Anantya Resorts 90 minutes from Kanyakumari

The best way to spend your weekend calmly. as soon as we (group of friends ) entered the reception they received us with welcome drinks and the checkin procedure was very smooth. they expained all the facilities available within the resort and timings to follow. we thorougly enjoyed our stay there, will come soon pros: 1. each cottage has its own view to the lake 2. wifi and amenities given in the room were good 3. People working there are always ready to help 4.Food quality and quantity both are good 5. Indoor outdoor games Cons 1. there are no public transportation available to this resort, so U have to have a better mode of transport (own vehicle /rented) 2 .No mobile networks , eventhough u can rely on the reception guys it will be tough without your mobile network 3. restaurant is bit costlier as there are no hotels nearby your hands will be tied to their resort.

e were planning to take a break and wanted a place near by Trivandrum and we chose this place. The place is superb and very beautiful. The facilities provided were excellent and front desk staff was very helpful. They explained the various facilities available, restaurant timings, pool timings, outdoor activities, things to do etc etc. Bicycles are provided for easy commutation inside the resort and it was nice. The swimming pool was also good. The restaurant service was not up to the mark and needs improvement. They serve only buffet lunch & dinner and it is expensive. They need to have atleast some very basic items which we can order and have. The place is remote and no much alternatives for shops/food etc. So better pack everything which you would require. But the natural beauty & scenic views are breathtaking.

Resort is itself a memorable place for us. Freindly environment with local delicacies. Food quality and taste is mouthwatering. Chef is d best will remember him always since he made the delicious browny for 11th month bday of our baby. Room service very prompt n good. Chakra cottages with lake view sceneric beauty. Lovely location in its original form ......... nature everywhere.infinity Swimming pool, garden, rubber plantation bestest part. Warmth was felt while coming n leaving resort. Best for everyone whether couple or family. Kids vl love d place....... large place to play, bicycle rides, games arena, love birds, rabbits etc...... really worth for enjoying holidays so just relax......and chill at Anantya.....

We stayed at a Veda Jacuzzi villa. Besides the fact that the Jacuzzi kept getting filled with dry leaves and burnt particles carried by the air, we managed to get it as clean as possible before having fun in it. My 18 month old daughter had so much fun in it! The cottage was comfortable and the bathroom setting is very ambient. At SWAD, the restaurant, we were served well and the buffets were good. We had a dip in the public swimming pool too. The view is just heavenly from there. I noticed that at some places like where the jacuzzi was, the wood work is crumbling away. This should be looked at before it can cause injury especially to kids. We're definitely coming back.

We had an out of the world experience at this property. Superb location, very well-maintained property, great amenities...everything world class ! In short, this was one of the best stays throughout our Kerala trip that included Kanyakumari. The location of Anantya Resorts 90 minutes from Kanyakumari is more than an hour distance from Kanyakumari. You better let your driver talk with the reception of Anantya Resorts 90 minutes from Kanyakumari for directions in the beginning. On the way, you may not have cell phone/gps signal for accessing maps. One suggestion: Spend at least a day if you are staying at this property to enjoy it fully.

By far the best resort-experience I have ever had. The resort is located on the banks of the picturesque Chittar lake. The view from the rooms is absolutely stunning. The rooms are tastefully decorated and quite unique. The pool is beautiful and the restaurant serves up wonderful food. The staff are extremely courteous and looking out for your comfort all time. Manager of Operations, Mr.Arun had multiple surprises waiting for us on account of our wedding anniversary. I can happily say that our anniversary was made as special as our actual wedding day. Also, a special mention to the restaurant staff, the chef, and the poolside staff.

Located at the banks of Chittar Lake, surrounded by mountains....is an ideal place for a resort. The peace you experience, sitting in front of your villa, gazing at the waves on the lake, is beyond words. We were fortunate to enjoy a cool breeze all through out the day. The common amenities are well maintained. The ambiance of the restaurant especially in the evening is excellent. Children had an excellent day out with cycling, and other games, they thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The food is nice, but slightly on the costlier side. The staff were cordial and helpful. Now looking forward to stay in their pool villa.

One of the best resorts I've been to. Excellent service.. Appreciate all the staff members who have been always helpful. The resort is designed well. I was staying in chakra which was spacious. You would wake up to a brilliant view of the dam water from the front patio, yoga/meditation room, well maintained bathrooms with bath tub etc. Food was absolutely fantastic. The infinite pool adds on the awesome feeling at the resort. The only thing I would point out is that this resort is not 1 HR from Kanyakumari it's almost 2 hrs out, but honestly that should not stop anyone from spending a day or two here.

Extremely happy with the stay. Staffs are very hospitable. Room servicing is timely. Food is awesome and tasty. Breakfast buffet which was complimentary had many varieties and tasted too good. Staffs were friendly. The entire property is maintained really well. I would definitely visit again We loved the friendly staffs. There are wide range of indoor and outdoor activities the resort is offering and also mostly free of charges. They also did a complimentary decoration for my husband's birthday. I am totally happy with this visit and would love to come back again to this paradise

The property is large enough and is surrounded 3/4th by the Chittar lake. Hence ALL accommodations have their private lake shore to themselves. Hence you can choose one for your budget. We were upgraded to the pool villa(Sadhana) for a day and the Jacuzzi villa(Veda) for another. This was a nice gesture from the resort, I must say. The accommodations are nicely done up with all that you would need. The Jacuzzi worked as it should and the pool villas were lavish. There will be no shortage of space in your villa as you can relax and spend time by the patio facing the lake.

Humble and helpful staff. Had asked them to decorate our room with flowers, it was the best one we had ever seen. The place is very beautiful and our stay was amazing..... . Food was super tasty and delicious. .... Would recommend every one to stay in Anantya Resort at least once in their life time....  was amazing, showed us all the tourist places around. If you are in Kuzhithurai or Nagercoil or Kanyakumari, just give him a call. He will be there in his Innova to pick you. Thanks & regards - Archit Haran

A must watch place with all the greenery and lake around. The sadhana pool was too good for couples who need privacy since it has a private pool. The maintenance was little less than what I had expected but they were very responsive and rectified the problems at the earliest. Early morning one can see the sunrise. If you are fond of seeing sun rise, book the rooms under chakra cottage. They would give you the perfect view. Overall, a leisurely place once should not miss.

It's a beautiful place, good one to relax and have some good time with your family. they have ample space to play cricket, volley ball, basket ball and badminton also tiny library to read, indoor games such as carom, chess and pallanguli to enjoy the times. Big swimming pool but less maintained since the floor was bit slippery Inside. States at Siddhi villa with my spouse and two kids. Big room with outdoor shower and a sit out facing the lake.

Perfect location by the lakeside. Far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The right place to relax and unwind. Villas and surroundings are clean and beautiful. Perfect privacy. Ample amount of amenities are available and can be used as per our own convenience. Slightly overpriced. Good service quality and polite staff. We booked a veda jacuzzi villa. Unfortunately the controls on the jacuzzi tub were not working

Resort is located in Kerala border. Be ready for few terrain driving. we went on September last week and climate is pleasant with some drizzling. We booked chakra cottage and room no 106 is given which does not have bathtub. Next day we were shifted room no 101 which is very good and it is having bathtub. Breakfast is neat and good. Their restaurant is too much costlier. Overall stay is pleasant . Staffs are good.

Just thought for a moment 'Is this heaven, Is this real!'. The picture perfect destination for a romantic vacation. Recommended for honeymooners or to couple who want to discover each other all over again. Serene, Romantic, Enchanting. Ideal for a serene vacation where you just want to laze around, fall in love with your partner all over again and never want to come back. Awesome destination. A must go.

Beautiful place. nice ambience. neat and well maintained property. Restaurant service was great. tasty food. really enjoyed. highly recommended. the only concern is mobile network .only bsnl and jio has proper network. Doesn't mean that no range at all for other network. but with fluctuations. Wi-Fi is available. and they provided a phone with bsnl sim..

Though it is at a distance from kanyakumari and takes 1.45 hrs from sunset point but once you reach there a huge cottage is waiting for you with great interiors. Best resort near kanyakumari. They have only malayalam channel over tv that's a minus on which they should look into other than that everything was plus.

A lovely Resort away from the maddening crowd. Fully contained, Peaceful, Clean, Enjoyable, Very Courteous Staff and Excellent Food makes for a very memorable stay. A very friendly Manager, Sunil Kumar made it possible for my stay with Family a most pleasant experience which will be cherished for a long time.

The location is great and you will get refreshed with the morning breeze which is too good in December. The villa type was Veda and Siddhi and both was good. Only suggestion is to have a look at the pond infant of the villa which can be maintained better like other places in resorts ..
