Grand Hyatt Mumbai

A rejuvenating experience! I booked a 1 Night stay at Grand Hyatt, to celebrate my husband's birthday & it was all worth it. Both of us have been super busy with our work schedule and needed a break to relax. I'm so glad I planned this. The package I booked was perfect - Club Room King with Bathtub & Lounge Access with Free Breakfast & Lunch/Dinner. We opted for Lunch & enjoyed a good meal. I liked their Chilli Basil Fish, & Paneer Tikka. We came back to our room & took a good nap. Around 5:30 there was a surprise knock on the door & guess what, I see a lady presenting me a chocolate cake (It was super delicious mousse 😍). After cake cutting, it was time to make the most of the Lounge Access! We enjoyed cocktails, drinks & some good food again. I would say, do opt for the lounge access while booking so you won't miss out on the most amazing experience. After early dinner we got back to our room & spent the rest of the evening. The breakfast next morning was a sheer treat, it was lavish. I thought there would be very few options but I was plesantly surprised. The staff is super nice & make you feel comfortable. Also, their toiletries are a luxurious treat. The June Jacob Spa Collection soap & lotion are my favorite. Bought them home with me 😁🥰

The experience was very pleasant. The entire hotel was clean & very well maintained. The best part were its staff, they made us feel special. The front desk executive Adil, Pallavi, Nilesh were very helpful and cooperative. Saving the best for last I would like to appreciate the efforts your F&B team; Amit & Mani personally visited our table everyday, helped us in making special arrangements for our daughter and made our experience a very happy one. Keep Up the Great Work!!!

Had a great time but room service was bit slow but it can be neglected as the stay experience was really too good, you can feel the luxury of hyatt from the entrance and the atmosphere was even too good really enjoyed the stay. Never disturbed the privacy as well as took care whatever we asked for and even the crowd was so even good that even they never stare and be friendly always...

Amazing experience!!! Well from the location point of view its very nearby to airport . Phoenix market City mall is just 20 mins away . If you want to njoi nightlife of mumbai then Bandra and Khar just 10-15 mins away where all good pub and cafe located . Breakfast spread was superb. Do visit china house which is in-house Chinese restaurant , food was simply awesome .

Appreciate the staff & positive approach. only suggestion is improve the quality of liquor & service at bar/ service station. Scope to upgrade whiskey, variety of cocktails.snacks at lounge & morning breakfast was excellent. Please think of senior citizens like us for approaching to have breakfast.Arrange elevator or provide at some other place.

A very pleasant experience. A very friendly. efficient and accommodative staff. Landed at 10am and was surprised to be allotted a room immediately. They did not sit on a high horse about the time of check in. That is something I truly appreciate. I give the staff a 5 on 5 for this. Loved the view from my room. Photo uploaded.

it was really gud experience.... room n dining r very clean n hygiene... food is gud but somewhat is missing in dining i think so.... mostly they prefer a Chinese variety... that food can take a twice but 1week n all its not satisfied... I felt like dat... other than friendly staff ...

Was such an amazing experience to celebrate our 60th birthday's together, the staff were very courteous to have organised a surprise Cake 🍰 in our room, not forgetting Head Chef Siddhant Noranha who took time off his busy schedule to show us round the property. All total a great stay.

I think apart from the athletics, ambience and the very friendly and ever helpful staff which makes this a standout hotel, the best part yet is the awesome breakfast / dinner buffet spread. It's a carnival out there. If you got to stay here plan a leasuire time for the lavish spreads!

It was a fantastic experience right from the time of check in till check out. The breakfast spread was amazing. The staff at all levels were very warm and hospitable. The atmosphere and the ambience were truly the kep factors.

Superb amenities, service, food options, breakfast.Friendly staff. Starting from the security wherein the bags were disinfected until we entered our room, didn't have that fearful feeling which anyone would have at such time

Excellent service!! They offered us free upgrade as it was our anniversary.. also arranged a cake for us! The breakfast buffet was sumptuous with vast spread.. I strongly recommend it! Goibibo has best deals.

It was quite a wonderful experience to stay at Grand Hyatt.The staff was cooperative and welcoming. Highly recommended for family and friends travelling together. Looking forward to visit again in future.

The stay was amazing, we went for a weekend staycation, most of Grand Hyatt Mumbai part was sealed due to covid protocols but still the ambiance, the food, the hospitality was super amazing.

We had great stay,also like the precautionary measures taken by Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Food Quality is not so good as expected from Hyatt Group specifically in Dinner buffet. Rest is Ok

Its a beautiful property, lavish and huge. Very well maintained. Rooms are big enough, so it bathroom. Breakfast spread was superb, many dishes. Overall a wonderful experience.

It's a very good hotel, spacious room, clean rooms. However, i felt that there should be more light options inside the rooms. It feels little dark inside. Rest all is good.

Service, Amenities, Atmosphere, Infrastructure, Hygiene, Fun, Food, Cleanliness - all at 5 star Rating, Kudos to one and all... The above is our family feel...

Check in took 1 hr 15 mins. There was insufficient staff. I ordered some cream powders at night, din't get it till morning. Rest was fine Good breakfast
