Arctic Hills By Opulence

The staff were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was good. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport and then back again at the end of our stay. The Room was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Room is neat and clean. Staff is very polite and supportive. Well connected to main road. Parking space is available. Food quality and quantity is superb. No view from room's balcony but you can have few glimpse from roof top restaurant. Overall good stay for family, couple or solo.

Rooms are good with excellent location and parking facility however Arctic Hills By Opulence lacks proper washroom ventilation and also amenities in the room such as kettle and other basic amenities. Their could be little improvements done to make it much better place to live in

Hotel was good, clean room and bathroom, food average but there's one thing that they didn't provide a tissue roll till the time of checkout, which was not a big issue but it's also not good for hotel reputation. staff was very polite nd helpful. Everything was good.

The rooms are spacious and well cleaned with a very helping staff. The view and the food of rooftop restaurant of this hotel is good as well. Also it is near laxman jhula, so all the places are quite reachable from here. Overall a nice experience.

It was a wonderful experience staying here plus gave us extra time to stay after check out time as our flight got delayed.. wonderful staff courtesy and cooperation..will surely stay in another visit and recommend everyone to stay here once.

Location is very close to Lakshman Jhula , room was clean and spacious, bathroom was very spacious.. Food was too good .. overall the stay was excellent.. The behavior of the staff.. They were polite and very cooperative..
