Mamata Residency

I have stayed at Mamata Residency for a time and happy about location, service, budget and facility. Location - Very near to Bus stand and walkable Facilities - Hot water available as early as 5 am and available till 10AM,Toilet is neat, Philips LCD TV Services - I have mentioned as need a spacious bed as I have 2 kids and they provided at no extra cost, room service is good, when my daughter needed medical help, manager assisted me to find auto, near by hospital etc. (thank u sir). You have plenty veg hotels and we preferred Shri Lakshmi Narayana bhavan though little costly. Taste and service time is good. Finally, nice hotel to say in all aspects like location, facility, hospitality etc. This will be my choice for further visits Note to hotel - I am not happy with the coffee provided by room service and could be provided from better hotel.

It was a great stay at Mamata Residency earlier this month. The best thing about Mamata Residency is its close proximity to the railway station and the central bus stand. We just walked the road to Mamata Residency by using google map. The central bus stand is about 400 meters from where you need to board the bus to the Tirumala hill temple. I noticed Mamata Residency authority takes good care for maintaining cleanliness and that is a big plus point. The staff are cooperative. They don’t have a restaurant of their own but the area abounds with plenty of them. I request travelers to book Mamata Residency without hesitation. It worth your every penny. The only thing is that if you are visiting Tirupati post march please book AC room because it is very hot even in early March. Stayed in Mamata Residency from March 17 to March 19.

decent hotel staff courteous.this is the 5 time I have stayed in this hotel.nice guys.Mr venkatesh Reddy the owner and the manager prabhakar are very accommodative,supportive and complaint I send a mail to Mr venkatesh Reddy requesting for early check-in and he does not say No.i usually check in by 5 am in the morning have darshan and leave in the evening/ night all my stays have been comfortable.hv been.booking on goibibo.have booked for December month as well I HV been having pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend for guests to experience their transit stay thanks mamata residency and goibibo

Our stay was pleasant. Courteous staff. Hotel is centrally located .We a group of 8 people were travelling and found this place suitable for Tirupathi Balaji dharshan. Some tips for future guests : The rooms are in first and second floor.No lift facility. If any of the guest is having some problem to climb the stairs , you pl inform Mamata Residency to allot room in the first floor. Parking for small passenger cars is available with Mamata Residency, but no parking space for tempo traveler like vans. Mamata Residency is located on a one way busy road, hence you have to make a circuitous route to reach.

good ambience,clean,neat & tidy.curteous managers Mr Babu & Mr prabhakar.Very accomodative.In fact Mr Venkatesh Reddy the owner was prompt enough to let me know that he will accommodate us in the morning and advised us not to book for two days as v arrived at 5AM in the morning and left same day.it gives immense satisfaction wen you stay in such hotels.homely hotel.i will b looking forward to my visit and stay in this htl next month. Definitely it's a nice place to stay and would recommend it all guests who are looking for a neat decent accommodation while on a pilgrimage to Tirupati.

Value for money. The staff is cordial. Good Management. I have got free cancellation before 1 day of check-in. As I am scheduled to arrive at 4 am on the day of check-in, I enquired about the availability of early check-in(not specified anywhere in Mamata Residency policy) before my arrival. The manager was understanding and real and to the point. He arranged a room for early check-in and confirmed it just the day before. I am impressed by his behavior. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

Manager is understandable and straight to the point kind of a person, He arranged me a room for early check-in at 5 AM. Double Non-A/C Room was quite good at the price I paid. They provide amenities like TV, Table, Chairs, Hot water and apart from this they provide cooling water in 1st floor. Bus stand, Railway station and restaurants are nearby from this location. Overall it was a good stay at Mamata Residency.

Really I appreciate Mamata Residency staff for maintaining the Sensitization standards so aptly. Early check in was not a problem for them, the rooms are really clean and tidy, about the location, its just 200 mtrs from Main Bus stand, at the main junction. I didn't order anything to eat, as it was pandemic season and i have made my own arrangements, but the staff was courteous enough to inquire if i need any thing

clean and decent place to stay while on a piligrimage trip to tirupathi.walk down distance from the railway station and bus stand.well maintained rooms with solar water heater facility.Mr venkatesh Reddy the owner and Mr Prabhakar & Kodandapani at the reception are very courteous and so also the staff.i have been staying regularly in transit at this hotel from past 11 months when ever I make a trip to tirupathi.

room is clean hotel is in the center to the bus stand and railway station so u can go by walk very near for senior citizens it's not good becoz there is no lift that's the problem staff are very friendly manager is helpful there is no restaurant but if u ask the staff they will bring the tasty food to your room and the thing is rooms are small that's the prob remaing it's good I recommend this hotel👍

There is no geiser in bathroom. As per hotlier for hot water, they have dedicated a TAP in bathroom, may be big solar system.But all the time for me cold water is coming from that TAP. Except this hotel stay was very good. Very near to bus station, railway station and cinema theatres. You can find good south & north indian restaurants near Mamata Residency. Good staff....

great place to stay for families,solo travelers and for pilgrims very cordial and cooperative managers and staff.very clean environment.walking distance from bus stand and railway station.i have been staying in this hotel every month when I go to tirupathi.home away from home.safe place to stay I would recommend families and pilgrims to stay at mamata residency

It is a nice hotel. My brother have booked it for me. This is half kilometer from Tirupati railway station at walking distance. We (me and my wife) have checked in hotel in early morning. Rooms are spacious and clean. Room service is good. Environment is peaceful with chanting sound from nearby temple. We have enjoyed south indian in nearby restaurant.

It is a good hotel with excellent maintenance. Staff are very good and maintaining hotel neatness Managers are very good and approaching for feedback during the stay. It was pleasant stay,. Manger was very cooperative & friendly,. Rooms are very clean and very near to bus stand & railway station. Only unpleasant situation was, even after paying tips to the caretakers they keep pestering you for tips every time they help you & openly ask for tips, which takes away all the goodness & leave a bad taste.

location is good. Very close to both railway and bus station. Receptionist/Manager is nice and polite. Room Staff will serve you better if you tip them which is true for almost all Mamata Residencys here. no inhouse food or tea. They arrange for it from outside and charge double. TV was not upto the mark. Remote was not working

Staff was so cooperative and helpful. Located near tirupati bus station and railway station. Clean and comfortable with spacious rooms with all working condition amenities. Rooms were spacious and best suitable for family trips. They also offere luggage room which is one the most required amenities while you're on family trip .

This hotel is for budget Travelers and don't expect 3 Star facilities for a room which is less than 500. It's centrally located and walking distance from both railway station and bus stand. Round the clock public transport is available. For people coming to visit lord balaji this hotel can be a nice stop over.

It was good. helpful staff. easy check in and check out. the way the staffs are asking weather you are tamil..telugu or hindi. its cute. affordable price near to tpty bus stand. railway station.. rooms are clean. overall it was a great experience. no pics to share because i was literally tired that time😂

Very budget friendly good hotel near to RTC bus stand and railway station. Room is clean with facilities like AC, TV, 24/7 hot water supply. Restroom is also very clean. Manager and staff is very good and helping us with queries. Check out time is based on 24 hours from check in time which is also great.
