bedsheets and bedcover pillow covers are used one not replaced no hot water to drink no hot water for bath very worst food. finally became sick while check out.

I have try to contact hotel reception thay didn't response me after reached the hotel place i saw the reception but the reception is closed our family members 2 hours waiting outside in more winter

Property is good location but need to travel long from town. its not worth on price.. no food service we need to travel 30 mins for restaurants. staff behaviour not good heater not repaired throught my stay. we waited 1h for chkin and from 22hrs we waited for 2 hrs in midnight for room cleaning. romm was full dirty

over all a nice stay I would rate 3.5 starcons:staff was very less hence not helpfulthere is no WiFi at all n no network on any sim except bsnl.pathetic roads u won't get any public transport, u can reach only by taxi which takes 1200 n not lesser than 1kno toiletries provided and no early check inKodai Mist Resort authorities never picks any call when in emergency they won't pros:excellent location, dangerous hilly range yet very beautiful spacious rooms with good amenities complete cottage and privacy staff of 1 to 2 people r polite n helpfulclean and well maintained environment.pls improve on wifi and also pls arrange pick n drop facility and also needed much more staff.excellent location, dangerous hilly range yet very beautiful spacious rooms with good amenities complete cottage and privacy staff of 1 to 2 people r polite n helpfulclean and well maintained environment.

Stayed with my hubby, his cousin & his two children for two days in this resort during our Kodaikanal trip.š„°Pros*The food was nicešand had lot of options to choose from.*There is a small park & shuttle court*Awesome viewš*Nice roomš*Affordable price*Great locationš¤©*Hygiene foodCons*No soaps, shampoo/moisturizer, towel or anykind of such things were not provided ( even a bottle of water, we want to ask for water, then only we received it, but still didn't got the other basic items like towel, soap etc...)š„²
