Hotel is very close to bus and rail stations. Amenities are basic. Renovation of rooms are going on. no lift. My room on third floor. Room is clean. No hangers to hang clothes neither in the room nor in bathroom. No restaurant in house. it's OK for a business trip or transit. small place.

Hotel City Palace has a great security service, staff is really friendly and helpful. rooms are maintained well enough to make it A star hotel. room service is on time. hotel is pretty cleaned and Room service is also good. the interior of Hotel City Palace is worth it.

I stayed in that hotel and its was best stay. Hotel people are very collaborate and very helpful. Regarding food its was delicious and hygienic. Hotel is located on a pleasant location . Amenities are also nice over there. Hotel is very neat and clean.

One of the worst hotel. Very poor service. Food quality was worst. Served pathetic food. There was no current in room for more than an hour but nobody was there to attend. Complimentory breakfast is even more worst. Only two items are not chargeable

Regularly cleaned AC rooms, friendly owners and staff, free breakfast (though it includes only one dish of choice and no drinks), free wifi , Good location (on main road, near railway station, with market, atm's and bank also nearby) = good hotel

This hotel is the best hotel in bhilwara....I really enjoyed the service of this hotel and the nature of staff is very nice and all r cooperative...I advice all to stay there at least one time...u will be come again that I promise

Very nice hotel also need and cleans room,staff is very cooperative... Restaurant facility is NOT AVILABLE but food is avilable as per requirements from outside Mirchi restaurants... All over good for business travelers...

I found everything up to the mark in this hotel. They provided a good service and hospitality. Location also is very nice and comfortable to reach. Hotel staff was warm well coming . Stay with this hotel was really good.

stayed thr for official trip.. rooms r spacious.. pillow cover n bed sheet was dirty whn i checked in, but same was changed immediately.. location is gud.. orders come late.. for the price i paid, its a good hotel..
