Hotel Mahek

we have check in 17.05.2018 and check out on 19.05.2018, stayed here only for 2 night. now i am going to share the difficulties which i faced,only main areas i discussed.the following view based on my opinion, it may differ. from check in time my feeling was not good with their receptionist behavior( do not mean rough behavior but the way of his speaking was clearly identified that something was trying to keeps secret,related to hotel amenities). one of the biggest problems creates by their staff (restaurant,room service,house keeping) , you can not get anything related to hotel amenities and accommodation at once shot. you have to call either receptionist again and again to get for the same. it may so happen that among many staff few or any of them trying to satisfy yourself or yourselves by serving more qty. of food or unlisted food (i,e. the food which is not included your free breakfast,if yes) to get some extra benefit personally, please don't go for them, because later on i.e. at check out time you may see that you will have to pay for them, for which you may not be prepare. quality of food was not good according to price and also their cook. their food is rs.5-10/plate more than outside restaurant. if your accommodation included free breakfast then please ensure from them which item is included. overall experience was good.

Hello, I stayed here in ±15 August Actually Mahek and its all colinear hotels are situated on the first road after sea beach.. So, sea view is standardized here.. Needless to say, walking distance from the ghats used for sea bath.... very near to sbstc depot. Very near to station... it's located in main market, safe, secured area... complementary bed tea is available here... Services provided here is very unique, attached in my photo In a nutshell, experience is amazing from all points Hotel is located in prime location, dine facility available which is free of cost in case of room service, food is very much appreciated from price point as well as quality wise.. Room condition is very good, every room has sea facing balcony... I will definitely consider it for my next visit.

Overall experience was Excellent. The rooms interior decoration is amazing.front office associates like sou men was very polite and helpful in behavior. the housekeeping staff were really nice.the beach was a 2 minute walking from hotel.hotel was very nice and clean.only concern was that the room ventilation was not proper.rooms were not having any sea facing..all were side sea facing.the food in the restaurant was really delicious and tasty...will give 5 star for that.the last day(8th March) was a bit annoying from restaurant section..i called up restaurant for breakfast ..was asking him to send early..he said you checkout fast and go....he behaved in a bit rude manner which was not acceptable and it really shattered the image of Mahek.

nice and pleasant stay at hotel Mahek at new Digha.. very nearest to the sea beach.. developed area, we have stayed at ground floor non AC room, bathroom was clean properly, but there was no soap and hand wash in the basin, 2-3 cockroaches was found in the bed room, but not informed to Hotel Mahek authority by us as it was adjustable. house keeping was not came during our stay. it was mandatory by Hotel Mahek authority. bed tea was not served during stay except the check out day on 24.3.19.. we have stayed 22.3-24.3.19. room service was not taken by us. anyhow overall a good experience in Hotel Mahek... nice and pleasant stay at hotel Mahek... recommend for others... 80% ...

Hotel Good, Location Great, Food Great, Hospitality Good, Only 1 point which I would like to see in future is WiFi in Hotel Mahek. The network connectivity in poor inside the room I am using Airtel Sim of W.B, therefore it would really help if there is a wifi available in Hotel Mahek. There are other hotels who are providing it in lesser cost rooms. However, that was the only miss I felt as I had some office work to do which I couldn't do due to poor network availability. Rest everything tick the right boxes, overall good stay, loved the place and will be back as soon as possible, given covid is gone. Thanks Mahek hotel for making our stay pleasant!

We had booked 3 AC rooms for 1 night. The best thing about hotel Mahek is the location which is very close to the sea. From the shared balconies sea can be seen. Also varieties of food, drink and markets are there in the vicinity. Hotel food was also very good, hotel staffs were cordial and friendly. Rooms were neat and clean. Only thing I didn't like is the AC's installed were all window AC and seemed a bit old as strange noises came from them periodically, would have loved to rate as 5* but for the AC issue. Hope they repair them ASAP for a better experience. I would surely like to come back here and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Hotel Mahek location is amazing, just 2 minutes away from the beach. Hotel Mahek is quite neat and well maintained. The only drawback is that they do not have Wi-Fi amenity and also there is not a good variety of channels to watch in TV. Overall our stay was good but Hotel Mahek receptionists need to be more professional, at the time of our checkout when we were asked to pay the Digha Development Charge they couldn't bring us any receipt of it, we paid the money but had no valid document / bill for it. And it was also a bit disrespectful from their side that they didn't tell us to visit them again out of courtesy while we were leaving.

Near to new digha beach. Hotel staffs were very cooperative. The food of its restaurant was also nice. Soft drinks are more costly, so don't take it from its restaurant, better u purchase it from outside. But the food is of reasonable price and good quality. I visited digha in 21-23 January 2018. The shops near to new digha beach were demolished and new constructions already began. So the look was not good. I hope after 6-7 months it will have a new look. The beach is not sandy like that of puri or goa. Here its mixed with soil. I have walked 2.5 km from new digha beach to old digha beach, but everywhere the beach was black colored.

We have stayed in Hotel Mahek on 29th Jan'2016 to 31st Jan'2016. We have celebrated our daughter's birthday on 29th jan along with the all the staffs of Hotel Mahek. Hotel administration provided us excellent hospitality & support.. Entire staffs of Hotel Mahek are very much caring in nature. The food quality & service are best in comparison with other hotels.. The location of Hotel Mahek superb, just nearby to the sea beach.. We would rather say that- it is called as full money utilisation.. We are very happy with our overall staying experience in Hotel Mahek.. We would be love to visit again in Hotel Mahek new Digha.. Thank You..

Lovely hotel, friendly and co-operative staff, beach is near by...approax 150 m, had only coffee n sandwitch so not sure about food quality, had lunch n dinner from outside restaurant which serves good quality food at reasonable rate. My mate only complained about wall color (a bright pink) which appear somehow depressing to him, but not to me. Cleanliness is good. One room service person knocked at night, if we require water, which was bit disturbing and annoying, as we were sleeping after a hectic day! Overall experience is good! I am recommending others to have a stay at this price of ********..!

Always there is a way to improve.I was there from 11.12.18 till 13.12.18.Very well behaved staffs specially ones who handle guests at the reception.Food is great.rooms are clean and they use to take enough care for their guests.Thanks Team Mahek for gifting us such a pleasent time. Will suggest all the visitors to try there once and they will not spoil the moment.Beach is very near just 5 mins walking and from station walking distance 7 mins.Charges are equivalent of foods and rooms.The best part they serve North Indian, Chinese,tandoor and Biryanis.Very nice place and calm place for visitors.

we booked an AC super dulax room for us. Rooms are very nice but a bit small in this rate , but cleened. Behaviour is very nice. very close to sea beach only 5 minutes walk distance. We will suggest you to go there as well. But the problem was with their foods. That night we ordered a plate chicken dum biriyani they served at the proper time but when we give a bite in the chicken pieces bloods comes out. That restaurant they are that much irresponsible they give us a fork which was not cleend at all. I will suggest u to also go there but don't have food from them.

Excellent location, family hotel, clean , staff behaviour good..1 km distance from Digha Railway Station... Auto will take maximum Rs 50 for dropping from railway station to hotel... But main drawback is reaching to the beach opposite to Hotel Maheks in this area, as it is rocky consisting of large sharp stones... So very difficult for the old ppls and ladies for taking bath in sea...But another nearby beach namely Udaipur beach is there , which is plain sandy and comfortable for all aged ppls.

I liked Hotel Mahek as well as their services.... They were frank, decent and used to greet us in the morning and evening while going outside, this is smthng enjoying.. Moreover, I had opted for free brkfst facility in my booking, they used to serve the plates and send them into rooms and provide everything like we r eating in a hotel. People were nice. Services provided were nice, near to sea beach, if u opt for top floors u can see n feel the beach breeze too. Must choose I would say😊

I booked two rooms in this hotel, one a non-ac room and the other an ac room. Rooms were as shown in the app. Pros: 1) Very near to New Digha beach 2) Excellent food Cons: 1) Check-out time is very odd. They ask you to check out by the time you have only finished your breakfast at 09:30. And they would keep pestering you by calling up time and again to vacate the rooms. 2) Staff is not very friendly and you would not find any staff after 11pm in the night Overall a good budget hotel

Located in close proximity to the sea beach...this hotel is quite good. Food is their main usp. The staff was always very helpful and cooperative. For a hotel like this...ambience was good but wasn't up to the mark. Manpower needs to be increased to handle sudden pressure. I am sure-the next time when I visit the place, Hotel Mahek would be a different place altogether. Overall I had a pleasant stay at Mahek and I give it a 4 star rating as of now.

Yes we are having a great time here in MAHEK HOTEL. Rooms are so clean. . . .even the bed covers and the pillows are as if it is newly bought . . . . Bathrooms are also clean and smell well. . . . behaviour of the staffs are very good. . . . .very friendly they are indeed. and i also want to thank GO IBIBO . . . .it gave me an opportunity to stay here with a very cheap price. thank u everyone. MAHEK CETAINLY DESERVES FIVE STARS.

It was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean but washroom was not so clean. Towel was provided but no soap. No Room service was there for drinking water. No blanket provided for AC room. Service could be better. If you are with family and not fond of open alcohol drinking then should avoid this place, as I have seen people having drinks in balconies, even in reception area. Hotels staff rather stopping them are actually encouraging.

Manager Mr. Janmejay helped in booking through Goibibo & faster check in on arrival. Staffs were very cooperative and ready to help at all times. Rooms were spacious and cleaners cleaned on both days of my stay. Kitchen staffs were helpful and prepared food for my child; We didnot have food at Hotel Mahek since we were mostly eating out- so cannot comment on it. Overall a good stay in appropriate location near the sea. Will stay again.

I had booked deluxe room for 2 days. But due to some maintenance work, deluxe room were not available. They had provided standard AC room with complementary breakfast as a replacement. But we had to call many times to get the complimentary food and the quantity of the complementary food was very less for two person. Room was small but clean, AC was not properly working. Location was very near to the sea beach. Overall fine experience.
