Ecotel Hotel

Very strategically located in Charbagh area. Metro, Railway station and Bus terminal all within 200-400 mtr. I was told this was a new property. The staff is very polite and helpful. I forgot the name of front desk employee but must say he was generous and very accommodating to my requests at any given time of my stay. Room Service was top-notch. To my surprise we were upgraded to a suite by Ecotel Hotel staff (appreciate the sweet gesture) Room was spacious and the view outside was damn pleasing. Since everything was new and in place, there's hardly anything I can say which needs improvement. But yes, a garden within hotel premise might give a boom for family vacation. Though, being close to a station and a very busy location, you won't hear any outside noise such is the ambience here. Coming to Food, it turned out to be amazing and very tasty plus economical. Navratan Korma and butter chicken ware damn good, so was the breakfast. Kudos to the chef. Highly recommend this place and looking forward for future visits! Hotel Ambience, Location, Economical.

overall the services were good, the room was the same which I saw and booked ..it turned out to be the same ..even they are very much flexible in increasing and decreasing the check-in and check-out time .. depending upon the personal preference which is a very good thing ..room staff , food and service provided are very good and provide the same which they have written. It is highly recommended to stay here near Lucknow railway station .It is highly recommended as a family to stay in this hotel as the staff and reception is very friendly and have professional behaviour . They provide you the flexibility according to you need . They provide you with the same service as you see while booking Ecotel Hotel online. Proper sanetization and cleanliness is provided in the room ..with complete hyinge kept in the mind .

I am coming every month to Lucknow for official purpose since last 5yrs. I had stayed almost all hotels near Charbagh station. so always tensed which hotel this time . finally this time found this hotel and I booked . when I stayed in this hotel feelings same as in 5star brand hotels. every thing in this hotels is same as in 5stars. Room neat n clean , bed sheet, toilets, towels , food , tea maker etc.all very clean . so In future whenever I will travel to Lucknow will definitely stayed in this hotel only. wonderfull. it's very closed to Charbagh station nd bus stop. Thanks so who wants to visit in lucknow can try this hotel and u will enjoy and having comfortable stay here.

one of the best properties in Lucknow, classy one.here food beverage breakfast served warm and freshly prepared by the chefs.thanks to Mr. Abhinav who helped me a lot during my stay, A manager who does all the work by himself service & my check-in handling luggage as well Really an outstanding job service ever seen by my eyes 👍🏽👌🏾.totally satisfied with the service staff, rooms are well furnished. full amenities provided as well with ease.overall nice gesture and friendly environment. masks and sanitized, properly maintained staff 👍🏽.

Room, Ambience, In room dining, food quality was good, only problem with house keeping staff as they were not trained as per hotel industry, they were not doing his job properly. they were cleaning the room, but not changing the pillow covers, bed sheet were torn from three place, they didn't change the bathroom matt. people in restaurant ignoring the customer request. Need to change the staff. Hotel deserve the star category for his cleanliness, ambience, location, food. Room cleanliness, Ambience, Taste of food.

staff is well mannered helped me a lot during my stay ... given us the best possible room and upgrading my room quality to the premium one as well ,,, I am very much happy with staff management and all ,,, it is the best hotel in this locality and a brand new one too.... kudos cheers happy Eve as well thanks to Mr Pawan Shukla for helping me my stay my food my family is very very happy excellent work guys keep the spirit on and on u're the best I have even seen in this service industry ECOTEL ❤️✌🏽

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with my mom and she felt very comfortable in staying there this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four days we were in Lucknow. Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. Staffs are very helpful.

while check in i had booked club room. due to some issues with hotel they upgraded me to premium room which was acceptable. Good rooms with easily accesible location. staff is polite and breakfast is quite upto mark. the only issue is staff has to be told repeatedly about towels, soap and shampoo which is kept for only 1 person whereas we are 3. after requesting for 2-3 times they get ylu avove things. which i would say they can improve on it

The experience of staying in Ecotel was great...Ecotel Hotel ticks all the boxes relating to hospitality...The room was very clean...The bathroom was also very clean and equiped with high quality jaguar fittings...The staff were very cordial and well behaved...It is also located at a walking distance from Charbagh Station...In a nutshell, I highly recommend this place for people visiting Lucknow for both work and pleasure.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10 am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Overall experience is good. Amenities were as described. Very clean and large room. Location is just between two metro stations, near Charbagh & Lucknow jn and near Charbagh bus stand also. All of these are within 3 to 4 hundred metres. Despite all these places being so near, the surroundings are more or less clean. Behaviour of one person in the front desk seemed to be a bit harsh. Otherwise I would rate 5 star.

Room are good,, hotel ambiance is also excellent, delicious food, front office staff Mr Amit Mishra was very coprative and overall staff is good, service is also good, complimentary breakfast quality is also good highly recommended to solo passenger, bussines persons and also good for family Only ignore the entry road from railway station side use road near Charbagh bus stand it is situated just behind bus stand

Beautiful experience. Ecotel Hotel stood up to its standards. A very decent and comfortable stay. The location may put a doubt in one's mind, but its safe. Have ample of parking space as well. The room sizes are good with each basic amenity being provided. Will definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Lucknow, especially for food as it is in old Lucknow area.

It was a nice and pleasant stay and also the food was delicious and Ecotel Hotel maintain the cleanliness and everything was sanitised. The staffs are also very nice and cooperative. Location of Ecotel Hotel was also good as it is nearby the charbagh railway station, you can go by walking to railway station in 5-7mins. Overall it was a good and pleasant stay.

Best hotel in the surrounding area. Location is very good of Ecotel Hotel. The property is very neat and clean and full hygiene is maintained. The rooms are big and neat and clean. Service is good and staff is prompt and polite. Food served is delicious and pocket friendly. Overall a very good experience and would recommend to stay at this property.

One of the best luxury hotels in Lucknow. Food and Room Service is great. Staff is well trained, specially people at the reception. And all this 4 star like service at such a low price. They also offer room upgradation and 24*7 check-in and check-out. So early check-in or late check-out is not a problem and It is located just behind the Bus stop.

It was a three nights stay in this hotel and they were wonderful in all services. I had a problem with bed linen and they changed it almost immediately. The food is quite good. The location though not aesthetically pleasing is an useful one being near to road . I would prefer this hotel once again. Their service and their behaviour.

In one word it's 'awsome' at this price. Everything is super good. Rooms, cleanliness, Food, staffs behaviour too good. Hotel manager Mr Nishant is a gem guy. Others like Ashish, Mr Anand Mishra all are very nice. Overall a five star rating ... Area Charbagh is quite congested but hotel stay was very comfortable and secure.
