaceful location than MP nagar zone 1 and zone 2 areas that are too congested with heavy traffic.

Had a comfortable stay. Friendly service. Well maintained room ; clean and cosy. Though close to ISBT not much of noise. May be a little away from the main attractions of Bhopal

Nice ambience, courteous staff, clean room and linen. I checked in at midnight and the staff had the same smile. Special appreciation to all the staff who are prompt.
