Fantastic Hotel, Great Location, Professional and Well-Trained Staff, Great Appointed Rooms and nicely maintained, Amazing Food, Good Service, All Amenities Functional, Ample Parking........so overall a delightful stay. I traveled with family and hotel staff took good care of us. Room was very comfortable and cozy, breakfast spread was huge and sumptuous with great taste. Availability of gymnasium was a delight and I spend time in workout too despite being on the trip. My special thanks to Mr.Goldi Dhiman and his team-mates for all the support and help extended to us to make our stay a memorable and delightful ones. One word for all the staff that everyone attended the guest need with a pleasant smile on their faces. Hotel exceeded all my expectations in terms of comfort and services. Good Work, Keep it Up.

This was my Third Time that I stated in Comfort Inn Alstonia. A great hotel which never disappoints you in anything whether it be hospitality, Comfort, Food and Leisure. Everything in Comfort Inn Alstonia is great and Staff is highly professional and have great etiquettes. My special thanks to Mr.Goldi Dhiman for arranging the best of the services and great rooms. Front Office staff Ms.Meenakshi, Mr.Rishabh and Mr.Gurjeet left nothing to ensure our great comfort. Bar inside Comfort Inn Alstonia was great with soothing music, live cricket match screen and Mr.Chanranjeet served us to the satisfaction. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Overall a great stay and we will surely be back again.

food little costly good location . service is good rooms are ok. value for money. location ranjit avenue is posch area and widely spread. corner hotel and good space. dormitory for driver is also available. near by market is also good you can purchase necessary items. Golden temple is also near to hotel and it took almost 20 minutes drive to golden temple. Jaliwala bagh is near to golden temple. break fast is good but variety in food is less. however food quality is good , it might have effect of nectar water of Amritsar. i suggest one must visit Amritsar and stay in this hotel. during morning walk there is lot of open area you can roam free anywhere.

Spent around 12 days at Comfort Inn Alstonia on a personal trip. It's the staff that make these places and this particular hotel has the best. Was treated like a family member. All my issues were dealt with promptly in a timely manner. Comfort Inn Alstonia is also located in a very newly developed location. A very safe, professional environment is given. Alongside the breakfast buffer Comfort Inn Alstonia provides a personal service to each customer. I have one minor suggestion, when food is ordered from outside - the process the delivery driver is escorted to the customers room could be improved. Thank you to all management and hotel staff.

The first thing on entry is the lovely door man his kind words and welcoming behaviour made me smile and relaxed..Comfort Inn Alstonia lobby is so lovely and front desk staff is very co-operative after a long day I just wanted to go to my room and that's what front desk staff did quick check in and under 5min I was In my room ......rooms were very clear and all the thing I needed and asked for ........food is very good.......best thing all the COVID-19 Guidance were followed by everyone...... I will surely be staying in this hotel on every trip.easy booking, quick check ok and gst invoice on everything

I stayed here for two days. It is located in Anritsar's poshest area - Ranjit Nagar. CCD, Dominos, cup cabana are just a minutes walk from here. However, a bit far from golden temple but taxis are easily available. They provide golden temple tours for the visitors as well which is pretty reasonably priced. Staff was very humble and helping. Rooms are huge, smell good. I requested for the late check-out and they happily approved. Food, however I only had breakfast, was delicious. Their milkshakes and croissant that were part of their breakfast buffet were highlight.

Located in Ranjit Avenue, if you can care to spend a few bucks Comfort Inn is the place to stay in Amritsar. Just like their name, Comfort Inn Alstonia offers every comfort you are looking for in a decent budgeted hotel. The best thing about Comfort Inn Alstonia they allowed early check in and late check out without additional cost. Spacious rooms, 24*7 supply of hot water, elaborate breakfast, Comfort Inn Alstonia guarantees a pleasant stay and a memorable experience.

it's a nice place with wonderful location. we were there for a day only . we had no chance to visit restaurant or order food . Good spacious room . The washroom is decent but needs a makeover . nonetheless it's nice. The fitness room is a disappointment. Hardly anything there . It shall be removed from amenities. It's too small. Just the treadmill works . Please remove it from the list of facilities. But overall a good experience. I will recommend it to all.

This hotel is easily accessible and is located at the prime area. There is shopping area near by. Rooms : Comfort Inn Alstonia rooms are very clean and well maintained. They do provide free WiFi. Good amenities. Staff : Comfort Inn Alstonia staffs were helpful and friendly. Restaurant : The food is good though buffet has very less options. Other facilities : Comfort Inn Alstonia provides cab service to Golden Temple. This is infact a good intiative by them.

I was searching for hotel near Golden Temple. Later I was suggested about this hotel from one of my friend who studied from Amritsar. It is 6-7 km away from the Golden Temple but near to Airport. As Ola/Uber facilities are available in Amritsar it was OK as per location is concerned. Moreover there is good market area where you can move in evening. Buffet breakfast was very good and staff was very cooperative. We had very good stay at this hotel.

Comfort Inn Alstonia is located in a very good place, lots of good restaurants & bars nearby.. When we checked-in they offered us straight away 30% off on food. Food quality is excellent, service is excellent, rooms are excellent. Our stay was very comfortable.. The best 3 star hotel in this cheaper rate.. Breakfast buffet is also too good with veg & nonveg both available.. This was our 3rd time stay in this hotel and every time we feel awesome..

A nic hotel to stay, was sceptical about it at first but then when I reached the place and saw it all the doubts were cleared. I was impressed by Comfort Inn Alstonia. The staff is nice and humble. The check in and check out was easy and hassle free. The food they offered was also good, the staff in the restaurant were also very good and nice service. In the end, next time when ever I visit the Golden temple, I will stay at this place!!!

This hotel is value for money. I stayed in this hotel for 1 night. The staff is very well behaved.... My wife forgot her shrug in the room after check out, after some time I got the call from hotel reception Mr. Goldy that we have left our clothes. But the breakfast for non vegetarian is less. Only live egg n one more thing sausages. I will request them to improve this. Overall the stay was perfect. I have stayed here many times.

Okay location. Poor parking space availability. No valet parking. Have to park your vehicle on the road. Rooms are nice. Room service staff very hospitable and believes in service with smile. Above average breakfast. It is the dinner that was just not worth it. Food quality was way below average. Didn't enjoy food at all. However one should always go out to enjoy famous Amritsari food.

Comfort inn hotel is Good place to stay with family , friends .. staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and washroom.. Bedsheets are clean . T.V remotes need to replace, old t.v remotes . Counter Staff need to improve their knowledge. I has experience when I asked some thing staff always say will check with senior and will get back and forget to get back till you ask again.

If you are travelling for Buisness purpose its quite economical place to stay located almost centre of city. Staff is polite & supportive there were some issues with the room they allocated me first but changed it within 30 mins once issue was reported. Management needs to check of maintainance of the place also food quality & service is not upto the mark. Overall a fair experience.

located at a posh location yet reasonable priced as compared to nearby hotels . Just rs 80 OLA drive away from railway station and golden temple complex . Famous Bharwan da dhabha has a branch opened in building next to Comfort Inn Alstonia. Just Comfort Inn Alstonia has to be more cautious about the in room facilities . like all electronic equipments should be in working position .

Property was good , staff was good , but one thing disappointed me that difference in menu and billing rates , i ordered four cup tea ( 75/- cup +tax mentioned in web menu but bill i got for 95+tax per cup , ( although they rectify the same but it should not happen in such a good chain ........other wise it was excellent stay , good for family... It was good experience as a family

Everything about hotel is good but the staff behaviour can get tricky.One of the receptionist called me and blamed that there are more than 2 members in the room without actually checking anything,explaining me the rules.I got furious with him and talked to his manager,who in fact behaved as if just wanted to end the matter.Except that,hotel has a value for money.

Nice comfortable room as per hotels name. The exhaust of my room was not working as oppose to my previous visit there. And no one was concerned that we are not happy with exhaust not working. They came once and never bothered to ask again. Still stay was comfortable. Laksha soup needs to cut down on oil and spice. Breakfast is okay. Dinner was not tasty.
