Room and its decore was really good. Excellent service by staff and their politeness. Plenty of in- room amenities and supply, i would just suggest a mini refrigerator in premium room and slippers. The food taste is really good and well priced. Washroom has enough space and features. Thumbs-up for fresh towels and sheets. I would recommend this hotel, its well priced as compared to others for the facilities its providing.

it was a amazing experience staying here! complete family hotel safe and secure, loved the ambience and surrounding. the staff here is extra sweet and supportive. the people on reception the watchman the boys who clean the room, infact very good behaviour of staff and ready to help .the room what u get to see in picture is what you get. overall experience was amazing:)

It was a nice stay. I booked it for my parents and hotel staff were very supportive towards them I was constantly checking up if they are comfortable or not and need anything as they might not contact to the staff by their own. It was a great stay at Lucknow. Great hotel, Staff behaviour is very good to it's guest. Food was good in taste, Supportive staff,Rooms were also good but bedsheets and towels were not properly clean and there were insects like Cockroaches in the room. Otherwise overall things were Good.

Had a pleasant stay, clean , quick services provided, room was cleaned whenever required, required items were provided like hand towel, bath towel, dental care items, etc., we're provided on call, in case of power failure, they had backup, power is restored in secs.

A good hotel to stay, neat clean and beautiful rooms with all the basic necessity like toiletries and electric kettle. Only problem is price is higher even for the basic deluxe room...but overall a good experience.
