Hilton Jaipur

Absolutely AMAZING Experience! We initially paid for 3 nights but extended our stay the very next day. The beautiful design, structure & amenities provided by Hilton + the UNMATCHED commitment to customer service, especially by our dear manager Dhananjay sir, our lovey chef Hanuman Singh & by far THE BEST bartender in the world Jagmit Singh, who welcomed ALL our usual and unusual requests without any complaints or pushbacks. Hats off to Hilton for recognizing the value of human resources along with the services provided, which actually builds an everlasting bond between customers and the business. As a matter of fact, there were only 2 things that could be improved in my opinion (if I had to nitpick) #1 being the internet speed & #2 being parking. Would definitely stay there the next time we visit Jaipur and recommend others to do the same. As unexpected as it may sound, our stay in Hilton Jaipur is one of the most memorable parts of this visit. Keep it up Hilton, hopefully, all other hotels learn something from you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

hotel was awesone overallespecially the service nd staff behaviorreception behaviour..very fast serviveneat and clean well maintainednote:- most importantly..i have booked for 2nights, in wich swimming pool was included, but on last day of check-out. hotel denied using swimming pool becoz of the booking of any other event in pool areabut but but...they provided us complimentary breakfastwhich was too much delicious along with lots of variety..you can include breakfast while booking roomits very very worthful..best locationnear by everythingmarketlocal fooding available outside hotelall connectivityswimming pool is also great to enjoy for both adult and kids separately with grear facilitieschanging roomshower room with complete toiletries..

I would like to thank all the members and staff of Hilton as the services provided by them were amazing. I really want to mention this point where due to kisaan pradarshan we were supposed to leave hotel early morning at 4a.m and we requested staff members to provide some food for for my 2 children. They gave us the food and it was ready by 3.30a.m. When we reached at the reception they gave us 2 packets which included sandwiches fruits and muffins.I recommend everyone to visit Hilton atleast once. I will make sure whenever i will visit Jaipur next time i will go and stay at Hilton only.

We had an amazing stay at Hilton Jaipur. They decorated the room for my son's birthday and the table during dinner on my request. The executive lounge is a fantastic option for evening snacks and drinks. They also offer lavish breakfast and dinner. Food is very tasty. I'm always going to book Hilton now for any future stays in Jaipur. They were kind enough to provide free milk for my baby in Hilton Jaipur room. Their chef made the birthday cake as per our request (though on chargeable basis) so we didn't have to go and search outside. Room service was excellent.

It was very good experience staying at Hilton jaipur..I have stayed at Hilton in Malaysia too. this hotel is at par when it comes to the standards although due to.covid some restrictions are there in the food menu but the chef hanuman and harsh did a Wonderful job by giving extra attention to my whole family during the stay...overall rooms are very neat and clean ..the location is bit far from the tourist places but if you have your own vehicle that doesn't matter much.thumbs up👍👍👍👍 Neat rooms..kids friendly...nice decor...food also good

Courteous Staff, Managers very cooperative.Awesome Lounge, Restaurant, Gym.Lavish buffet n Superb delicious to taste buds.Took Great small break offer, which provided Customized Goodies n chocolates to kids.Bath tub in room, was very enjoyable fir children.Hilton Jaipur abiding all Covid appropriate guidelines.Delicious Food n breakfast with multi cuisines n Awesome desserts.Heartily Satisfying experience for whole family.Gratitude to whole Crew of Hilton

The thought of traveling in such pandemic was such a trouble but thanks to goibibo and Hilton that we could make it. We loved to stay in Hilton. It was really a very good and wonderful stay. Hilton was religiously following safety instructions regarding covid. All Hilton Jaipur staff was very cooperative and helpful. All the services of Hilton Jaipur were very good indeed. Food quality was also good. The whole trip was memorable.

Hospitality was amazing. I would like to mention that their staff manager Mr. Binod is such a nice person. He himself was making sure that all the guests are being attended properly and whatever is being asked is being taken care of.If you are planning to visit Jaipur then Hilton hotel is the place to stay. Amazingly good staff, too good service. Overall life time experience !

Good location. The staff was very cordial and courteous and always willing to help. The entire staff was wearing masks at all time which made us feel a little more safe. The food was a little overpriced, but i guess that is how it is being in a 5 star. Overall it was a great stay. Thoroughly enjoyed being in Hilton. Privacy and the very supportive and helpful staff.

Excellent hotel work even better hospitality. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11 am. We got to hotel early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. Great food in the buffet. The sevice was exceptional as well. Suryavardhan in the staff was always there to provide any assistance. Would definitely send a friend there.

We had a great experience. The breakfast was great the rooms were clean and the staff was very polite. We were also upgraded for a nominal fee and it also included premium wifi and a coupon worth Great experience. Its a 5 star for sure There was a lot of privacy and the rooms were very well soundproofed

I'm not very happy with Hilton because- 1) Hilton Jaipur staff was not trained properly 2) the suite looked ordinary as compared to other 5 star properties 3) the false ceiling of the reception area was tearing apart 4) except for the background of the reception, everything looked dry and simple

The stay was luxurious. The 9th floor rooms are extremely well decorated and the bathrooms are luxurious too. The service is excellent with staff being very happy to go the extra mile. The buffet had a wide variety of food and the overall layout and swimming pool of Hilton Jaipur is interesting.

Hilton Jaipur and services were fantastic..!! We took dinner and breakfast in our package and it was worth it.. Delicious food and A1 Service. We stayed at Executive Club room and the view was good as well. Room service is also quick and the staff is Well Mannered. I shall be back again..!!

It was a wonderful experience there in Hilton. It is very conveniently located in nice place. Rooms are spacious and hotel staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Room service are nice too. Just one thing I would like to mention is pools should be spacious.It was wonderful stay at Hilton.

Hilton Jaipur is very conveniently located. The rooms are very spacious and well designed. The check in process was very smooth and accomodative. Was travelling with 2 small children, but the staff was very helpful. Had a very pleasant stay, would love to go back again when in Jaipur !!

Nice, neat and clean hotel and sanitized rooms. friendly staff, food quality is great. ventilation and lighting inside the room is proper. overall very nice stay.friendliness of staff to assist. Quality of pillows and mattresses is just superb to bring you a nice sleep.

it was great experience overall the staff was really helpful and friendly. we had a small baby with us but they were really helpfull with his needs tooo. my son loved it they provided with everything for him he loved the extra attention he got while rolling around

This was a pleasant stay . The day i booked hotel was my anniversary and when hotel staff came to know that they upgraded my room to suit. Room is really luxurious and hotel location is also in middle of the city. Food was really awesome.
