The stay at the place was really good. La Casa Residency is located at the prime location. Service is also good. Hygienic environment. Friendly behaviour of the staff. All the services are available like Air Conditioning, Luggage Storage, Elevator/Lift, Geyser/Water Heater, In-room Dining, Mineral Water, Electric Kettle and many more. Good neat and clean place. Available of fooding at nearby place is also available with good taste. Overall it was a good experience.

Overall experience was good but while checking in the person on the reception area was rude and that they there kitchen was closed because there shef was ill and they only have one shef. While checking out there was an other person on the reception desk he was good.In short my experience with them was good. But Can't tell you about room service as I didn't experience it.

Stay was more comfortable. Both room and bathroom were very clean. All staff behaviour was very good specially the person who sat on the reception during my check in and hotel is situated in a very good place and society. Market, food and all the things are easily available around 50-100 meters.

We are in love with lucknow everything in our visit was awesome... La Casa Residency was neat and well maintained the staff was courteous, all amenities were proper... location is awesome... only thing if can improve is the voltage stabilizer kept ticking the whole night... Safe hotel.

La Casa Residency is well kept, not too flashy, not too many options but food is homely, combo options for singles, nice location, overall value for money. Ground floor is a shop/ showroom, hotel starts from the first floor, has a lift. Go for it!

Staff, amenities, vibe, facilities all are very good. Location is not prime but well connected and have calm surroundings around. Recommend for stay. No questions asked, friendly behaviour, safe and secure, recommended for couple stay.
