The stay overall is very good here. the staff was complying with the safety norms for Covid-19 precautions. this was the second stay here and we enjoyed it a lot. This time though we paid a little extra to upgrade our room to the Superior one with a view of the small river behind. the property is located at a very good place as it sees dozens of different bird species. we ourselves spotted atleast 15 species of birds from our window. the food here is very good and prices are decent too. quantity is usually good to share between two people. the rooms were clean and fresh. the room service for dine in and service for our needs was promptly executed. the swimming pool and other common area places were shut due to covid-19 but one could still enjoy a walk and some swings sometimes. the price for the rooms are decent. the crowd is also good consisting mostly of families and couples. ample parking space. overall a great place to stay at lonavala.

A small property, however very well utilized. Rooms are neat and clean. Food is excellent in taste but I had to wait for almost 45 mins after ordering in the restaurant and room as well. So deducting 1 star. Food rates are moderate, but it is worth the money as they provide sufficient quantity. Nice play area for kids. Good Indoor games like PS, table tennis, Chess, etc. Staff is good and very much supportive. Thank you Mayur (frontdesk) for all your help and support. All in all a much better experience. Would surely recommend this to my contacts.

The resort is really good! It has a open jacuzi which was great👍. All the indoor games are in great condition and working! But a bit disappointed with the breakfast spread as the taste was average and idly was not soft even mendu Vada was okay. would like to have more options. i did not order anything from the restaurant so don't know about that taste. But the property is really good and rooms were very nice and clean Also has a garden for kids.

amazing stay over here. 100 out of 100. no complaints whatsoever. staff is highly cooperative and caters to your every need. room was amazing, amenities perfect and the food was to die for. can't wait to come back soon! ps - the game room was a crazy experience that I didn't even know I wanted. thanks for an amazing stay! literally everything! amazing room, perfect place to click pictures and the entire place is breathtaking!

Small well maintained properly l. perfect for family or group to stay bit far from market plus.. break fast spread was good few items stays there daily but good enough and you can get something you like for sure..fresh juice good option..keep it up.. only they need more staff to ensure they can manage better when all rooms are booked .. everything under one roof from Indoor games, pool , trampoline to jacquze..

A very good resort for children, young ones and senior citizens. Rooms r good and clean. Food is also very good and tasty incuding complimentry breakfast. Staff and Service is also good. My mother in law is paralysed and staff was very cooperative as they provided wheel chair and also took her to room. Special thanks to Mayur as he was very good in nature and always helpful. overall a great experince. 👍

good location,peaceful surroundings and a well planned property.Staff service was excellent and rooms well designed.swimmig pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus!food quality and restaurant were also good. overall ambience was excellent. shall visit again and would reccomend it to others as well.thanks for the experience!

It was a Pleasant stay staff was good . Standered Rooms were also big in size. Breakfast was supper awasum .. only the jacuzzi had no hot water so it was point less keeping there pool water was supper chilled so that also we could not enjoy. Overall stay was good Neat and clean surrounding good crowd

Well maintained 3 star property... peaceful... understaffed... food is ok... room service was quick... bathroom in the deluxe room is very small and stuffy... classic rooms recommended... Mr. Mayur at the reception is very courteous, helpful and efficient... We had a pleasant stay... Thank you

It was an amazing and comfortable stay. The staff was very courteous and genuine . Countryside Resort By Meritas is worth the stay especially if u want to avoid the crowded market area and enjoy the time with your loved ones . I definitely recommend people to visit this hotel

Resort is fantastic.. nicely decorated.. large rooms, good ambiance.. amazing breakfast.. however the service was not upto the mark.. it was very slow and sluggish.. may be because we went on long weekend and hotel was full.. but other than that everything was perfect

Beautiful resort, Great hospitality. clean room. The staff was very helpful and accommodative. food was very delicious..Special mention to mr. Deep at the restaurant and mr. atul at reception who was very polite and helpful. Highly recommended we will come again soon.

We had an amazing experience with Countryside meritas the hospitality and food was amazing. Unfortunately we couldn't make it to the pool and Jacuzzi and Check-in and Check-out time was not adjusted as per there availability, still the overall experience was good.

Great stay Property is located away from the hustle and bustle of Lonavala in a good location yet close to the main market.Nice surrounding and place to walk in the resort .Play area for kids and nice breakfast. Good for a pleasant weekend.

We had a well spent family time here. Located in calm area and little away from main Market.Rooms were cosy and food was really good, also staff were very loyal and cooperative. we had a fantastic time in pool and play area. Thank you.

One of the best hotels in lonavala. Clean, good premise with restaurant, indoor games, pool, trampoline, etc. staff is very courteous and helpful, esp Mayur and Sachin from the reception and Rajesh and Pankaj from F&B.

Countryside Resort by Meritas@Lonavala is an awesome place for one-night stay. Secluded from the crowded market area, offers a variety of activities- swimming pool,jacuzzi, indoor games & child play area and good food.

All of my request were taken well care off.. Staff was ompletely polite and helpful in every way... Food was up to mark.... Breakfast was buffet was good.... Mainly they followed all Covid 19 precautions...
