It was a good experience overall. Spacious rooms, sumptuous interiors, good food and vibe. However, the breakfast experience was not all that good. There was no service staff available and one had to rush to overly crowded counters to place certain orders. It was not possible to relax and have breakfast, which took away from the experience.

It was quite a comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and all the amenities were spot on. Staff were very polite and helpful. The food was amazing with plenty of choices. The ongoing pandemic guidelines were followed by the hotel and I felt complete safe.

it was wonderful experience , staff was very helpful . I would love to mention respective people who made this stay memorable was Mr Vishal (front office ) & Mr Santosh bhardwaj (F&B). Vishal took care of our all request and make sure that we have pleasant stay and Mr Santosh took care of our food whether its dinner or breakfast it was feast . I think because of such memorable stay we would love to travel back to JW again . Thanks 😊 feeling is mutual .

JW Marriott is surely a fantastic hotel, great location, Gurudwara nearby as well which is great, markets nearby , central location in Chandigarh, you can go to different sectors easily. Breakfast buffet is very good , Chef personally checks in to have your feedback and suggest dishes as well. Their restaurant Saffron serves delicious food. Rooftop Pool area is a fun place to hangout with bird view of the city. All in all a perfect hotel.

Its always been a great experience and stay in J W Marriott. The rooms are excellent. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is also good. The cafe is open till 3:30 midnight. It is superb, especially the Sunday Brunch. Excellent service too. Luxurious and comfortable to stay with family.

Had a great experience in Marriot. Staff was so polite & courteous. Hospitality was amazing. Room were well equipped and spacious, washrooms as well. They have extra shelves in rooms to keep luggage. And the best part was the services provided were quick, they didn't let us wait for anything. Breakfast buffet had soo much of variety & good in taste. Best Hotel in Chandigarh

The experience of staying at JW Marriott Chandigarh was really amazing. Ambience of hotel was pleasant. The food was delicious and all thanks to the chef JP Nautiyal for spicing up our taste buds. It was a good experience overall. Spacious rooms, sumptuous interiors, good food and vibe. However, the breakfast experience was not all that good. There was no service staff available and one had to rush to overly crowded counters to place certain orders. It was not possible to relax and have breakfast, which took away from the experience.

It was quite a comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and all the amenities were spot on. Staff were very polite and helpful. The food was amazing with plenty of choices. The ongoing pandemic guidelines were followed by JW Marriott Chandigarh and I felt complete safe.

JW never disappoints and this experience just fortified the fact. The rooms are huge, oh so romantic and the friendly helpful staff make the it a whole lot better. You have to try the Quan Spa in-house. Its a spa experience like nothing you've ever had.

Stay was nice and comfortable. Rooms were spacious. We opted for buffet breakfast and it had tons of varieties. The only thing which we didn't like was security deposit of 2000 which eventually they returned but we did found this not required.
