Diwatel Grande Resort

My stay at obetel was awesome. thanks to the staff at Diwatel Grande Resort and Goibibo. Hotel location is little isolated, located far from main market. but great place for peace lovers. nice beautiful location opposite to hill. get good hillview from one side of hotel. Food was also tasty though portions of food were lesser in quantity. Chinese was not that great, can be better. they had good buffets at reasonable rates. but for non-veg they didn't have much in buffet only 1 non veg item. breakfast was really awesome more than I expected. really great options they had. loved breakfast. Service from staff was really awesome, great, full marks to their service. really courteous staff. they had DJ night and magic show on Saturday for guests nice. adequate car parking. they give two mineral water bottles daily. swimming pool is small good but was not clean. small play area available for kids next to pool. they also have small indoor games area, where they have pool table, carom and TT table. not well maintained though. they should have clock in each room, a suggestion. for me it was missing. As I had to search for my mobile or watch every time to know this time. I generally stay away from both when on holiday. they should have a small table next to sofa, which I felt was missing as well which is useful in rooms to keep plates, etc... they had only 1 easily accessible charing point other than TV and set top box point. they should have more charging points. How ever in the end I loved my stay. enjoyed a lot. definitely value for money and would recommend to everyone. :) :) :)

Let's start with the location ,it's away from hustle and bustle of the city at the best peaceful and tranquil spot in Lonavala covered by mountains and waterfall near by ,very close to tungarli dam, but at the same point it's well connected to market ( approx 10 min from market )Diwatel Grande Resort staff is very polite , they respect there customer alot and are always welcoming and are cooperative in nature . They never say no for any request by there guest. Special thanks to there Manager for making our stay pleasant and taking care of our needs.They have smooth check in ,Comfortable and luxurious clean hygienic rooms with great views of waterfall and sunrise .I would recommend go for suite as it has nice jacuzzi.Even Diwatel Grande Resort has indoor games and clean swimming pool which can be enjoyed with your family.Even they take care alot of covid protocol and sanitization.Even we had breakfast lunch and dinner from there inhouse restaurant that even has good ambiance and good quality tasty food.And all this facilities are really at great competitive price compare to other hotels in the vicinity , so a big thumbs up 👍I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting lonavala and looking for value for money stay.Looking forward to visit again and unwind the stress.staff was very nice , humble and polite and maintained the guest privacy and comfort.

I had an awesome experience of staying in this fabulous hotel. I stayed over there for 2 days and below is my review. 1. Room : Room size is quite decent with clean linens and all the basic amenities. Coffee maker is available to make yourself refreshed and modern bathroom for the traveler's comfort. 2. Food : Food quality was good however the timing is a bit indifferent specially when you are on vacation and want to be lazy. Make sure to make yourself available by 9:30 AM to have the breakfast. 3. Location : It is about 3-4 KM away from the market place and railway station. Own vehicle is recommended however rickshaw and private cabs are readily available. 4. Service : One can find all the basic services and amenities which are required to have a comfortable stay. Staffs are well behaved and will make your stay easy. 5. Swimming Pool : Swimming Pool size is small however it won't effect the fun. It is a budget hotel if you are able to crack a good deal from GoIbibo however the cost is nothing in front of the comfort and amenities that Diwatel Grande Resort provides.

Diwatel Grande Resort is situated at a very beautiful place. the view is amazing and the weather during this time of the Month is pretty awesome. we reached Diwatel Grande Resort quite early so we had the morning breakfast at Diwatel Grande Resort itself which was for Rs. 200/- per person including taxes which is decent for the food provided. The menu for breakfast was : 1.Cornflakes or Chcos 2. Watermelon Juice 3. Tea or Coffee 4. Poha 5. Misal Pav 6. Bread Toast with Butter 7. Fresh cut papaya The staff has been generous and helpful since the start. Efficient and Quick response to a few little issues we faced. However, I believe some cleaning can be done of the balcony and the rooms in terms of maintenance. Over all, The Experience was worth it.

Hello Viewer I would like to share one talk with you all. Please Don't judge this as I am a HM Student i know all the service of hotel. My stay in this resort was superb it was worth of my money.Rooms are to Good all the Mattress pillow cover are good, in some place there was a stay but its ok as per the rate of room it ok guys. Management Staff are well mannered they give respect to everyone. Food was superb as im a chef.i just ordered some food the quality and quantity is excellent. I just wanna say only one thing obetel grande resort is budget resort and you guys will enjoy here.Thank you 😊👍

Comfirtable environment. it was really surprising to see how Diwatel Grande Resort management was so cooperative. It made us think at home! It was my first trip to the lonavala hills, and obetel grand made it awesome. The rooms are amazingly spacious and the windows are huge which gives a beautiful view of the sunrise! The scenic view of the mountains was mesmerising' and the pool is an add on fun to the joy. The management is amazing, the food is awesome! Tastiest ever. Paneer tikka masala was tasty. And yes the free morning buffet was awesome😎❤️. I am definately travelling back.

The resort is located in fairly serene area. If it's off the local market and main road, in case you prefer that. This is closer to the Tungarli Lake as well which is a fifteen minutes trek. Not the best of food you would want as lunch menu, but still not very bad in case you are not very finicky about it. Rooms are clean, Washroom too. Basic amenities are there, however there is scope for a mini bar inside the room especially when there is a refrigerator left unused. Overall a good peaceful and courteous experience.

i traveled obetel for my 1st anniversary,booked deluxe room which was very nice room(beautiful veiw)a bit small but enough for a couple,yes bathroom very small,pool is small,room service was fast enough,food was ok not upto mark,but breakfast was superb lots of variety,staff is so welling n helpful,especially reception guy was so kind person,he arranged a bed decoration on special request,very nice loved my stay at obetel, totally value for money. thanks obetel ,goibibo n staff at Diwatel Grande Resort..

Overall I am not happy with starting from booking, **, breakfast was included but while check in, hotel manager informed us without breakfast, later after talking to GoIbibo customer care, breakfast included, check in Time 12.00 noon, we reached at around 2.00pm, still rooms were not clean, had to wait for another 45 mins., checked in with half clean rooms finally, Overall total dissatisfaction, people don't stay there is my advise to everyone reading this post. **. I am a frequent traveller and tried almost every type of hotel from 5 star to budget hotels.This is a nice resort.The staff were friendly and professional.The food is very good.The rooms are awesome.Well maintained and clean.If you are here for some leisure time then this place is the best option.We have seen other resort in the same area but this was the best at this price.*****gave us very amazing deal.Swimming pool is also very maintained.overall we enjoyed the stay.Go for it.

We stayed here for a night,They have great service very polite staff specially reception and restaurant guy (Vijay).Clean and decent rooms. Cooperative staff and swimming area is also well maintained. Food is slightly expensive and has limited options on menu but its worth for the kind of service & quality you get Diwatel Grande Resort is located 10 meters inside of main market and has good mountain and garden view and peaceful environment. Wil definately visit again

Nice place to stay. Staff is warm & welcoming. If someone is ok with location of lagoona resort than for those people the location wont be a disappointing factor. Only disappointing factor was unavailability of soft drink...! How can a hotel run out of soft drink stocks..! Food is ok. I will not recommend to take breakfast buffet for which Obetel charged Rs.275/pax unless its complimentary. The menu is not wide enough. 10/10 to cleanliness & hygiene.

Comparitively, a much better place to stay. Wished the breakfast to start as early as 7 am, since people have to roam around. The breakfast had limited options which was the onky drawback. Room was clean and tidy. Food was good but on an expensive side, somewhat manageble. Staff and service was welcoming. Optimally situated if you wish to visit the caves and dams which are just 20 mins drive away. I wished they served newspaper in the morning.

It was very pleasant stay at this resort. we were four girls and due to some reasons we had booked room only for 3.. upon reaching there they charged us only for extra person with very nominal amout and gave us one extra room for free. we were very delighted the way we were treated. the team was excellent. though one thing i would like to say is the swimming pool is comparatively small in size.. they can work on this if it's possible.

it was a good stay. the location is slightly inside and not on the main road but Google helps you to reach the destination. Room was good and spacious with wonderful view. though the booking showed Tea coffee maker only kettle was provided in the room with no provisions of tea or coffee or mugs. had to call for them. even towels were not kept in he room. overall decent place for stay. breakfast was average nothing great

location is nice not very far away from highway rooms are also large enough but bed sheets were not clean when I checked in ,house keeping replaced it with new when complained though. food is good and one cannot find anything around better to have it here only which is slightly expensive but it's okay. amenities is only pool so we can not really term it as a resort it is just a hotel with swimming pool.

Obetel is just an awesome place to stay in Lonavala. Sry I dont have any photos coz didn't click any. Amenities 1) Free wifi unlimited. 2) Gaming room 3) Pool. 4) During my stay they had dj party for free. But the rooms and amenities are way cooler. The resort is more then value for money. I could not expect more then what i paid for. If Lonavala is the destination, Obetel should be the stay point.

I have stayed here for couple of nights. They are trying to do their best for the money they charge. Rooms are clean, hotel infrastructure is good. Break fast is not bad. They will arrange some kind of amusement on weekend nights like DJ, magic shows etc. They have small swimming pool which is well maintained. I would recommend this resort if you are looking for nice stay in reasonable price.

Obetel Grande is certainly a good option to stay in Lonavala. The rooms are hood and the staff is professional. Due to its location at some distance from city center, it is a calm and peaceful place to spend time. Though a personal vehicle is a must for travel from this place. Taxi options would be costly. The rooms are nice and cozy. Overall it would be a good option for staying in Lonavala

Total Value for Money, Swift Check Inn, Free WIFI , Hill View , Clean Swimming Pool , Hi Tea and Evening Snacks Complimentary along with Next Day Breakfast , Spacious Rooms , Quality Toiletries , In House Disc , magic Show For Kids...Centrally located , Next to Tungarli Lake & Dam which is very rarely explored by Visitors......A perfect Place to Settle Down with Family for a Couple of days
