Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Reception people were too helpful. Breakfast was good with large variety. We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was great and always so welcoming. We had Executive room with the pool facing. Best room in the place and a beautiful morning view.The room was lovely and well-appointed with a glass bathroom, including a small sofa, chair and table. Hospitality is good and staff is co-operative, polite and receptive. Use of swimming pool and few of game zone items are complimentary. Overall experience was excellent. Excellent experience. Highly recommended. Will definitely suggest this place to our friends. It was gr8 staying here with a good privacy.

One of the most value for money resort with nice, cozy , well maintained rooms. Beautiful ambience and swimming pool makes your stay really delightful. They have a small reastaurant and open sitting near the pool. The food was tasty (thank you chef), good in portion and adequately price. Resort is conveniently loacted in the heart of lonavala and has ample parking space. All the staffs were courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Resort is wonderful. Staff is friendly. Service was little slow when asked for in room dining. It was raining all the time so couldn't use pool but extra activities were there which we played like fooseball and chess. Food was decent. Rooms are cozy and clean. Housekeeping staff did their job well. Overall a very nice stay. For couples, it is very friendly. We are married couple so there was no problem.

good stay in tungalri village. the place was silent and beautiful. recommended for family couples. please keep your login card safe as they charge you for the same which is not worth for a useless piece of plastic. ambience, the room. only sad part was I lost the log in card for the room and they charged me 200 rs for the same which wasn't worth. rest all was good

Great place for stays. The resort is very clean and well maintained. The place is silent and pleasant. The services are quick. The quality and taste of the food can be improvised as per the charge levied. The place has a decent vibe letting the atmosphere seem very refreshing. The services were quick.

It.s a good and comfortable property. The food is good and the staff is helpful. The location is a bit crowded outside as Meritas Adore Resort in the village but, when you are in Meritas Adore Resort you will feel good. Overall it's a good hotel for families, couples and groups.

All over experience was OK as everything was available as shown in Pic only thing it's not as shown in picture about size of resort. Its too small. Food is delicious. Mr sunil staff was very helpful in house keeping and even Ms. pooja.

hotel was very good n couple friendly... though it was bit small but was very clean and tidy..there was game zone too. food was yummy. receptionist radheshyam ji and all staff including kitchen staff was very polite n cooperative.

I must say superb resort and the staff is very Cooperative. The very important thing that they have not even denied to give us service even at 1 AM in the night. Play area , swimming pool and siting area adjoining to the pool.

We stayed from 11th Feb-13th Feb 22 and it was a wonderful experience....Very Well maintained property with very friendly staff...little small but beautiful garden space...Had a great time.... Surely recommend....
