Hotel Elite By Signature Group

The only reason I have given a 4 is because the room and Hotel Elite By Signature Group was neat and clean. Also, it was well maintained. Apart from that, everything was pretty average. The service is very slow. I had ordered an extra mattress for third person which they had promised they will provide but I did not get it. Three of us had to sleep on a queen size bed. I called up the reception thrice for it but still did not receive it. Also, as they did not have a restaurant, I had to order food from outside. That was still acceptable. But when you order food from some outside restaurant, you need cutlery. We got the plates and spoons after calling 3-4 times.

being located close to the airport makes it a choiceable selection for tourists and travellers. the layout of Hotel Elite By Signature Group is soothing from the outside and the setup of the restaurant and reception are also ok but the rooms are nothing much to speak about, very bland actually. sometimes the locks on the main door and toilet are troublesome. the service of the staff needs to improve drastically and the language is a major barrier too. the food was ok but had too much salt. the common toilet on the ground floor was completely unusable, too dirty. doesn't make much for a revisit. they have add menu in break fast

Friendly, well-mannered, and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, well arranged, and well maintained. One should stay at this hotel, if they prefer to stay at calm, decent and hygienic place rather than buzzing traffic sounds inside the city. Easy to access airport route and city route. Overall stay is awesome. Ambience of room and entire hotel. Food and facilities they provided. Decent staff and 24/7 helpful to every guest. Overall stay is just superb with a lot of memories. i'd suggest to my friends and everyone i know.

Very friendly staff.. efficient and quick check in .. rooms were well maintained.. the pick up and drop were seamlessly organised by reception staff.. the food was good and the breakfast menu catered to all tastes.. they'll make you eggs to your liking, on request.. really a treat for a tired travellers.. morning checkout was also very organised and efficient.. overall, a place to stay while travelling to Hyderabad.. near the airport ..and yes, ask for hotel pickup from airport.. the taxi walas will overcharge you otherwise..

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, room service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money. I rate it 5/5 as you will find very few hotels in this budget range where you get so much of facilities.

Overall a good property for small trips / business trips. I stayed there only for 4 hours check in and check out we're hassle free. Con- there was no phone in the room. there was no hanger in the almirah. ample parking space. rest was OK. It's approx 8.5 km from airport and in no traffic condition, it takes 12-15 minutes to reach airport.

this is a best hotel for business person.. beautiful property.very close to airport.staff are cordial and helpful.check in and check out was smooth and fast.I recommend to everyone! It is a good budget friendly hotel, the rooms are good. Have most of the facilities, you can stay a good night, i really liked the staff , they are really helpful , i called them at 4 in the morning for a medicine, they immediately came. Service ia good.
