We had a great time there. There were opportunities to do many activities, that we really enjoyed. The rooms were good with an amazing view, Spacious dining area but I felt that the food taste could be better. However, a clean and nicely decorated place, clean, well maintained pool area with beautiful view, well behaved, helpful staff, actually there was nothing as such to complain about. Also the area for drinking was very nice. Coming here, you can find a luxurious vibe all around. Definitely a great hotel to visit or stay.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. Cleanliness and hygiene is most important and it was well taken care of. It was no where mentioned about the bath tub and Jacuzzi and was expecting the same in the room but pls note it is available in only one room and suite apartment and in no other room. Little disappointed as I had booked for premium category room. Anyways it was a good experience and looking forward for more stays. For Food - 5 Star Ambience - 5 Star Amenities - 4 Star Overall - 4 Star

The property is truly 5 Star. And, so is the service. Chandrani deserves a special mention for her intricate detailing in hospitality. Suite rooms, Studio rooms or even the basic rooms are well equipped and spacious. The In Room dining service is commendable also the regular buffet at The Square. Be it a workation or staycation Novotel should be the only choice in Kolkata! ❤️ The housekeeping staff are very prompt and considerate.

The time of check-in I didn't experience good, too much creepy questions from the team. Very limited varieties of food and the food was extremely oily which is completely unhealthy. In the room there's no hand sanitizer and protective kits which is very important in this covid 19 pandemic On the other hand they apologize for the trouble. So it was fair enough and it's good stay. Hope in future they will improve the service.

Great experience the only thing would have been better if there Lounge would been operational because as per Covid restriction majority of the pub were closed by 8 pm in nearby location. but thank god there was a spencer who have saved us. but other than that it was nice experience.The staff were pretty much helpful in all aspect when it comes to taking of guest needs.✌🏽😊

Friendly! Warm ambiance! Front desk staff are very welcoming. Overall, it was nice. The restaurant can be way better, in terms of variety and room service. Safe. Proper security features maintained. Prompt housekeeping. The bathing area can be a little more spacious. It was kind of cut short and was claustrophobic!

I was at this hotel for 2 days and It was an an amazing and comfortable stay. I like the staff behaviour. I got the room I preferred for. The best part is i just tried to get a cake for my loved one for her b'day to suprise at 12 and surprisingly i got that arranged at Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences itself.

hotel room was clean and tidy.room space was really good but unfortunately food was so much bad..as compare to the price the food quality was nothing.And specially if you order anything in dining service @ room it will come cold like poori will be papad..so be careful.

Nice place to relax and enjoy if you want you wish to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city....next to Axis and central mall to have a good shopping experience...courteous staff and willing to help...rooms are small and not good for family.

Stay was Amazing, everything was good starting from check in to check out..Food was tasty only one suggestion breakfast menu should be changed daily at least few items.i would recommend Novotel for pleasant stay 😊 Service was good.

Great Experience. Staff at reception was very nice and courteous. Very nice experience at gym and pool. Full points for Sourav at gym. He was exceptionally good and well experienced. Overall a very good and memorable stay.

It was overall a good experience, though due to less staff due to COVID situation they couldn't provide us good service but the room was very spacious and comfortable. The behavior of the staff was very polite and humble.

It was good overall. Food was nice! The comfort was recent and the maintenance is great. However, I felt just one thing missing and that was the swimming pool experience. It wasn't too good but yes was not bad either.

Room was small. Brrakfast quality was just average. this is not expected from a 5 star hotel. Good gym, spa and sauna facilities. Swimmimg pool is small. Staff was good. Needs to improve on many aspects. Thanks
