At what height the tree house is located from ground ? can someone share their experience in tree house?
dear Madm tree hut height - 50 feet review by guest By Sheetal Shah Nice Tree Huts to stay in, Views are great. Deluxe rooms are good for budget travellers.
I need exact location of this hotel from city. How far is the hotel from city?
Resort is 2 km away from Kalpetta .pic up arrangements can be done on request . Land mark - near kendriya vidyalaya
This is one perfect getaway from the daily hustles of life. We went here as a family of six and took 3 Cottages. The hosts were kind enough to upgrade all our cottages to Deluxe. We did not have much of a problem locating the place, even though its a bit interior and that's what makes this place special. Since it was the summer and the forests ranges were shut down and the other places were crowded and it sweltering hot to roam around much . When we came here, we dint wanna go anywhere else. To top it it was raining by the time we reached. It was a beautiful sight to live in the wooden cottages nestled in the forests. One minus point was that because of the rain they had voltage and power fluctuation. Hope they take care of that and I would suggest adding more lights in the pathway to the cottages as sometimes it can get too dark to make your way from one cottage to the other.
Pros 1.Ambience is very beautiful ,complete natural stay in the Coffee plantation goes with the name. 2.Staff is cooperative in providing everything. 3. we stayed at the tents, booked them through goibibo, its value for money. Tents are quite comfortable for max of 3 ppl/tent. Cons 1. Location is 2kms from the main road, so to catch a vehicle/to go to market you have to walk. Their jeep is available but it's costly. rs 500 drop charges to bus stand(2kms). 2. Only limited food is available. Though, they have managed well in providing all the things.but no nearby restaurant. 3. Be prepared for Mosquitos.
The location is amazing. The property is located on a hill side with thick plantation. The balcony of the room overlooks the trees and the coffee plants. The view is serene and beautiful. You can sit back and enjoy the rain or the cool wind blowing. Food is traditional and reasonable (max cost for an item is 200). The room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful. The TV connection is surprisingly amazing with ALL channels in HD.
Be there at least once in your lifetime if you want to live your life to the fullest. The nature is abundant . You live amidst silence except the chirping of birds. The staff are courteous. The managers Gere and Nithin are very helpful in all aspects. Don't miss Malabar chicken and Kerala fish curry if you are there. Chef Joseph is awesome. If you want to see all beautiful places go by your own car or go by taxi.
The place is extraordinarily beautiful, specially for adventure freaks like me and my husband... we couldn't have loved any place more. A cottage right in the midst of nature was a perfect place for us. Moreover the cottage was extremely clean, tidy and the staff were very courteous and helpful. All in all don't think on this place just go for it! I am sure you will love it.. if you love nature and adventure! :D
Last min of my travel I booked a deluxe room. The resort is just 10 mins away frm kalpeta bus stand. The ambience was very good.. The room condition was excellent . we were really happy with the facilities. Food was good too. The resort Manger Mr. Jerry helped us in arranging a Jeep to visit the local tourist spots. I would give 4.5/5 stars for the resort in all aspects..
Good and Well Maintained Resort. Its surrounded with trees and has a nice view from the balcony. had stayed in the tree hut and had a wonderful experience. recommend for families and couples. Food can be improved and basic amenities provided can be improved. apart from that its very good resort, go ahead and book without second thoughts, if you are a nature lover.
Feeling really sorry for not having option to give more than 5 rating. Hospitality of Jerry & Nikil in so good, cannot say any small issue. The food was excellent prepared by Chef Joseph. Jerry had arranged a Jeep for one day sightseeing around Kalpetta, the driver (forgot his name) was so helpful, could not ask anything more... Overall the stay was excellent.
i stayed in Coffee Acres from 4th May 2016 to 8th may 2016 though the climate is suppose to be hot it was raining for 3 days , the Kind of reception and hospitality provided by the staffs like Nitin,Jerry and Joseph is amazing , Coffee Acres is a wonderful place for those who really want to take rest and enjoy the climate with family .
It was an awesome stay. Coffee Acres is a nice property. The rooms and the services all fine. The check-in and checkout process everything was fine. The location of Coffee Acres Plantation Resort is also very god and convenient. All in all it was a comfortable stay. Will rate 4.5 on 5. Hotel is suitable for Couples and for families.
Beautiful place and great hospitality. The connectivity is great,so close to the main town but feels like far away from it. Food was really great , the staff were really courteous and always ready to help. They had three tents and I stayed in one of them for a night. It was worth every penny paid. Thanks Coffee Acres. Thanks Goibibo.
it's a nice cozy place .. nice staff .. the view from tree house is very good ... we are vegetarians... so tried veg food which was very good ... totally worth d money... had a pleasant stay.. only one thing the approach road even tho it is short could b better ... otherwise nice place to spend time with family n friends
stayed in the tents. it was pretty comfortable , unlike what we had expected :p . the only down side is bathing water , they didnt have a geyser in the common washroom . so in monsoon we had to bathe in cold water. other than this I enjoyed my stay and service , would go again if I was visiting wayanad
If you are looking for some comfort with thrill this is the best place to be in wayanad for night. We cycled 120 km(actually 120...from ooty to wayanad by MTB) on that day and lived in tent that night. I am telling you I was not expecting such comfort in tent. But it was very comfortable indeed.
A nice maintained property. accommodation was comfortable and nicely maintained. Food was delicious. Staff was very helping and friendly. services was great. i got the complimentary breakfast that was amazing. Had a pleasant stay. No problem at all. Recommended for a couple and family stay.
It's a beautiful resort at an amazing location. very peaceful surroundings. Stayed in the tree hut. a different experience. all the places to see are near by only. The staff is very helpful and coordinating. if you are looking for a relaxing holiday, then this resort is the best to stay..!
Beautiful coffee acres property, calm stay, spacious rooms. View from Tree house was amazing. Food quality was really good and manager Nithin was helpful. Only thing that rooms can be little more clean and road to the property can be improved. Go for it to get little more closer to nature.
A value for money resort. Total of six cottages and one tree house. I opted for tree house and I enjoyed the stay. The path to resort is bit cumbersome. If u r a car lover then park the car down and ask them to pick u up. If u r coming by SUV, enjoy this short and sweet off road.
We stayed in the tent. It was a different experience. Breakfast was simple good kerala traditional food. bread and omelet was also available. Ambience is quiet and pleasant. Not much activity. Ideal for honeymoon couples. The venue is surrounded with coffee plantation.
Had an awesome time with family at Coffee Acres. Beautiful property - cottage rooms , all surrounded by thick forest.Great hospitality by the staff.Very courteous and helpful. Veg food options and Breakfast buffet menu needs improvement. But it was overall good place
