Review Lemon tree Premier. Ulsoor... This is my 2nd visit to this Hotel and would like to share my review on the same. Excellent Service - Mr. Akshay Bajaj , Mr. Rajesh & his team member's from restaurant. Ms. Monika, Mr. Bhaskar, Alex, Dave and their team members from front office / Reception. Being my 2nd visit, I am very happy with the staff and the housekeeping team. To start with, it's an experience you will never ever forget. The view of the Room facing Lake and is amazing with a different feeling, which attracts you. Restaurant is ‘Innovative, contemporary and stylish' neatly sums up the all-round appeal of this highly regarded cuisine, which delivers consistently excellent food based on ‘adventurous ingredients and unusual combinations'. The staff guided under the leadership of Mr. Akshay Bajaj and Rajesh is extremely nice, soft spoken, helpful and courteous. I have experienced and enjoyed the exclusive and sophisticated dining experience. If you are looking for that 5-7 course private sit down meal with the chef waiting on you - this is Lemon Tree Premier Ulsoor Lake Bangalore for this over the top indulgence as well. Highly recommended !!! Having this Mouth watering food and high class service makes me to come again and again.... I can't begin to explain just how highly we rate this hotel. The service was excellent, every need was anticipated, every request accommodated. Ms. Monika is very polite and soft spoken lady with right skillsets required for front office. Alex and Dave too have been very sweet and polite. when I ate in the Buffet restaurant. The dinner exceeded my expectations. It was so yummy that I was bowled over. I have tasted food in so many restaurants in Mumbai and Delhi and have got some favourites for each place. The staff is courteous and always willing to help and bring things for you from the buffet. Restaurant Team members / staff who served me were – 1. Akshay Bajaj & Rajesh ( F&B , Akshay is the person who convinced and proved me that Lemon Tree is anytime better than the other Hotels / Restaurants in Bangalore.) 2 Umesh and Cliff Edward These two are my most loved person as they took care of me till I left the restaurant. 3. Manoj 4. Sushil 5. Manish 6. Pradip 7. Vinoo 8.Deepak 9. Pankaj 10.Michael 11. Balaraju 12 raghavendra 13 loknath. A special thanks to Mr. Ashok Barik from housekeeping for the prompt response. He was on his toes for all my small requirements.... Team from Front office - 1. Bhaskar 2. Ms. Monika 3. Alex 4. Abraham 5 karthik- Trainee 6. Dave 7. Michael In Lemon Tree, it felt as if all those favourites were brought under one roof. Every dish was cooked to perfection and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I have a feeling that this place is a world leader in service, certainly for me it redefines what 'service' means and how hospitality should be. Every five star hotel could learn from their staff. Overall every aspect of Lemon Tree Premier Ulsoor Lake Bangalore has been set-up to provide the best experience to the guests. They already deserve more than 4 stars. But I am sure with time they will fine tune all finer elements that can challenge the best hotels in Mumbai. My best wishes to Mr. Bhaskar , Ms. Monika and her team for the same. Would surely recommend this hotel to my other colleagues & my business partners. Looking forward to come again, preferably in November. I, with my wife had a 4 night stay at Lemon Tree Premier, Bangalore from 11th to 15th Dec 2016.  I wish to record that the LTP Bangalore team made our stay very pleasant and memorable. All its credit goes to Mr Amit the GM/DGM and his colleagues.  Our special thanks to him, Bhaskar the FO Manager and his front office guys, M/s Sushil, Manish, Chetan, Pankaj and others from F&B, Tejas and others (I don't know their names) from HK. Their House Keeping team was just Superb. The food and also the Room dining service at LTP Bangalore can not be appreciated enough. The men and women of 'Citrus' the restaurant were extremely efficient, polite and a big assist to the guests. And of course their BF fair was a treat to taste buds.  All these guys are assets to Lemon Tree.  We are also overwhelmed to note many a special man on LTP Bangalore staff, and offering equally good service (as of a normal person) to guests. This is really a commendable initiative by LT. I would definitely recommend my friends and others to preferentially patronise LT if there is a unit at the place of their visit.  I -Vijay & Neela Harchekar

Front desk personnel needs more training on how to talk to customer. Especially the female staffs. We checked in on March 3rd at 8ish in the night and we were supposed to attend a marriage the next day. I had informed the while we checked in only that I would be checking out late, may be around 3 or 4 in the noon, for which it was agreed and made a note of it. The next day it got a slight delay by the time we came back after marriage due to the traffic jam. It was around 3 PM we walked in and were packing bags to leave. I get a call from Lemon Tree Premier Ulsoor Lake Bangalore saying that it was mentioned as 3PM the check-out time and as it is half an hour past 3 they would put late check-out charges on us. When I said that I had already informed the last night about late checking out, she said that's their hotel policy and she can't to do anything for me but have to follow the rules. That was finally waved off after small argument. Other than this issue, there was nothing that bothered us. Everything was fine, Food, Room, Amenities, Cleanliness...

I've always loved LemonTree and their impeccable service but this time I have to admit I was a little let down - not only did I have WiFi issues but the AC also wasn't working on day 2 of my stay and the buffet was half empty when I arrived for breakfast. When I did bring up the WiFi issue, no one really came to resolve it. Also my food bill for a cup of soup was 1000+ bucks so that was unnecessary too. But all said & done I think this was a one off, since I've never really had an unpleasant experience before.Polite staff. Comfortable rooms. Also I LOVE how sustainable Lemon Tree is attempting to be, kudos to their efforts.

Lemon Tree Premier Ulsoor Lake Bangalore is located at a prime location in Ulsoor Military area and a clean entry to the reception area, the staff are kind and accomdative and helped celebrate my birthday and anniversary of my friend in Lemon Tree Premier Ulsoor Lake Bangalore with the staff cutting cake and clicking pictures. The Breakfast buffet is out of the world especially the live egg and Masala Dosa counters, the swimming pool and gym is my favourite place at the rooftop with an amazing view of Bangalore and this water has minimal clorene content making it wonderful to swim and have a great time 😎😍😘

It's centrally located and yet away from the noise. It has a cafe open at all times. The staff was courteous and polite. Early check in or late check out can be arranged on a nominal fee though I think it's based on availability. The room was comfortable and neatly furnished. There are smoking and non smoking rooms. There's a gym and a pool. The only downside was that the towels weren't as great looking as one would expect. Yet it was washed and fresh smelling. There's WiFi available for one device. It can be upgraded at a fee to be available to use on multiple devices. Overall, it was great value for money.

It was a good stay as, Room was very clean and well decorated. Rooms are small but nicely done. Amenities and Room ambiance is near to Five star status. Bathroom was clean and hygienic. House Keeping and Reception service was very slow and not enough active But not bad. Food Price is Extreme over priced even more pricey than many five star. Bed - 10/10 Room- 9/10 Tariff through Goibibo- 10/10 Food Quality- 7/10 Food Price- 5/10 House Keeping- 5/10 Reception- 7/10 Hotel lobby and Amenities - 9/10 Room Temp- 8/10 Over all - 7.5/10

The staff is well mannered and systematic. The best part I liked was I checked up early in Lemon Tree Premier Ulsoor Lake Bangalore with luggage. I had to go out for work hence I requested the at the reception to keep my luggage and transfer it to my at the check in time ie 1200 hrs. The staff immediately attached a tag to my luggage mentioning details about me and also my room number and kept the luggage in their custody. Well this seems to be a simple thing but this has a great impact on preventing luggage from getting misplaced.

Recently stayed at this place for the first time. The first impressions- these people rightly understands the need of business traveller and accordingly made up Lemon Tree Premier Ulsoor Lake Bangalore. Rooms and amenities are rightly placed. Relatively no frills hotel. Had dinner at the pan Asian restaurant- which was very delicious. Breakfast spread was very apt and wide options available just in case you miss lunch or so during business work - can help you bit. Would certainly recommend and prefer as well.

First i would like 2 thanks Lemon tree premiere for d wonderful memories i had in bangalore...I m thanking lemon tree premiere as dey played a vital role to create such lovely memories bcoz i was badly stuck in traffic nd about 2 miss my train but dey helped m to get my left luggage to d railway station on time...Thanku 1nce again for dis nd ofcourse for ur wonderful breakfast u offer..My full recommended hotel..must stay 1nce dere if u staying in bangalore... Courteous nd friendly staff..nd wonderful breakfast

overall it was a very nice stay at Lemon tree. Initially room which booked was not clean, there was dust over table, it could be because of road construction which was going on there. on the same day evening manager Mr Bhaskar spoke to me and inquired about the problem. next day he upgraded my room, stayed 02days with my family. Really it was wonderful stay.I thank Mr Vicky for prompt responce, also thank Mr Bhaskar for listening to the problem and doing the needful in positive manner...

It's a nice place to stay at Blore, I stayed alone for new year 1.excellent service 2.food was very nice and tasty 3. Staff is very helpful and friendly, Special thanks to Bhaskar Mandal on checkout day I forgot my purse in reception he called me and returned it. 4. Rooms are very clean and well maintained 5. It's a safe place for girls they can stay alone 6. Well maintained Swimming pool and gym We done guys!!! Hope to see you soon :)😊

Good Hotel, very efficient and friendly service....Nice location, very convenient.... Pleasant decor.Security system excellent.We Particularly enjoyed the hospitality present and the willingness to please.Staffs were very polite...The service at Lemon Tree Premier Ulsoor Lake Bangalore is exceptional and I liked it the most. The food at the restaurant is very good. The rooms are good and the bathrooms are also neat and clean......

Hotel is good and stay was very beautiful. Satisfied what i have paid and what i have got. Hotel people are very nice and very co operative, provide an excellent service over there. Food was very delicious and hygienic also. Hotel is located on the prime location and easy to find Lemon Tree Premier Ulsoor Lake Bangalore. Nice accommodation and hospitality was available over there. Regarding cleanliness its a very neat and clean.

Pretty good in terms of location, facilities and staff. Lemon Tree is one of those brands which takes pride in employing the disabled staff. Just amazing. Stayed here for a week and experience is amazing. Breakfast buffet has decent options, swimming pool is small but gives a good city view, bar and and an Asian restaurant are addition to the 24*7 fine dine restaurant right on the lobby level. Overall, happy with the stay.

The property is mainly for Business visitors and solo travellers. It's a good property to stay, clean and centrally located. Breakfast was ok. Not many varieties and not very tasty. Lemon Tree Premier Ulsoor Lake Bangalore 100% follows Covid Guidelines start from check in to checkout. But only limited services were available citing pandemic reason. Overall it's good. But definitely not a 5-star services or property.

Overall a Nice Experience ! however concern on AC output & Shower cabin which was duly reported to Lemon Tree Premier Ulsoor Lake Bangalore. Mobile Signals another but a Major challenge on Floor 8. In spite of this Support from Sharad and Nidhi at front office is Appreciated. Services from Svadheen, Santosh and Chanranjit in the Cafe are appreciated. Swimming Coach was exceptionally good.

I am a traveler and been stated many hotels, resorts but 🍋 🌲 "lemon tree" have become one of the favourite in my book of star hotels .. ambiance, views, services and staff has been fantastic starting from my checkin and I'm enjoying the services .. they have good fitness place, bar decent place to enjoy some party time and then swimming pool .. my rating 5 stars and thumbs up

A very good hotel with all amenities and good location plus connectivity. Awesome food and pool facilities. Dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were superb specially the baked items in the morning. WiFi was free and throughout in the premises in all 10 floors gym and pool. Although it needs few improvement like gym equipments can be better. Very small gym. Pool water isn't warm.
