Bhakti Sagar Hotel

I am giving a real true and unbiased opinion. I have paid for 2 nights, Just superb awesome splendid hotel to live a wonderful vacation in such a low price but in a great quality hotel. It's not like a hotel but a resort just beside sea beach. Sea is clearly visible from the balcony even in ground floor also. Fully furnished, very clean, superbly decorated, wonderful bathroom, but main king is the LLOYD AC which is just fabulous. Room is very comfortable and very spacious. Everyone must experience it once. Staff behaviour and room service is also superb. Location is superb just behind old digha bus stand petrol pump. I never thought that this kind of hotel I would get in such a great location in such low price. Thanks to goibibo. From now on each and every time I would always stay in this hotel whenever I visit digha unless they suddenly increase Bhakti Sagar Hotel price. Only one problem I faced that is the check out time which is 9.30 a.m . My bus timing was 01.10 p.m wbtc Volvo . After checking out I faced problems until I boarded my bus because there is no place to sit and spend time in this terrific very hot humid summer afternoon. Otherwise everything is just 100%.

Amezing Experience.... Beautiful Hotel... Excellent ambience...situated at the heart of Old Digha... easily accessible...Excellent view of sea from first floor rooms...I have booked this hotel thru Goibibo from 28th Octobe 2019 to 1st Nov. 2019...stayed at Room No. 203 (1st Floor)...room rent is ok...you can enjoy the Sea from your bed & balcony on the first floor rooms..very Clean room & Bathroom... All staffs are very helpful & cordial... specially the service boy / room boy named "Satya" is very much careable, codial & have very good behaviour...Bhakti Sagar Hotel has its own Dining Hall & cooking arrangements... Dining hall is clean & hygienic...very tasty & delicious food...you love it...I would strongly recommend this hotel to you all who will wants to come to digha for holiday...it's a very good family hotel... security arrangements is satisfactory...Myself & my family are very much satisfied to stayed this hotel...whenever I will go Digha... definitely will stay this Hotel...Thanks to Goibibo & Many Thanks to Bhakti Sagar Hotel Management & all the Staffs... I have traveled Digha with my mother from 30th April to 2nd May, 2022.Before booking hotel for staying, I have few criterias which Bhakti Sagar Hotel conveniently meets. I was searching for a hotel which is nearest to the sea beach.Bhakti Sagar hotel situated beside Old Digha Petrol pump where many of the buses halt & transportation facilities are easily available & it just a 2 min walking distance from old digha sea beach & the famous neheru market. The sea facing rooms are awesome to stay. Besides that Bhakti Sagar hotel has its own adjacent Restaurant where delicious Indian, Chinese foods are available at a reasonable price. There is room service available and the staffs are very cordial and hospitable. The main point which I admired most that this hotel is safe for stay as we were just 2 female traveling & we felt comfortable & safe throughout our staying at this hotel. I decided that whenever I will visit Digha again, I will find for room in this hotel & also recommend every traveller to check this out. Bhakti Sagar Hotel is just on the road beside indian oil petrol pump and opposite to Nehru Market.The overall stay was very nice .We booked sea view room.We can experience the view of the sea from our room's balcony only.The room was very clean and bathroom was too clean.The 2 main thing which i liked about Bhakti Sagar Hotel is :- 1.The food was excellent .They prepare only what you tell them according to the menu card provided in the room.They just cook before 1 or 2 hours of serving time and its very fresh and very tasty. 2. The most important thing is its a NO TIPS HOTEL .They do not ask you for tips anytime.Everywhere in Bhakti Sagar Hotel its written No Tips. The manager also told us that if anybody ask you for tips just dial 9 from the phone in the room. The only problem i faced is the phone was not working from the begining of our stay . This is the only problem we faced. One word excellent hotel to stay and enjoy the sea from the room and balcony itself. The stay was excellent and they serve us well as a guest without asking single thing.

we as women travellers felt safe and comfortable in Bhakti Sagar Hotel.This hotel is best for it's location just behind the petrol pump in old digha,50m from old digha sea beach by walking.In those peak time we got nice ac room of with side sea view in 1st floor.You can get the full sea view from 2nd floor which priced high.Ground floors are non ac rooms.Two ac cottage rooms are there with no sea view of .The rooms and the bathrooms are clean i must say.There was some issues with ac remote control and lock & key 🔐 of rooms in which we stayed,but manageable.A nice small childeren playing are is there.The manager was very nice and polite and helpful.Security was there all the night.One thing is the other staffs never bother to carry the luggages to room or provide any room services but surprisingly they were asking for tips at the time of our check out.The check in time is 11.30 a.m which should be early because as the check out time is 9.30 a.m ,too early.Overall a good budget stay during those rush time.security,family friendly,gentle manager

Hotel is very good for family and friends. My observations are below - 1. Cleanliness of Bhakti Sagar Hotel is noticable. the staff who are cleaning are well aware of their own job. 2. I was there with my 9 month son and they helped me a lot to prepare the baby's food with special care. 3. Views from Bhakti Sagar Hotel is as desired. Distance to the Sea beach is not too much. 4. Food quality is very good. They dropped mutton from their menu list after the "vagar kando" (mentioned by one staff). Foods are very lite for elderly people and child. Pomfret Fish and crab preparation was too good. We provided the raw fish and crab and with a minimum charges they cooked the items. 5. One of the staff have Auto. You can hire for the site seen an drop at Digha railway station. Overall very pleasant experience

Had a wonderful and delightful experience by staying at Bhakti Sagar Hotel...hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. Bhakti Sagar Hotel is located in the heart of old Digha and just by the side of old Digha beach. Rooms were nice, large and clean, good enough for a small family. Sea view is available from 1st floor of Bhakti Sagar Hotel. Food was delicious and excellent over here. However check on the availability of the item you want as few foods mentioned on menu may not be available. The room tariff is quite reasonable and not overly exaggerated. Market of old Digha is near to hotel. New Digha beach is at a distance from Bhakti Sagar Hotel and you will need transportation for that. The overall stay was quite satiating and shall recommend this hotel for it's homely ambience and prompt service.

Shree Bhakti Sagar Hotel in Digha is a very nice hotel. I had a pleasant and Comfortable stay there. This review is not biased. PROS.... 1) Location of Bhakti Sagar Hotel, Very near to old Digha sea beach and biswa Bangla park. 2) Easily Noticable as it's located just beside Indian Oil Petrol Pump. 3) Specious Rooms with balcony. 4) Familier staffs. 5) Clean and noise free ambiance. 6) Hygienic & reasonably priced foods. CONS.... 1) Restaurant has very limited options. 2) Staffs do not care about maintaining the time. Maybe that's because of they've limited staffs. 3) Food quality not so Tasty. Only concern of this hotel is their Restaurant, otherwise this is the best hotel in Old Digha for Families, Couples, Students, Parties. I'll rate this hotel 4 out of 5.

Love the location. You can see the Bay of Bengal from your room. It is just behind the Indian Oil Petrol Pump of Old Digha and also the opposite Nehru Market Old Digha. Nice, clean room. Staff behavior is very good and friendly. I went with my family. They have their own car parking. So, no problem if you have a car. It has two completely separate restaurants. One is completely vegetarian and one is for non-vegetarians. Foods are available at a reasonable price. I face only one problem. I was on the 2nd floor and the WIFI on the second floor is not working. I will request the management please fix that. Because I will love to visit the place again.

overall experience is mixed, BIG DRAWBACK IS NO LIFT/ELEVATOR in the property making it difficult for elderly persons, Partly sea facing rooms are not upto the mark, Bay of Bengal quite good, SEA CAN BE VIEWD COMPLETELY FROM THE ROOMs but can be better if some hangers/coat hooks are provided, Balcony lights should be dim light instead of ALWAYS ON Bright LEDs which can not be switched off from room. Parking space is for max 5/6 cars. Room services like morning Tea/Coffee etc are not available, if provided will do a lot good for the visitors. Big PLUS point is Sea Beach is just 2/3 minuts walk away from the property. Good, Quite and Simple

Bhakti sagar is the best hotel at old digha. The location is fantastic. Opposite Digha Nehru Market. Just 2 mins walking distance from beach. The sea view rooms of Bhakti Sagar Hotels have beautiful mesmerizing sea view and Biswa Bangla Park view. It will make your stay very very satisfying. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Hotel staffs specially Abhishek da and other people are very very helpful and well behaved. They provided me every support for my 9 months old baby. Overall I had a wonderful experience with Bhakti sagar. I recommend everyone to stay here. In a word Bhakti sagar is Amazing.

Great Location, sea view AC room at 1st floor is very nice, from your bed you can see view of sea and beach market. Room no 201 is one of the best , 2 windows is in that room with awesome sea view. Besides petrol pump. one of the best location in old dikha with reasonable price. Good service, all staff member are very cooperative. I am giving 4 star instead of 5 star only because of food quality and quantity compare to price. Electric switches and plug point in room are confusing. I recommend this hotel, booked online. I will stay in this hotel whenever I visit Digha. service and behavior of staff members.

Good Sea View hotel. We booked two non ac rooms and we were provided rooms in the ground floor. Sea was partially visible and rooms were very airy. Sea is just 1min walking from Bhakti Sagar Hotel. Bhakti sagar has a restaurant which provide different food items but our experience was average. Outside restaurants,food hotels, Nehru Market, Petrol pump, bus stand, toto stand, auto stand etc was also very near to Bhakti Sagar Hotel. Good hotel for family. Hotel restuarant has helped in preparing baby food like sooji etc at free of cost. We just provided them ingredients and they made it ready.

We had marvellous stay in Hotel Bhakti Sagar. Very good service and some excellent dining too. Behaviour of hotel staffs were very good. Location of Bhakti Sagar Hotel is excellent. The things I didn't like .... the bedsheet they provided was not only containing dirty spots it contained hole, and the second thing which was very annoying that they always keep the geyser connection off from their control room, every time you have to request them to switch it on form their side. Except those two things Bhakti Sagar is a VERY VERY GOOD HOTEL, behaviour of the staffs are Very Good. 🙂

One of the best place to stay in Old Digha. Beautiful AC Sea View rooms. one can clearly see the Old Digha Sea Beach Market from balcony. The rooms are very clean and organized. They have their own restaurant that serves quality foods at reasonable price. Room service is also available. Also, Bhakti Sagar Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room fare is also very reasonable as compared to the facilities and ambiance. Old Digha Sea beach and market is hardly 2 minutes walking distance. I would love visit Bhakti Sagar Hotel again with family and friends. Highly recommend.

Firstly, the location is amazing just beside the petrol pump old digha. w Check in and out was absolutely smooth. Staff were amazing and very courteous, service was very prompt. Room and bathroom were cleaned on daily basis but one bad side was they didn't changed the bed sheets and I wouldn't recommend the food there. But the sea view room at this hotel is worth staying. The ambience was absolutely family friendly, very close to old digha beach absolutely accessible to most of the restaurants yet it is situated in a very calm environment to enjoy your vacation

we stayed at Bhakti Sagar hotel for 2 nights this July. The Location of Bhakti Sagar Hotel is very good, opposite Digha market and beside Indian Oil petrol pump and Old Digha bus stand. Both side view is available from Bhakti Sagar Hotel, one side sea-view and Biswa Bangla Park and other side main road. we could see the Park and Sea from our room and balcony. Room was good. Restaurant service was good and food was tasty. All staff were well behaved and helpful. Total value for money. next time we will stay in this hotel. clean rooms and peaceful environment.

Nice Sea facing Hotel with good rooms along with a balcony. Great ambiance on balcony especially on the evening when the cold air comes from Bay of Bengal. A great hotel to stay with family and couples. Negativity of Bhakti Sagar Hotel :-Water that comes through the tap in the bathroom is too slow. For example; to fill a bucket it will take near about 15 mins to 20 mins. Staffs are very good and polite, Rooms and Floors are neat and clean. Budget friendly Hotel.I would rate it 5 stars if there was no water problem. All over enjoyed my stay with Bhakti Sagar😊

Wonderful location. All the stuffs were helpful and welcoming in nature. Most loved part is the location. Bhakti Sagar Hotel is situated just behind the Biswa Bangla Horse statue and entry from Main road just adjacent to Indian Oil Petrol Pump. Also the room was neat and clean. All amenities was present i.e. AC, Geyser, Room Service. Now the part that needs improvement as per my experience - 1. There should be a gate at the backside of Hotel, which is towards Sea. 2. Food quality needs to improved. Welcoming Nature of Stuffs and Safe environment.
