Lemon Tree Hotel Indore

Its a nice hotel of its category. I stayed here overnight with wife and two kids. Staff are well behaved and polite. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was good, fresh and delicious. Location is good. Nothing to engage the kids inside Lemon Tree Hotel Indore, or anywhere nearby. Good for business stays. I would have rated it 5 stars, but I wasn't convinced with their insistence of asking for ID proof and Address proof for both me and my wife. Even though my wife gave her ID proof, they wanted her address proof too. Both me and my wife travel extensively within and outside India, and never ever anyone asked anything more than ID proof. They wouldnt allow you to check in until all the travellers produce their ID and Address proof (And I guess they wouldnt allow you to stay together if your addresses are not the same :-/ ). It was already post 11pm at night, and we were with small kids who were tired and hungry. Somehow she was able to login to her SBI account and forwarded her Bank account statement, carrying the address. Very very weird and they wouldnt tell you even the rationale for the same. But please ensure you carry your ID and Address proof for all guests staying together.

hey, I am here to share my experience, 😀 as I travel a lot and have seen lots of...lots of hotels. Lemon tree hotels, this is my first ever stay. I have seen reviews some are positive and few are negative, I would like to give an advice for people who reward with negative feedback please be professional you for sure will be treated same as well. So back to work, I seriously recommend lemon tree for their hospitality and over all experience. what I especially like, the handicapped people are also working their with great enthusiasm, it makes me feels good because they are independent now, though I was not having any sort of knowledge of signal language but for sure next ill learn some of basic sinalg language. Food (Buffet) is good & health taste. yeah, Last one is.... please add more accessories in Gym and is their any chance to add swimming pool that would be mind blowing.

This hotel is one of the best in Indore and specially the price point makes it even better than others. The staff has manners and courtesy like found in 5 star properties. Hotel lobby is just marvelous and you feel proud bringing your guests here because of that. My only concern are room interiors which are not bad at all but doesn't justify the overall standards of the property. A little improvements here and there are needed. Change in color themes and bathroom flooring and few decorations will do the trick. Also the exterior elevation also needs to be beautified which looks a little unattractive. Please note that these are just suggestions for improvement and not criticism. Rest i have become a fan and an all time customer. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I booked lemon tree indore keeping in mind the experience at other cities but it didnt match it well. The rooms are nice and comfortable but Lemon Tree Hotel Indore design is bit poor. You have an arena around which the rooms are located all the way to 3 floors. At the arena you have sitting area with group of people sitting chatting but causing noise to thw guests upstairs. The privacy factor isnt good enough. Breakfast was nice and big and had a good regional touch. Enjoyed it throughly. Bathroom toiletries????? Didnt find them except a small soap. expectations from a 3 star are higher.

A retro design hotel but must admit true efforts on quality and maintenance can be observed everywhere. Check in was smooth and front office executive assisted me for selecting the meal plan.... which has to be booked at the time of check-in only. Rooms are spaces and clean, Cooling in the room was decent, food quality was good. recommend for business as well as family considering it's near to city centre and Railway Station. Saying that the sleep quality was nice.... rooms are quite well sound insulated. Thank you will visit again.

I stayed in Lemon Tree Hotel, Indore for one day on 30 Jan 2016. Hotel is just 1 kms from Railway station and is centrally located to various tourist places of Indore. I booked Deluxe Room and got upgraded to Junior Suite Room. Hotel rooms are very good in terms of space and amenities but lacks in good quality furniture. I think room interior can be improved in a much better way. Also, food was very highly priced with service tax and service charges. In a budgeted 3 Star Hotel the food charges should be reasonably priced.

Nice business class hotel, but service is very slow. Only i liked was the food. very vast variety of breakfast and dinner. only because of quality of food i recommend this hotel. Check inn was very slow and they did not provided us free pick up from railway station which they had mentioned during the time of booking. Look wise very much standard hotel,family and childrens will not like this hotel. No entertainment for kids. location wise is very nice proper in the heart of the city.

It's a good place if you are on a business trip or enjoying with your family for short stay of 2 or 3 days. Soft spoken and well trained staff ease your stay. Food Quality - ok..not so good. Overall ambiance is quite attractive. Only issue you may find with the check-in and check-out timings and the charges for doing alteration in the same. Check-in time is 2.00pm, so if your flight/train/bus arrives early, you have to pay extra charges. The same case for late check-out also.

Lemon Tree Hotel Indore was good...it was a pleasant stay with this hotel...and the most likable thing for me was the complimentary breakfast, it was very good in taste and the quality was also up to the mark...and i don't have any kind of suggestion for any improvement, as the stay was really very comfortable...everything was just superb...and yes the location is very very convenient as it is situated in the heart of the city...

Stayed here while on a holiday drive... good location, good ambience once u enter the lobby. Some confusion on occupancy, though mentioned clearly at the time of booking, system says single, finally agreed when I showed Goibibo booking confirmation mail. Room spacious, well furnished Service little slow may be due to holidays rush... Thanks to Goibibo for a greatest offer, thanks lemon tree for making the stay comfortable.

Good, clean rooms. Front desk staff are very responsive. Breakfast spread is good. In-room dining service is over priced. WiFi is decent. Deducting one point for the restaurant staff who always seemed over eager to clear the table. Somebody or other would come to my table every 2 minutes and take away my plate or glass, although I had hardly finished my food or drink. Nothing special

Regularly visited Lemon Tree Hotel Indore. Every thing was fine over there. I stayed over there and stay was very comfortable. Hotel is value for money. Service and all are completely fine. Food was also perfect there, very hygienic and delicious food was perfect there. Location is fine. Nice accommodation and amenities are available over there. Hotel is very neat and clean.

lemon tree holds true to its customer service anywhere across india, everything from check in to check out was great cant single out any particular service which was better than other it was an overall good stay. except Lemon Tree Hotel Indore was stil under renovation for which Lemon Tree Hotel Indore has put a disclaimer for inconvenience if any to ne regretted .

This is a place where I regularly check in... almost every month. It's a good hotel and I have no complaints in general. however this time around it was raining and the fitness centre had the rain water leaking in. While there were housekeeping staff mopping the floor, etc. a leakage is to be fixed and it's not expected from a property like lemon tree.

Hotel is really good. The services and Lemon Tree Hotel Indore room quality is very good. Only the concern or the problem i faced was because of goibibo and Lemon Tree Hotel Indore the miscommunication between booth as the booking was not confirmed after 1 hour got the checkin but still its a very good property. Nice staff, overall will rate 4.5 on 5.

Extremely helpful staff. It is the people that run a hotel at all levels that make a difference. Rooms worldwide tend to have a similar style and amenities depending on their bracket. I highly recommend this hotel as they truly go above and beyond. Excellent stay. Thank you lemon tree. I will most definitely stay here when I visit again.

Really it was a pleasurable experience that i had with this hotel...and liked the freshness...and yes it is much better than other hotels in Indore as compare to the prices...no issues as such but yes the security guard was bit rude but when i told the manager he instantly took an action on that, so it was not a big issue...

Alwyas Stay at lemon tree hotel indore is a pleasant experience. i always stay at lemon tree with family or business tour . all staff behavior like a family member. food is so delicious . i recommend all my friends and those who visited indore stay at lemon tree and feel pleasant. i am sure you defiantly like it

rooms are big size and breakfast is very good. one of the best lemon tree hotels from the group. also it is centrally located in Indore. overall good for both business and family travellers I had few meetings, in Indore and all those places were quite near to Lemon Tree Hotel Indore, so it's location is good

rooms are big, breakfast spread is very good and caterer are more than happy to serve you. room service is good( I asked for an empty plate and it was in room in a minute). overall a very comfortable stay the location of hotel is impeccable, it's walking distance from major business hub and railway station
