Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Banjara Hills was very neat and clean. Hygiene was well maintained. Great kudos to staff who was very enthusiastic, helpful and polite. Many hotels have staff working for the sake of it but this hotel staff was truly involved to provide the service. Right from watchman, guest service, cook, food area, delivery service, every person here was really really helpful. Thank you very much to the staff, really thankful for your service and help. The breakfast was superb with multiple varieties and changes daily. Staff was helpful to guide us during the breakfast. Very wonderful hotel. Thank you.

Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Banjara Hillss location is good. Easily accessible..Parking also available.. about the rooms, the bathroom glass wasnt installed properly. people outside can peep in the bathroom because of the gap between the door and the wall.. The air condition was working however the temperature of the room wasnt getting cold.. The room is very small, however it has all the amenities.. The breakfast was also good.. i clicked the pics from another phone hence couldnt upload them.. But, the pics you see on the app the room is exactly like that.. they have 300-400 rooms with the same shape and size

It is one of the best experience as I am frequent traveller to Hyderabad. I opted HolidayInn hotel I was very much overwhelmed with Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Banjara Hills room and most imp is they have extended my check out as I was stuck at airport to drop my colleague , when I called them and said I will be late without any hesitation they accepted my request and extended without any extra charges. It is not only a business point of view but they accepted my concern which touched me to the core and hereafter I would opt only HolidayInn.

Its a nice hotel, with clean rooms, centrally located in Hyderabad. Its well furnished with a modern decor. Breakfast buffet is good. There is a "More supermarket" next to it. There is also a veg restaurant nearby "Kshethra" which is worth trying out. We really enjoyed our stay !!. Things to note:- Shower area and toilet area is separate. No kettle provided in the room. But there is a hot/cold water dispenser in the dining area downstairs.....

Out of all the budget/business hotels that I have stayed in, this was probably my favourite hotel to stay in. The rooms are small but are very cozy and very neat. The staff is very professional and supportive and the service is very prompt. I am a frequent visitor of Hyderabad and this has definitely become my go to hotel for all my next visits. Keep up the good work Holiday Inn Express team !

Good property for business travellors. they have try to fit in all amenities in the super small rooms. Breakfast options were decent, taste also good. Room size are very small, one thing missing critical is a cub board in room, no one wants to hang the cloths openly. Suitable for single people traveling on business. Not the right property for family.

This place is amazing . Located very nearby to a metro and the best part is staff is really helpful and very cooperative. I am impressed with their hospitality and will definitely be visiting soon to this place As I was very new to this city . They helped me with everything and I am really glad with the service they gave me

Pro's: 1. Prime location. 2. Variety of breakfast options. 3. Courteous staffs. 4. Clean and tidy rooms. Con's: 1. Hotel entrance isn't visible from the outside road. 2. Small rooms, suitable for max 2 people. 3. Arrangement of washroom is a bit awful. Shower area is cramped. 4. Few amenities are only provided on request.

experience is good.. staff is cordial how ever room space for single person only ...still overall value to money hotel .... only room size space is constraint ..cafeteria/reception can be bigger in terms of accomodation..almirah for cloth hanging not there.. hotel front office not on road site but in lane

Best Hotel For Family ...... 1- Very Supportive & Cooprative staff 2 - Best Breakfast 3 - Good Room Service 4 - Great location 5- Near By Metro Station & More Mall. All necessory things is available at hotel in one call. Close to metro station. Outside food is always allowed for dinner & lunch.

Well behaved staff, very cooperative due to my flight timing checked in around 5 o clock in the morning, but staff provided me room immediately, ofcourse paid half day charges, but that doesn't matter as i was traveling with my family getting rooms in so early in the morning is important .

its budget hotel for business travelers. location very good and in posh area. hotel staff very cooperative and helpful. Rooms though very small in size but very clean and well done. It's was good and pleasure stay there. Even breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Banjara Hills is located at a really good location. The rooms were clean but are really small to accommodate two people. The staff was very cordial and friendly. The breakfast buffet was not a wide spread but a few items were delicious.

It's 10 on 10 from me. Reasons: Hassle free check in Conveinent & desired Check out Clean rooms, good staff, good breakfast. And ya .. lovable accesibility... Flaws: Add fragrance to rooms.. Provide quality tioletries A Lil over priced.. But i wish to stay again..

It was pleasant stay. Neat and clean room. Friendly staff. Delicious complimentary breakfast. One thing down me is house keeping service. We have to call at receipon again and again and do follow up for the things get it done. Privacy and friendly staff.

Hotel is located in a posh Locality and well connected with all nearby areas. You can go for morning walk at Hussain Sagar Lake. Although, room size is small but the facility provided accomplished that. Breakfast is good. Staff is polite and hospitable.

Holiday Inn banjara hills is located on the main road, access is easy, rooms are very small, but tidy and we'll organised. everything you need is provided. buffet breakfast was good. I stayed for 3 nights, and I liked it.
