Bison River Resort Dandeli- 75kms from Hubli

The Awesome place to stay in the heaven of Birds! I'm a birdwatcher and went their in October. You can find plenty of birds in and around the resort. Apart from that they can arrange you a trip for a safari in the Dandeli-Anshi Tiger Reserve and also you can go to other places like Syntheri Rocks and Timber Depot for more birding. It's on the Banks of Kali river so you can seat on the banks whenever you wish too. The best thing is it's near to the roosting site of the malabar pied hornbills so you can see plenty of hornbills flying to the roosting site in the evening. For non-birders it's also a place to enjoy a lot. One can enjoy the adventure activites which are in the resort and also one can choose water activities like natural jacuzzi, boating, kayaking, swimming etc. The rain was not much so the rafting was closed, otherwise one can enjoy river rafting as well.

Jignesh (Manager at Bison River Resort Dandeli- 75kms from Hubli) was superb, he entertained all our silly requests and made sure we had a comfortable stay. I would have given 3 star to this property as rooms are not very good but overall experience was made better by Jignesh. Food quality was very good and staff was very nice. Good amount of activities which you can do, location is superb. Towel quality, room maintenance definitely needs an uplift.

Tranquility amidst nature. Its pretty far from the city and can be confusing to get there. But once you do you will surely enjoy the resort and its amenities. Rooms are spacious and the staff is courteous. One can enjoy the kayaking or river rafting provided by Bison River Resort Dandeli- 75kms from Hubli. The prices are reasonable. All in all a good weekend getaway.

The stay was peaceful and enjoyable with the nature at its best. The water sports are good. Food was average. There are no places to eat nearby. Better book accommodation along with meals, especially if you are getting online discounts. This place is too good naturally. Dont expect 3 star or 4 star level landscapes or facilities or services.

Bison River Resort Dandeli- 75kms from Hubli location is very good. Rooms are ok types not worth the money you pay. It's in the forest. Good for relaxation. The water rafting starts from hotel only. It is not always available depends on the water availability. Overall a nice experience if you book through Goibibo at discount price.

Wow, that was a very pleasant stay at Bison River Resort. Very apt for family stay and to relax for elders with lush green nature and river flowing just beside. The rates of taxi and activities are a bit high. The food timings are a bit late if you have small kids, but otherwise manageable because of very friendly restaurant guy.

Location is the best. Plenty of greenery around. River water flowing by. A perfect setup for a getaway. Multiple water activities available. We did rafting and kayaking. Rooms are clean. A balcony to sit and relax. Food was above average. Overall a bit pricey, but the experience compensates.

best for nature loving, location wise bison is best and the best among all other resort near by ganes gudi, if you get in reasonable price then it is best option for 3 day plan.internal transportation is costly there, so try to go for all meal plan.thank u goibibo for best rates.

Stay was good. Hotel is very nice. Service was perfect over there. I had my food over there and the food was nice. Regarding location hotel is located at there best place. Check in and check out are comfortable. Nice amenities and very clean property.

If you are in Dandeli, this is perhaps the best location to stay at . It is meticulously clean and has nature all around. During the day, the place is a hotspot for all water activities and during the evenings one can sit along the river and have beer!

my only grouse is the food very costly, it was a staggering 350 per meal. All other facilities were awesome and so was the coffee and bfast. id recommend this resort to any water sports loving person as they have lots of activities

The best place to stay. Individual cottages, scenic location and calmness here is wonderful. A sky watch by the river in night with the mighty flow of river to accompany will be awesome.

Location of the resort is very good and the activities are good, need to improve on food flexibility tasty food available, but costly. very good cottages and nice caring staff.

They go beyond businesses priorities to ensure their guests feel welcomed and are enjoying the stay. Rooms are not typical hotel types... You will feel different and at peace

Lovely place to stay , don't forget u r gng to stay in jungle so insects getting attracted to light n s common.River view is just wow. activities are also well managed.

Awesome activities.. Got super discount through Goibibo.. But they cost for small amount for activities if u book though Goibibo... Enjoyable stay..

Service, location, river rafting,river crossing and all the water games are fantastic. To reach Dandeli pls get offline map downloaded.

Nice location near river side with lot of water activities for all. Also cold being in nature. Saw hornbill and other birds.
