I stayed on this hotel for three days out of which one day I took AC room and the rest 2days i chooses non ac ....rooms were good but preffer to choose AC rooms instead non ac rooms (i feel some hot in here and also mosquito repellent and i couldn't sleep well) Good for singles those who go to Lucknow for taking examination.

Specially AC was so good. Room was average. Pillow covers were torn. On linen there was human hairs. Staff behaviour is very polite. Hotel is on 3rd floor where you have to go without lift. Safe drinking water was not available. Breakfast was complementary. Overall value for money with few drawbacks.

Nice hotel. Very well decorated. Nice behavior of staff. Pretty rooms with all facilities I love the room service and the rooms are spacious and they are maintaining all standards of sanitization. Very near to Lucknow NR or charbagh railway station.

Hotel receptionist Mr Sonu is very gentle and polite person. He tried his best to give services as well as respect to his customers.. Hotel is average but both Receptionist Sonu and Suryansh was too good.
