When i entered inside hotel, they were not believing that i had an room booking, after taking all details and payment receipts, they sent me to 4 floor room with no lift in the premises, when i entered the room, lights bulbs were not in the room, i asked them to change my room, later they changed another room, but in that room too Television was not present in the room, then again i changed the room, the hotel manager strictly told me to vacant the room in early morning 9 Am or they will charge ...more
