We stayed for two nights one at the Burmese villa and one at their standard suite. Both the rooms come equipped with all the necessary things you would expect from the amount you pay for any of the rooms. However, one needs to ensure before the booking that your room has been thoroughly checked to ensure jacuzzi, hot water, the tv etc is working. Also the extension numbers were missing and we kept guess calling to reach the services we needed. Also, since this is a huge property, expect your room service to be really slow and order your food etc well in advance because it takes about an hour for each order. They have scanners at the security gate and take away any liquor you bring. In case you still want to try, try to sneak it somewhere in the car or some luggage bag you think won't need a check. Lastly, given all the grievances, this is a beautiful property to stay at and the place does make you have a real personal vacation if you hope for one. Utkarsh from the front office is the most helpful person you will find to solve any of your issues. Highly resourcesful and courteous. A rating of four instead of a three i planned is only because of utkarsh. Hope to visit soon. Done.

Due to rain and extreme fog we reached a little late by 3pm and followed in the check in procedures they made us wait for 30 mins in the lobby, at last we went up to them and asked for keys which was quickly given but adding onto it, security person told us to wait another 10-15 mins as guide isn't available to take us to room. After being irritated by it we asked him to explain the way to our driver as our room was 4kms away from the main reception area! By 4pm we reached our room, and for lunch we had to again go the food court (1.5kms) or nearby Lake view restaurant (2.3kms approx) By the time lunch was done it was already 5:30! For next day morning breakfast after calling 3 times to the reception for vehicle pick up, they didn't showed up and we had to go walking for another 1/1.5km to reach out at our vehicle. But no doubt, weather was superb, food was delicious but expensive! Though you cannot see whole of the Aamby valley in a day, at least 3-4 days are required to have a look on all over the place! The romantic weather 😍

1402-1602 We had been planning to visit Aamby Valley for quite some time now & finally when we got a good deal we just grabbed it. Vday+Bday it was.the location & roads inside of Aamby Valley is well kept & well maintained. we didn't quite like the first room they gave us but they were quick to change it for us. Breakfast spread is good but not many options for food, everything is way way too expensive. Given the fact the location is far from city limits one does not think of going out too & feels stuck. They should atleast think of having a fuel pump inside Aamby Valley or some place close by. Special mention for Yogesh & Tushar at the Woodpecker Restaurant & another guy at the Stable who were the only ones who seemed to be really human. I thank them for their hospitality & service. The monkey's during the day were a pleasant surprise. All in all it was a pleasant 2N stay. Thank You for the memories.

Among all the feedback i would first like to thank Mr Uttkarsh for he was helpful as noticed .when i spoke to him and interacted, He did things which has left a mark and would appreciate it alot whenever i think back  We liked the whole plot ,property, luxury appeal with cottages  We had a idea before coming there and before deciding to choose Amby Valley to stay for a occassion to celebrate my Moms birthday as compared to other properties with cottages , that the facilities there would be given to use atleast once included in our stay and if a second time we needed to use any facility ,we could pay.But unfortunately   everything was asked and said chargeable  Since we pay a premium expected that all facilities could be given to use once so we experience the hospitality too ..whether it was boating, spa and buffet could be made for a special offer for us ,etc .

Amber Valley is a huge property with multiple stay options to choose from 1. Supreme Cottage standard room2. Spanish Cottage luxurious tent with ample open space around 3. Aussie cottage wooden huts with a balcony surrounded by trees and mountain4. Aussie suite VIP bungalowEach stay type has its own restaurant. There are lots of things to explore on the property like a fountain show, go-karting, para-motor ride, and tiger/lion point on 30mins drive. the property also has two lakes and one river bridge in case you want to spend the evening near the water.Overall good relaxing secluded place. Ideal for family and friends Room service and bar are overpriced equivalents to a 5-star hotel. However, the food is decent and yummy. They don't allow liquor so find your own way ;)

    • Deshnidhi Gupta

The place is nice for one time visit. specially in monsoons. However the food and amusement rides / activities are overpriced as the guest has no other option. Further note that on heavy rush days (long weekends) the management is interested in bulk booking of rides hence if you are traveling as single family or group of two families they are least interested in providing you aqua bus ride or water safari and this is the worst part of their service gesture which we felt. Breakfast was just normal and the property requires maintenance. Now there are several similar options like Aamby Valley available in India at half price and better service.

The view is really beautiful and the money is worth the view.I opted for supreme cottages which were very basic but the view was really beautiful. If you need peace and silence from everyday busy life this is the right place. The breakfast was ok ok I didn't like it much. The adventure sports offered are chargeable and a bit expensive but according to location it is worth it. The only thing I had problem with was they kept me waiting at entry gate as they could not find my name as same happened at the reception but after saying her that I faced same problem she suddenly saw it. The staff at the reception was not good she did it very slow.

Location - Avant Garde Hospitality - Blue-Chip Suites - Couple notches above the rest Experience - Par Excellence Cost Effectiveness - Expensive for F&B Inroom dining should be given some more importance in terms of options and variety(b sheer nitpicking)...they quiet make it up with the property location and rooms along with their service(from thier extremely well-behaved shuttle-cart drivers to thier buttlers and securities all are ready to help) Overall, an oasis amidst the city chaos. Thanks to the front desk associates team for thier overtly attentiveness and kindbeing. Best and Godspeed!

    • Nilesh Makheja

I am so glad to visit such a beautiful place with the love of my life. Staff and facilities at this place is above next level. The entire staff and thier hospitality is to appreaciate above. i will definately keep on visiting this place... My only suggestion is that they should lower their Maanuhar Restaurant's thali rates. Staff, their hoapitality, 24 x 7 car and driver available, our cottage, room service, cleenlyness , ambience, climate, facilities, food quality, pool area everything is superbb.. keep it up 😊😊

    • Ankita Sancheti

Natural beauty is at its best. It's over over expensive. For cricket bat & foot ball they were asking Rs.2000 rent. I mean seriously??? This was not it, for simple ride, it was Rs.1100. So get your car, get your sports things ready with you, you would definitely enjoy there. Even food is quite expensive but quality was good. IMPORTANT thing there is no proper management of things. Lots of rush so they are always busy to help you on time. It took them an hour for check in and same for check out.

Aamby valley City is a scenic and closure to nature experience. Has various activities and view points to do. I will rate it 5/5.With regards to service, starting from Reception (Check-in and Check-out) is mis-managed, takes lot of time and no complete guidance provided to customers. I give it 2/5.Inside room the basic amenities has to be requested to house keeping otherwise they won't provide. Some taps, drainage had an issue. Hence I give it 3/5.Overall experience 4/5.

    • Abhishek Kumar

excellent place to stay, slight expensive and better guidance required. an app based service with clear guided tour and transparent rates in various rides services will be helpful. superb location good staff, it has nice golf course, cricket ground and good places to spend time in evening if in weekend. ideal for family and friends outing and marriage destination.once every one should visit. this is the best place I liked in lonavala .will come back again.

great weather. however when I visited it was raining so hotel services like buggies were a little slow. also food was great and a new restaurant has opened up recently which a must visit. water sports remains open and a highlight of our trip.wave pool and the swimming pool were also great attraction. However the timings of the pool vary depending on the people you ask. we were told 9pm at the reception.once we reached the pool they claimed it was 830.

Overall the infrastructure is beautiful, staff are friendly and helpful and it has a great scenic beauty. Room was also very good and spacious. The hospitality was extremely good. Also, goibibo made the booking process very simple and fast for us. Thanks Goibibo and Aamby valley.

I recently stayed with my huband in the Aamby Valley resort. It was a very pleasant stay. We had booked a Spanish cottage, but were upgraded to an Aussie Cottage. The room was beautiful with wooden finish. The room was quiet clean. The balcony had a lovely view. We were worried if we would regret staying there, but I must say the property is beautiful and worth it. The food is pretty expensive though.

    • Khan Wajid

Aamby Valley City was good but there was a problem . Every thing was char gable there, its a big hotel and very costly, food was very costly. Its not affordable for middle class people. Service was nice. I do not had my food there because of cost. Location was really good its easy to access. Amenities and all perfect. Hotel was very neat and clean.

    • Nameet Dokare

The ambience and hygiene is amazing, it's a huge property, so I would suggest atleast spending 2 nights at the property. Food at all restaurants is amazing, expensive (obviously bcos it's 5 star standard) but it's absolutely worth every penny. Overall experience was amazing. No regrets or issues at all. Would definitely like to go there again.

    • Nikita Desai

It was a perfect getaway. slightly over priced but the services make it up. Make sure you check the activity costs before riding seemed over priced. Rest was good. Also...the rooms can be more improvised..the aussie suits. while the royal suits are far from the main area. Many activities to keep a good time and engagement.
