Nayath Serviced Apartments

I normally don't provide my reviews over Nayath Serviced Apartmentss I stay but this time it is totally a different experience. i was so impressed with kind of hospitality and service provided by Nayath Service Apartment staff. I booked 2 bhk apartment for 6 people which was clean and fully air conditioned which you need in scorching heat of Tirupati for one day extended to 2 days after having such a good experience. really wants to thank "Mastaan Ji" who unconditionally helped us in arranging everything from food to transport to different temples across Tirupati and Tirumala. People here are totally honest and good nature. Had a great experience. I recommend this apartment to everyone as it feels like home.

This is a service apartment just as your home. You got spacious fully furnished hall, kitchen with utilities where you can cook on your own. Since we took our 2 year old daughter, kitchen was of a huge help indeed. Bedrooms was good along with attached bathrooms. Geyser was working properly round the clock. It is located just off the main road where you can avail any kind of transport easily. Room service persons are very polite and fullfilled all our requests with us having no grievances. Apartment is little old looking outside and it had few broken tiles in the hall way. Except this everything was great and we had a pleasant stay.

Best budget service apartment in tirupathi.. For family ceremony in Tirumala we travelled with 20 people by booking 3 apartments in 4th floor.. Positives and improvements as below Positives 1. Hygiene bed room and bathroom, hall deewan 2. Spacious hall and wardrobes. Extra persons can sleep in hall 3. Location (near by restaurant. Close to main road)easy to locate 4. Good service by owner and reception Improvements Out of 3 aprtments.. Only one apartment complained about little mosquitos.. Though they provided mosquito coils.. Pls arrange liquid goodnight etc for sleep without smell of coil

Good basic place to stay. This is not a hotel, so do not expect things like room service, 24x7 uniformed reception, multiple TVs, in-house restaurants, swimming pool and other such frills. What this does offer is a very spacious apartment (for the price), comfortable beds, working fittings and plenty of privacy. I stayed on a 2 bedroom apartment felt it could have been cleaner and the lights on one of the bathrooms was not working, but no major complaints.

This hotel is situated very close to the Ramanuja circle in Tirupati. Looks wise from the outside it looks quite old. There are some renovations going on. However on the inside it is very neat and well maintained. We opted for 2 B/R non/ac and we got 2 Bedrroms/Bathrooms + Hall with sofas. Note that there is no kitchen. The owner Kiran is very nice, polite and understands our needs. He has gone an extra mile keeping us happy through out our stay.

They provide serviced apartments, which are very spacious, comfortable and clean. They have AC and non AC apartments, and each of these two bedded apartments, can easily house 6 people. Best for people traveling in groups, or large families. The owner was very helpful, provided good rooms, gave suggestions for trips, and even provided help, when one of our members got sick. Overall a good experience.

We were 2 families and stayed in a 2 BHK Apartment for 2 days. Although the building was very old, the apartment was up to date and very well maintained. Bathrooms and Bedrooms were very clean. Kitchen maintenance could've been better. Proximity to all important places is a big plus. No hassles in checkin or checkout. Very good option if planning trip with multiple families. Feels like home 👍

I stayed in this service apartment last week. positive is the location identification, very much clean and service. but on the negative side common rest room door is broken and very difficult to close it. My advise for the management is to change the door and add shower. I am happy with the visit as my purpose is solved.

Overall a good experience a very good service. Location is very good near to bus station and Reliance Smart mall. Also lot of eateries are also available nearby. Good parking space is also available. Overall recommended for Family , Friends and couples. Cons: Could have been more neat on the bed sheets and towels

Well maintained apartment inside. Nice set of helpful people at the counter. Stayed in a 2bhk accommodation in Mar '21 with my family. An open drainage a few meters away from the entrance was the only irritant if you walk on the road in front. Overall, still it's value for money in all other respects.

We Are very satisfied with the Nayath serviced apartment. This place is located close to tirumala which is at the foothills. The apartment is very neatly maintained and worth the money we pay. For a family of five or six i suggest to rent Nayath apartment.. Thanks for the good service and hospitality.

very good experience. the staff was very co-operative. They accommodated our request of late check in and check out. The service apartment is the best option for family specially who have kids and oldies... very near to railway station and at prime area.. best experience over-all. thanks a lot goibibo

management is very friendly. they arranged everything that is asked including early check-in....thanks for that... should improve on the ac.. ac in living room should be better. it is almost like there is no ac in living room.. it is impossible to manager the 2bedroom ACS with 1remote...

Pros Had a very good stay, Bathrooms were neat and clean, hot water, clean beds, centre location. Cons No kitchen facilities like fridge or Oven in a serviced appartment. Nearby decent hotel is walkable. Single remote for A.C. it's not convient for two rooms.

I liked the rooms and is perfect for family.i would like you to suggest to visit other places other than pilgrim with family near by. the apartments are lovely and the staff is also friendly. the kitchen. the location. the linen is clean.

Ideal place for stay for family, you get a feeling like home. have so many food joints in and around the place. excellent transportation facility available as well, well connected. overall a fantastic place to stay as a family.

Nice and clean place for overnight stay. Geyser is there in the bathrooms. Need to carry your own drinking water or the same may be purchased at reception also for MRP. Food is available in the vicinity at reasonable rates.

Overall Very good experience. Nice Gesture from the staff. The service apartment is the best option for family specially who have kids and elders. Near to railway station and at prime Location. Felt like staying at home.

it's a perfect stay for family. they had all utensils in the kitchen and perfect for a family with kids and babies. they also had additional covertable sofa which was very useful. the location and facilities are great
