Octave Himalaya Monarch

This hotel is an awesome Hotel to stay in. The rooms look like those of a 3 star hotel, very clean and the toilets are also clean with modern fittings. 24 hours of hot water facility. Card punching safe door locks. Some toilets though don't have a exhaust fan which is not desirable, room no 231 doesn't have exhaust fan in toilet and have no window view. Do avoid that room. The managers are a little bit indifferent, owing to large nu.ber of bookings , since this hotel is located at the heart of the city close to Majestic Bus stand. Room service ia good. Food in the restaurant is not that good, better to eat outside . Don't order Biryani in the restaurant as they have no idea what Biryani is. All over speaking it was a good stay at this hotel. One more thing, do confirm your booking over phone if you are booking though different hotel booking websites.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city. very near to Metro, Bus stand, Railway station, Shopping Malls, Hospitals etc. Receptionist is very cooperative. Very nice and we'll mannered staff. Room service is good and very prompt, honest with regard to service and money matter. Completely Hotel was frequently sanityzed on daily basis to get rid of any suspicious virus. House keeping is excellent. linens, bed provided to me is very clean and comfortable. Wash Room is also very clean. 24 Hours hot and cold water is available. Food served me, which was brought from outside Hotels which was also very hygenic. TV and AC was in working in good condition. Overall, I enjoyed 6 nights in this Himalaya Hotel, Bangalore. Receptionist is very polite and cooperative. Staff behaviour is very good. Room service is prompt and honest. Food served from outside Hotels which is also very hygenic. House keeping is very clean keeping in mind to get rid of any suspicious virus. All staff are wearing Face masks. Hotel is cleaning and sanityzing every time. Linen, Bed provided to me is very clean and comfortable. TV as well as AC were working in good condition. wash Room also very clean. Overall, I enjoyed 6 nights in the Room. 1. Location : This Property is located very close (<5min walking distance) to Majestic Bus Station and Metro, Very convenient 2. The Room was neat and Clean with basic amenities provided 3. Staffs Were helpful and Cooperative, Check-in Check-out Process was Smooth 4. No in-hotel Restaurant but there are many good Restaurants nearby and Hotel Allows you to Order food via Food Delivery Apps 5. I found the Door Lock would be an issue as first but you'll Get used to as you unlock the door... 6. No Everyday Room Service/Room Cleaning. Only upon Request you can avail Room Cleaning Services Overall I had a Really Good Experience with Octave Himalaya Monarch Hotel... it was a Worth the money stay, Would Stay when i visit Bangalore again Safety,Staffs,Location

Everything was fine except check in where there was a lot of delay and confusion and the first room thy allotted the ac was not working and at night by 9 pm when we came back to the room they rang me up from the reception and said the wanted to change the room because the had allotted a superior room and I said I did not aske for it and the guy at the reception laughed and said that was they did not have any other room that answer was very silly any way I did not change too because I am used to hotels as I run two hotels myself but a common person might have to change the room at night which is very unpleasant. So pls don't repeat or try to repeat this thing with customers. But otherwise hotel is top Noch excellent

Very Very Very Nice Hospitality, Check was very smooth, I stayed here from 15 th Mar to 17 Mar 2019 in room no. 220. The stay was very pleasant, I the complementary breakfast was great. i enjoyed a lot. Situated in proper market place. Walkable distance from Kempegowda Bus Stand. Very helpful staff specially Mr. Gupta at the reception and people in the restaurant also. I will recommend it to everyone . very safe for families . toiletaries are given every day new. fresh towels every day . i will give 5 stars to this hotel . Thank You Hotel satff

Location: Right at the heart of the city. Walkable distance from Bengaluru City Junction and Majestic Bus Terminal Experience: A really nice place to stay. Nice and clean room with all basic amenities. Well kept WC. Staff behaviour: The maintenance people are very friendly and helpful. Receptionists MAY be a bit withdrawn and supercilious when they come to know that you booked through third party sites. Verdict: For those with not so deep pockets - go for this only if you are able to secure heavy discounts. Overall, the stay was good.

Hotel Himalaya is located very close to the Majestic Metro and bus-stand. It is a value for money hotel, provided the per night stay costs around INR .. The staff is polite and helpful. Also, the room, amenities and toilet are tidy. The food is average. However, there are plenty of restaurants in the same street as well as the vicinity. There was nothing that I disliked about this place. However, the internet worked slow in my room. As well as some facilities such as lighting could be better, but it didn't ruin my experience.

I would like to thank all staff members of Himalaya Hotel who made our stay memorable. All staff members were very polite, co-operative & friendly. Rooms are specious and comfortable. I would like to rate my experience as under Cleaning - excellent Room service - excellent Staff behaviour - excellent Food - excellent I would like to add one sentence for Mr Prashant who had taken care very well & arranged food ( as per my child's choice ) for my 3 years nephew. Positive points: Central location, plenty of restaurants, shops, bus stand nearby. Hotel staff friendly & helpful, room spacious & clean, bathroom clean & running hot & cold water. Breakfast fabulous. Negative points: lnternet not working most of the times, TV needs endless complicated manoeuvers to start ( l had to call room service to start TV each time I wanted to watch), essential room service, eg, drinking water, towel etc had much delayed response. Overall, a good stay.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I travelled with my sister and lots of luggage and despite the lift availability, the staff helped us to carry the same to our room. We stayed here for 03 days and it was a good experience... The Receptionist 'Suraj' was friendly.. Had a great time..

Hotel is located in hot of the city. It is walkable from majestic and it is near to Railway station. Parking facility is available in the basement. Near by good restaurant and hotels available for food. Rooms were very neat and clean. Only thing is A/c was very low in cooling. Reception staffs were very polite and follow all necessary covid precautions. Service was good. I really like Octave Himalaya Monarch. I got great discount from goibibo.

I had in this Hotel few times in the last one year and my experience is extremely good. The Rooms are neat and tidy, breakfast is very good and the service is excellent. I got value for my money and the property is very close to the Majestic Metro, Bus station and is surrounded by some decent restaurants.Uber, Ola have easy access and Autos are available round the clock. I would not hesitate to recommend this Hotel to travelers.

I do appreciate support and service provided by all Reception staff at Octave Himalaya Monarch. We were 3 occupants for Superior Room. We realised that this room could be small for us. We requested hotel staff to upgrade us to Family Room and they did so quickly Good experience: Specious room, Good service. This hotel is always my first choice while I am planning for a stay in Bengaluru. Octave Himalaya Monarch interior is very quiet and clean that you'll fall in love with it as soon as you step in. The rooms are well designed with superior furniture. Beautiful bathrooms and there's round the clock hot water supply. Located in Majestic area, Octave Himalaya Monarch offers great advantages location-wise too.

Superb Budget hotel located nearby Majestic - Heart of Bangalore. Only 5 min walkable distance from city railway station and metro station. Stayed in 2X studio room and it having all amenities. Hotel having attached restaurant which offer breakfast as compliment. Items are limited but tasty. Property neatly maintained and ambient inside hotel is good. Totally worth for Business and Family trips.
