Hotel Imperial Classic

Overall Hotel Imperial Classic was nice and good. We had a great time with family. We stayed in the Executive family room. The room was spacious and can accommodate 6 people (3 beds and 2 can comfortably sleep in one bed)Location:It is near to metro station. So you can easily reach Hotel Imperial Classic from Secunderabad West metro station. And it is just 2 km from the Kacheguda railway station. Hotel Imperial Classic is on the main road and you have all the shops nearby especially restaurants.Food and drinks:We got complimentary breakfast and the food was Ok.Cleanliness:The room was neat and cleanPlus points:1. The owner and the receptionist were kind and helpful with our queries2. The google map shows the exact location3. The rooms are neat and clean4. 24/7 Hot water facility5. Food restaurants are nearer to Hotel Imperial Classic6. Hotel is in the main road7. Metro Stations are so close to Hotel Imperial Classic8. Outside Hotel Imperial Classic bus stop is there so that the guest can even travel in government local buses9. Finally Hotel Imperial Classic is in a safe area at a proper locationPoints to be noted/ Improved1. In spite of the room being available they charged us for early check-in which was not mentioned anywhere. 2. I book a family room and it was mentioned that it was a 5 person family room when I booked. Seeing that only I booked for 2 days. One of our guests joined on the subsequent day only and we a group of 4 people checked in on the first day. They charged an extra for the fifth person stating that his name was not in records.(In spite of booking 5 people room).So finally we paid extra out of our pocket which we feel little bad that Hotel Imperial Classic should have provided early check-in for free of cost as they had the room available or else Hotel Imperial Classic should have not collected the fare for an extra person as the room booked is big executive room.More than the above said reasons the room is perfectly OK for the family people, travelers.Have a good stay

Hotel Imperial Classic was good. location very good, right on the main road. nearby was famous Bawarchi biryani. we took a family room. the room was spacious. the bathroom taps and doors were little not up to the mark because it seems Hotel Imperial Classic's bit old. Hotel Imperial Classic doesn't have any in-house kitchen. we got complimentary breakfast brought from outside,n that totally won our heart. the food was tasty and adequate in amount. special mention for the person at the reception, his modesty and behaviour was excellent. we are quite glad about our stay. overall it's a good budget hotel. spacious room. good safe location.

This is an excellent hotel with great rooms. I have booked an executive AC room. It was good and spacious for couple. Room cleaning is only available in day time. Room service is available 24hrs. Free wifi available. It has all the amenities available. The main thing being it has good restaurants nearby like snehita for veg & bawarchi for non-veg. Its also present besides the main road near chikkadpally. Chikkadpally & rtc'x'road metro stations are walkable distance from here. Must recommended to all visiting hyderabad.. Cozy good rooms. With superfast check-in & check-out. No formalities needed.

Pros: Good location. Most of the tourist spots are within 10 Kms radius. Many food joints / good restaurants near by. Value for money. Friendly owner and cooperative staff Cons: No covered Parking. It has to be parked in front of hotel and in night it is unattended. Not so clean fitments and accessories. Ex Bathroom tap has lot of calcium deposited. AC was fixed at 22 degree Celsius. Though it was good in October. P.S. -> It doesn't looks like as shown in *******. However that doesn't means it is bad. In case if you are booking hotel for it's front view, please avoid.

Room service was excellent. Cleanliness was good. Manager was very helpful. We had a Ramoji trip the last day but our check-out time was 12 noon. So we requested the manager to keep our luggage till evening after our check-out. They not only kept it safely but also provided us with a room to be fresh for an extra hour in the evening. Such hospitality can only be expected from Hotel Imperial Classic. The room-service is great and cleanliness is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to those common people (visitors) who want to lead a quality life at Hyderabad.

we booked a executive double ac room with breakfast and the day we arrived we were given a standard ac room I guess because of room shortage (which is in last pics) but the next day we were shifted to ist floor and an amazing room. the rooms and washroom are clean. the staff members were very welcoming and they make tea if ordered. also they go for buying something for us if ordered. amazing location. bawarchi is in walking distance, the amazing restaurant. also there is metro at a walking distance. so overall it was a 4.5/5 stay. thank you goibibo

My stay wass tooo good. Seen some negative reviews but mere bringing of plates a bit late or responding a call bit lately cannot make a hotel inefficient for staying. Sometimes we customers too forget about our normal habits how we stay in our house and feel as if we have done something biggggg. Leaving this apart Hotel Imperial Classic is in prime location, worth for money, tidy, airy, spacious. The staffs are co operative, helpful. They clean the rooms daily. Last but not the least the front office personells are very mich friendly and helpful.

Overall, it was a fairly good experience. Rooms were clean, and quite spacious for the given price. Room service was mostly very prompt. Complementary breakfast was the same on all three days of our stay, so that's an area where Hotel Imperial Classic should look into. Providing a variety in breakfast would be better. Tea was too sweet, so I suggest that sugar be provided separately for hotel guests. Both the rooms booked were given next to each other, so we could easily move from one to the other. The place is very good for families.

Came to Hyderabad for an HPCL interview, and got selected as an Electrical E2 Officer. Lucky hotel for me. Hotel Imperial Classic location is good, with many food restaurants nearby, and traveling facilities like the metro, auto, bus, etc are available at a reasonable cost. Moreover, the staff is disciplined and gave complimentary breakfast or dinner, etc on time. however, the only thing Hotel Imperial Classic staff has to work out is the fragrance inside the room. I asked many times the staff for the air freshener to smell good.

It's a nice place to stay in Hyderabad. Location of hotel is good. Communication to anywhere in Hyderabad is easy from this hotel at Chikkadpalli. Hotel rooms and corridors are very clean and tidy. AC, TV and WiFi, gyser works well. Above all the manager's cordial behaviour will definitely please everyone. The only thing which I found negative about this hotel is the rooms are bit small and there is no restuarant or dining space in Hotel Imperial Classic but food is served at room if ordered. Apart from this everything is fine.

Good stay with my family. No bad issues. When I check in before time they gave me one room for our refresh. The staff are very good and very cooperate. The manager and staff are so polite and so called good behavioural. Overall good stay for me and my family. Location is very good. Bawarchi, Karachi bakery, pista house, astoria and many other branded outlets are near this hotel. Safe stay with good facilities like lift, ac, generator, water, room service. Out side food allowance or request for different food from outside.

Hotel Imperial Classic is at a convenient location, easily accessible from Chikkadpally metro station. The overall stay was good. However the only issue I faced was that I had paid extra & booked a Deluxe room. As per info, the Deluxe one has a City View. However the room which I was given didn't have any view. Thus Hotel Imperial Classicier needs to revise his hotel information. There were some issues related to WiFi connectivity at times. Due to these two issues I have given 4 stars.

The stay in this hotel is pleasant but not the value for money .you will get better option for the price what we pay here .but any how the rooms were neat and clean but not the value for money Hotel Imperial Classic management must reduce the price bit. The property is well suitable for business people as Hotel Imperial Classic is located just 3km from Secunderabad railway station and just 200mts from Chikadpally there are various veg restaurant near Hotel Imperial Classic

1) Made me wait for check in despite arriving at 1pm and their check in time being 12noon . 2) I had booked a 4 bed family room with Ac instead I was given 2 double rooms with Ac saying they were not aware of the booking even thought the booking was well in advance and not last minute. 3) Rest all amenities are good and so is the location. However I found the rooms poorly lit. Overall a satisfactory stay but not worth the amount paid .

I really recommend this hotel. I stay here for 2 days. Hotel is very near by Hyderbad(Nampply) station. all tourist point like Charminar,Chowmahhla palace, Husansagar, Birla temple is between 5 to 6 km. & 28 km far from Ramoji filmcity. we 5 family members stay here & they provided family room which is very good & comfortable for 6 to 7 members family. staffs are very polite. Comparision with price hotel is very good for all.

Stayed for 5 nights, 4 nights in triple deluxe room and last night in standard room from October 08, 2019 to October 10, 2019. Rooms were good and par, but nothing exceptional...but service boys were excellent... they tried their best to help us out, even with odd out of place requests...overall I would recommend to visit this hotel as I would like to visit and stay again with family...safe for family...Good people...

Best location, everthing needed is easily accessible. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is very co-operative.Only issue was with hot water as they use solar heater you get hot water late in morning.Also parking is a problem as location is in the mid of city but Hotel Imperial Classic staff can help .Overall experience was very good. We stayed there for 4 nights and had an unforgetable tour to Hyderabad.

it's really nice to stay.19yrs old hotel still improving their ideology day by day.staff, service good.easy to get every tourist attraction.Near by metro &bus..auto experience is costly.buses are always good to travel.all tourist attractions can be easily accessible.Those wants to go or come airport ,should prefer bus.I hv taken bus no.1z to aramgarh ,changed at there to airport.all travel costs only 80/-.

Stay was good, near to good restaurants, like nandini sudha for veg and Bawarchi for non-veg. Experienced some problem on first day as some boys occupied room opposite to ours and were shouting till late night having party, but next day they were vacated. the other two days stay was ok. AC was ok. lenin was clean. Owner is very helpful, he arranged a room for us to freshup even after checkout.
