Octave Kanthi Comforts

Stay was good. I was on my business Travel from 19th Spet to 20th Spetember 2022. Hotel manager provided me a early check in.. Manager is rude not friendly behaviour with guest.no cons related to stay. Bathroom needs improvementNo toilet paper, No toiletries kit, bathroom door handle is broken. Hot water available 24 hours good part in service. TV in room is Working but Tata Sky recharge not done so no use of TV in the room. called person but unable to solve issue.In room Kettle, 2 Glass, 2 tea Cup, Ash tray provided.. but no water and no tea or coffee making provided. nothing is complimentary in this hotel...everything is chargeable.. so all equipment in the room is just for a show as shown in the photo. AC works in good condition. Fan also works in good condition. Beds are good linens do not smell. pillow smells the green color ones. i think so its cover has not changed from long time.. lights are working in good condition. 24x7 power back up is there... recommended to family and business traveler's. choose this hotel for 1 night stay only... due to bus station nearby... everyday room cleaning people reach your door and ask for room cleaning option. Toilet is clean. Hygeine maintained in hotel areas and inside the rooms. Dustbin provided. Overall the stay was good. not excellent because some pros and some cons are there.. so giving 4 star. else everything ok.. reception managers need to be good with guest.. as he is rude.

Booked through goibibo app,with discount. At the time of check in the front office staff was rude telling that booking is confirmed but he cant give room for me.I was shocked and asked why? he told me that the payment i made was very less(after discount) Then after confirming with his senior he gave me the room. Please teach him how to behave with customers. apart from this it was a perfect stay. 1, Neat and clean rooms. 2,WiFi connectivity was ok. 3,room service was good. 4,fresh linens& clean towels were used. 5,Peaceful location without any noise. 6,Complimentary breakfast was ok. Will definitely plan to stay there next time if there is no confusion with the front office. as i am a frequent traveler and a regular customer of goibibo. since iam working in a hotel,I ll also refer it to my guests and also to my friends.

Very nice stay. Actually I hope there is no vehicle parking area but if there is no place to park the vehicle beside the roadside of hotel then they gave the permission to keep the vehicle underground separate parking area of this hotel itself so don't worry about parking. One negative review is that there was room cleaning daily suppose if you not inside the room( go outside) also they will open and clean the room, there is place of shelves to keep our things and able to close, but not able to lock it. For food , there is room service available that you can order or otherwise left opposite to this hotel, Sri Udupi hotel is available there we can take breakfast, lunch, dinner at affordable price. Then TV ,AC, Hot water for all pipes inside the restroom are working in good condition.

My stay in hotel kanthi comforts was good. He staff is very helpful, hotel is very good. Just few things i want Octave Kanthi Comforts to look upon : 1. bed should be properly cleaned daily because a lot of bed bugs were there. even though they changed my room but still the problem of bed bugs was there. 2. when i shifted to a new room after the bed bugs issue the new room was smelling full of cigarette and liquor. 3. the glasses kept in the room were not properly cleaned. problem number 2 and 3 can happen by mistake and its not that much big problem but please take a look and try to solve problem number 1. anyways i found Octave Kanthi Comforts good and will recommend it to others :)

A hotel with friendly staff and good ambience. Easy to access all major tourist attraction in Bangalore. Even we took Royal Brothers self drive service for a whole day drive just for Rs 289/-. Our Bangalore mission accomplished successfully with our stay at Octavia Kanthi Comforts. Highly recommended for solo, family & even foreign fravellers. we enjoyed our stay as family & the room ambience especially our deluxe room was awesome. Gyser, Tea Maker, Clean Towels and toiletries was provided. Overall comfortable stay in a cool A/C room with city view.

Room is spacious. The best part is that they provide SHOWER GELS too. The receptionist (especially the person in blazer) has a warm approach towards visitors. Yes, they could have given water bottle as complementary, but otherwise experience is fantastic! Food is good..prices are ok ok kind of. Its my third stay here, so you can guess how much I liked this hotel. Its near to Bangalore railway station too, so it's cool! Overall, I would recommend this to everyone! Peace of mind, better experience! 😂

Hotel Kanthi Comforts is one of the best budget hotels in Bangalore....Excellent rooms....very clean and tidy....Excellent staff and room service...nd excellent food..!! We were two people who stayed there for one night..! The complementary breakfast included tea..puri sabzi...nd bread nd butter for each person...it was just awesum!! Overall it was a very good experience...i wud recommend this hotel to everyone...thnks goibibo and hotel kanthi comforts !!☺

Room was nice for the offered price. TV was not working but we were also not bothered about it. They did not provide a dental kit, wish they did. The prices quoted in the menu are different from actual prices (₹5-10 for every item), at least from what I was told. Lady at the reception was nice. Service is prompt. Linen was clean and odourless. Bathroom was also adequately clean. Overall nice experience. Hassle free checkin and checkout. No disturbances.

The stay at Octave Kanthi Comforts was excellent. However, we had an unpleasant experience from auto people in railway station as nobody was ready to drop us at Octave Kanthi Comforts. Nevertheless, we reached somehow there and our stay there are really good. Hotel manager, staff, and other services are really commentable. So, anyone booking this hotel, please feel free to stay there. The room was really clean and especially a family friendly hotel.Done

This hotel is very well maintained. All the staff are really very cooperative, especially the front desk people. Housekeeping is excellent. Although they don't have their own restaurant they run a good, quick and efficient room service when one orders food from outside through them. Octave Kanthi Comforts is well connected and commuting is easy from it. Overall a fantastic experience of service and hospitality at this price range.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights . Room is around 1 km from majestic and it takes around 15 min walk. Located at a calm place away from city crowd. I changed 3 rooms here as in one room ac stopped working on 2nd day . Other room was full of cockroaches. Finally i settled in 3rd room for last 2 days. Rooms are nice for a family but they dont replace bedsheets even after request. Overall it is a good budget friendly hotel.

except reception employees attitude and irresponsible behavior every thing is good in this hotel.the receptionist Mr.vinay has his own rules that if u book online in goibibo u have to check in at all cost by 11am after 11am ur not allowed to login even ur booking confirmed.i came to this hotel by 11 pm in night and he didn't allowed me login whereas my booking is from 30th may 12 noon to 31may 12 noon

Enjoyed a lot my stay. Very convenient location, room was like 17 by 17 with a double bed size bed, led TVs , AC , and nice cleaned bathroom with hot water during morning and evening. The complimentary breakfast was nice and the food offered by Octave Kanthi Comforts restaurant was tasty at reasonable cost. Hotel staffs were friendly and cooperative. Sorry for no photographs as I forget to take a few.

I am Staying since 7 years in the same hotel and still seems looks new hotel. I am very much satisfied their service and all. I strongly recommended to all to stay in this hotel. This hotel is very near to Railway Station & Bus Station. All kind people can enjoy in this hotel. Good Food available near by Octave Kanthi Comforts. But in Octave Kanthi Comforts not food facility. Great Stay they people actually knows the meaning of hospitality, Hotel situated at a very prime location in Bangalore, Their food was very good with very reasonable rates. Just OK, rooms are a bit old,door card sensor not working.. Location wise, it's 20 minutes walk from SBC railway station, auto charges Rs 80-100 and with luggage,auto is the best option.. surprised that they don't even give complementary drinking water.Good thing is that hotel is not inside Gally and restaurants available nearby.. Overall average..

it's just wow hotel... staying every time here... but since now it has been become octive it's even better... nice location... food is good.. staff is good... near by every prime location... will see this hotel soon again..... thank you so much❤ nice & clean room... very large... shopping location are on walking distance... lovable hotel

Octave Kanthi Comforts is good. Neat and clean. The staff is cooperative. Safe place. A little bit inside from the main road but it's ok when you find a budget hotel with proper facilities. overall worth the money. so if you are a solo travelers, on business tour or with family and looking for budget hotel then this one is a good option.

I stayed here for 4 days. Usually I don't stay at one hotel for more than 2 days. I like experiencing new places. But the stay was so comfortable and the room soo verypretty cozy and was cleaned daily. The entire hotel was clean and had a pleasant ambiance. The staff was also warm and welcoming. All in all it was a great experience

Very good Hotel with the best service. Indeed it's neat and clean and food they offered were also good. And the staff were so understanding and helpful. They truly treated me as their gust!.The two draw back I notices were 1) The room was not provided bathing soap and towel. 2) The location was a little difficult to find out.
