Hyatt Regency Chennai

From the very start, the staff at the reception are very calm and very much ready to oblige to the requests. They do not make you feel away from comfort. They wanna make sure that you are at peace. I checked in around 2.30pm and i just asked if we can checkout late at 2.30pm next day and they agreed to it. No false commitments or arguments over it. even while checking out form Hyatt Regency Chennai, i booked a cab but i wasnt aware of the local tamil language. The staff did the conversations for me. May it be breakfast, lunch or dinner- the taste, staff's cooperation and the quality of service is upto 200% satisfaction for the customers. For rooms, the higher the floors you get, the better the view of Chennai you receive. we had 2rooms off which one was on 4th floor and other on 8th floor. No difference in amazing room quality they provide, only difference was of better view. Rooms are large enough and the amenities provided very good. Hyatt Regency Chennai also offers you complimentary recreational activities like swimming, sauna, jacuzzi, steam, gym, spa, etc.,

I went there. but i got an issue regarding check in, Hotel front end staff was not ready to confirm my booking. they had not received any booking confirmation mail, i had to argue for 1 hr then only they confirm my booking. But otherwise Hyatt Regency Chennai was amazing. Modern and luxurious place with outstanding quality and service. Located smack in the middle of everything. The rooms are of superior quality and providing utmost cozy and comfort. The ambiance is excellent. The food was reasonably priced compared to other five star hotels. Staff very helpful and well mannered without being too invasive. Handy location and convenient,

I had checked in to the Hyatt on a weekend. I was a pleasant stay. I checked in early as well and had no issues. It was a king size room. There are perks of being in a 5 star hotel especially with the service. Quite exquisite. The brunch at the Spice Haat was great. Bumped into the Chennaiyin Football Team as well. Overall a great experience. It was the day the cyclone hit and there were places in the Spice Haat restaurant that has some issues but the staff handled it all quite elegantly. Good job. A lot of people in service should try and get trained in the hospitality industry. Real learning there. Great job.

It was amazing overall no comments. everything was perfectly arranged, I had booked a room for my fiance on his birthday . they did all the decorations on time, the cake was so amazing, overall wow❤️. they made our day so special. I strongly recommend Hyatt regency for the luxurious stay, amazing staff response, and this has been one of my the most favourite. one thing is, there is a limited variety of breakfast could be more better if provided sausages and some unique breakfast. I would love to rate 9/10. we liked the staff approch too much, and overall it is wow ❤️.

one of the best 5 star hotels i have stayed in recent times in chennai/south india.I was truly impressed by the spacious lounge.The moment i entered lounge,i started loving it.unfortunately,the beautiful swimmimg pool at Hyatt Regency Chennai had some issues and my kids were disappointed,but when i told this to them,they(front office manager,mr.manish) immediately arranged to use their pool at their other property-park hyatt at guingy,chennai.i was amazed by their genuine effort in alternate solution to their guests. balakumar,salem

One of the best in towns. Even offered me a free upgrade of room. The room was huge and everything was perfectly in place. Had to struggle initially to find the switches as many or most lights had regulator switches to set the light as you need it. The breakfast spread was very good too. The front desk also are very generous and specially the Rooms officer is very nice and generous person. Offered me discount for spa as I had ample time before my flight back to Mumbai. All in all. Very good experience.

I really enjoy my stay. This is my 2nd time visite. Staff was excellent & patience, thanks for decorate our room, and specially thanks for ( Front Office Staff Mr. Nunthara, Ms. Esha, Ms. Raheja, Mr. yogesh, Mr. Muthuswamy. And one more FO staff and House Keeping Team ). Thanks à lots for everything. Its most mémorable day. Value for Money. And Good team. Location wise Hyatt Regency Chennai is situated in the prime location of Chennai: Teynampet. The rooms are very spacious and fully loaded with all the required amenities. Breakfast which is complimentary with the stay is very much extensive ranging from south indian to continental dishes. Staff is polite and helpful. Overall a value for money. I would recommend others to stay in Hyatt Regency Chennai.

Our stay at Hyatt was a pleasant and most enjoyable experience. Perfectly safe for women travelling alone. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room were very clean and five stars for the housekeeping . There was a minor issue with our bathroom, which was looked into and fixed immediately. Overall it was a great stay. We had no qualms or complaints whatsoever.

Luxurious stay in a beautiful hotel. Nice rroms with view and big spacious bathrooms too. High-class service in terms of providing bath towels, toiletries, hair dryer, and room service. My only suggestion if not a complain would be provinding 2 entry cards for the room. Especially in a place like this where lifts/elevators also need cards to be operated.

We were on a business trip to Chennai for 3 days and we chose Hyatt because of its location. The hospitality and warmth of their staff was simply outstanding. The rooms were quite elegant and well maintained. Just loved the food of their restaurant. All in all - we enjoyed our stay at Hyatt and look forward to another one with them soon!

Amazing experience at hayatt regency chennai.... enjoyed my chennai trip along with family. Room was spacious n things were well placed in the room. View from the room to chennai city is too good. Room service and food taste made hayatt a true five star hotel. Thanks hayatt for making our trip so wonderful and memorable.

Hotel property is nice as always . Soice india restro is delicious with variety of option for brekafast and lunch buffet . Staff was courteous enough to let us have late entry as it was about to close and they served us very nicely till the end . Overall nice experience . Overall super experience . Cheers Meetings .

it was very good and we friends enjoyed well. liked everything out there. but only thing did not like was they made wait us long time to get table and plates, one of the manager finally came and gave us a table we wanted on the spot,thanks to the tall fair manager out there. dnt know his name😇

Excellent Hotel. Beds and Linens were extremely clean. The bathrooms are semi private. You may not feel comfortable using the bathroom when there is a guest in the room. Except for the above minus, our family enjoyed the stay in Hyatt Regency Chennai. Service has been great.

Hotel stay was good but the comfort and convenience doesn't suit as 5 star these days all 5 star hotels adopting to IOT where I can sit and control the room in one hand but here everything is switches placed at different places which is little discomfort to reach them everytime.

Rooms are very clean anf very beutiful. Staff very extremely polite and helpful. Definatly would reccomend Hyatt. Giving it a 10/10 The room had a beautiful view of the city. It was spectacular at night. The complimentary breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful

Excellent Spread.. Breakfast.. Although little old property.. but excellent renovated and hotel is making the best attempt to take care of the guests. Front office and restaurant are grt guys. Housekeeping is spotless .. one of the very good hotel to stay

Everything is perfect at its place. They have separate restaurants for each cuisine- French, Chinese, Japanese and Indian. Their Guest cook Mr. Sweety Singh made us feel at home with Punjabi food. I enjoyed to the fullest every bit of moment I spent here.

Experience was all Perfect. No as such problems i faced with this hotel. Hotel staff and the services all were fine. The room was good and services too were good enough. The location is very good and convenient. All in all it was a good experience.
