Great Great experience, Marriott staffs were v courteous and helpful. Spice restaurant have wonderful buffet and Pasha was completely fabulous for dinner date. Hotel rooms are spacious with bathtub, minibar, work desk.

Amazing experience at hotel.

Rooms are excellent, hill view beautiful, service is the best, Rushikesh and Harshwardhan housekeeping staff are very prompt. In entrance of hotel flowers decoration is beautiful. All staff are very supportive, helpful and trying to solve our problems

I had a wonderful stay and was memorable , room provided was great , the breakfast and dinner was wonderful , all the special arrangement done for my fiance's birthday were mind blowing , I would like to mention special thanks to AAROHI PRADHAN ( asst frnt desk mngr) for co-ordinating and helping in each step for my booking , even helping me out to arrange a cake , bouquet and flower petals in bath tub for making my fiance's birthday more memorable , THANK U SO MUCH AAROHI PRADHAN FOR MAKING MY STAY MEMORABLE We really enjoyed our stay and would surely visit again and also recommend to others , Lastly I would also like to thanks the whole staff of jw Pune the FRONT DESK MANAGERS ( co- ordinating very well for check in and check out ) , HOUSE KEEPING STAFF , SPICE KITCHEN ( awesome breakfast and dinner ) , EXECUTIVE LOUNGE STAFF ( nice service and have a great evening ) .

This was one of my best stays in India. The management was really good. Food and drinks are also good. I booked a junior suite and it was to the level of my expectation. Sahil from front desk was really helpful and even each and every staff. Namita is the executive lounge was best at her work she made me comfortable. Evening at pasha was best. Would be staying here again in the next visit.

Stay was really excellent and good breakfast spread. Happy with stay. One thing which we did not like was housekeeping staff disturbed in mid noon for nothing. Room size can be improved. must visit pasha an open restaurant and bar on rooftop. Avoid having meals as the prices are too high alternatively make use of nearby Pavilion mall and it's food court.

courteous staff and good ambience charged me extra for changing the room from twin bed to king size inspite of the fact that it was mentioned in booking that room can either be twin/king size bed ! I didn't really had the time and patience to negotiate after a long flight but this was very disappointing

It is the best hotel in Pune. The experience is unparalleled. The bundle offer made available to me was spectacular and very appealmg. Ambience, hospitality and food were all good from the point of view of a visitor especially a business traveller.

It was great experience. Hospitality was good, staffs were helpful, but didn't get to enjoy the rooftop view since it was overly packed with people. Over all, it was a good stay, will come back again someday.
