Pragati Resorts

This was my first visit to this place along with my family. Visited with my 2 kids (7 year and 1 year old). An excellent getaway to relax. Excellent cottages. The resort is ecofriendly with lot of greenery. Mornings are very pleasant with verity of birds chirping all around. You can even watch different birds. There is a free nature walk. You can see various plants (herbs and medicinal), organic farms etc. The resort is well maintained. Room service was very quick. The stay was very comfortable and soothing. The food was delicious. I was told that they grow vegetables and fruits in the field nearby (which I personally witnessed) and use these fresh organic ones for preparing food. There are very few indoor games like carom board and table tennis. Other stuff are chargeable. Excellent and clean swimming pool cum water rides with nice music in evenings. There is a bullock cart ride which was enjoyed by kids. Excellent play area for kids. They got nursery, organic vegetables selling place and herbal product stall where you can buy stuff at reasonable rate. Only concern was they pay lot of attention to foreign tourist. There management was fully busy with foreign delegates. I felt insulted at one point when they started ignoring Indians (may be dollar value vs Rupee value :-)) although I paid all in advance.

I have been to a resort in India before. Was looking for a clean and peaceful one. I found the pictures were good on the website so booked a cottage with breakfast deal.I had hard time in getting a taxi to the resort..Check in was 12 pm but reached there at about 4 pm unfortunately. But after reaching the resort the staff received my husband n me warmly and took us to the cottage. It was clean and organised. Though we were left with less time before it could get dark we took so many photos. I loved the place. Green everywhere. So peaceful.Kind people.Staff were helpful. They responded quickly when in need. We had food at the restaurant.Super delicious.Service was quick.The boys were very attentive and very good always checking if we need anything. We may give huge tips because they deserve it n we did too. Next day got up early. Fresh morning.Nature walk simply soooo soothing. Lovely surroundings. loads of tress. Had breakfast and again delicious food.! The maintenance was good. Above all it was very clean That is what I always look for if we go out.! We did not have problem with taxi while returning as they arranged one so quickly . On the whole lovely resort for couples and families. A huge Thank you to the management for making my trip memorable :-) Love......

Resort and their amenities are excellent, no doubt about it. However, I don't think they have give a thought about handling emergencies. My wife was bit by scorpion at about 10 in the night when we are taking a walk right on the concrete passage and I did not get any help immediately. I had to run to the reception and they do not have doctor in the resort. Ravi and Kumar from the Marketing team jumped into the action immediately and came to rescue, by the time ambulance came in we already wasted 10min. Duty security guard acted highly irresponsible as he did not even help to hold my 2 years son while I was running around. By the time we reached nearest hospital more than 20min of valuable time was wasted. It is highly fortunate that scorpion was not piosonous and my wife was out of dangerous, otherwise situation would've been worst. I've taken this to the management notice and I honestly think they need to have Emergency Rescue Procedure/team in place. Special thanks to Ravi and Kumar who were with us all the time till we came back to the resort from hospital. Otherwise resort is excellent and I recommend it. Regards Dasraj Krovi

A really wonderful place to relax with unlimited greenery,big pool, cycle rides, peacock sounds, long nature corridors to have a romantic walk etc etc. I stayed in lagoon executive suite on may 27th and may 28th 2016. It was really a good time. I wish I had leave on Monday so that I could have extended my vacation.....I would definitely plan another trip for dashera holidays with all my cousins and other family members... Pragati Resorts staff had been very prompt in attending us.. a special thanks to subhan, the admin guy, who was very helpful throughout our stay. A trip that definitely made me happy and relaxed... For nature leaving people, for people who would to love hear peacock sounds while sitting in balcony and sipping coffee/tea, this is the ideal place..I came back from resort jst now, didn't even took off my shoes but wanted to write a review first. One of the best Resorts in Hyd. What you need from your mundane corporate life is a "break" and wen you are surrounded by mango trees around you in a cottage with a front porch for a morning tea, you love it to the code. I skateboard, so it was great to have a skating rink to enjoy with my son. A great pool with mast DJ. Nice walk around the resort - a 5Km walk also did not help in covering all the area. I recommend this place to anyone who feels great closer to nature and looking for a nice peaceful break. Staff is courteous and I highly recommend eating in their alacarte restaurant instead of the buffet due to the peaceful ambiance and great food. The staff is just too courteous and nice and it was a great experience. My son loved playing in the children's park which was full of swings. Go - take a "break".

It was great stay in Pragati resort in the cottage. It was a partial sunny day, it rained in the afternoon. We enjoyed it having a cup coffee sitting in the balcony of the cottage which is surrounded by trees and flowers. Breathing fresh air feels like you are miles away from your busy city life, birds' chirping in the morning makes you really happy. The cottage nice and decent, bathroom could have been a little better, you get coffee and tea maker. The restaurant is awesome, reasonable price and great taste. The vegetables used was so fresh and tasty, might be harvested from their own farm. Don;t have much water activities. Overall it is great place for break specially for nature lovers , will go again.

Probably one of the best resorts in Hyderabad. I prefer it because it's the greenest resort in town. The pool and water sports are good. They have herbal gardens and a great spa. The cottages were neat. Service is excellent. The food is amazing. If you prefer to spend some time amidst nature, this place is strongly recommended. One thing which was a bit annoying was that the water zorbing ball was wearing out. So, the boys made a fuss about letting four of us in it at once. We had no issues when we were there in January.

The stay was pleasant. This place is ideal for couples and families to get away from their busy schedule and to be at peace and enjoy good food. Nothing much for entertainment until you go with a large group and plan some activities on your own, I would say it’s a perfect resort for being lazy and jus eat. the food was amazing. Food was the main best seller for this resort it was delicious tasty and had many varieties😊

I took a chance, in selecting Pragati Resorts for arranging stay for my friends who were visiting Hyderabad after a gap of forty years. I am glad that I have done such a thing as it turned out to be very satisfying stay even though it was a very short stay. All of us were very happy and satisfied. Thanks to all the staff at Pragati. The resort is good. Cool and calm atmosphere. Green views everywhere (in this season of monsoon). Swimming pool is good and clean to enjoy with family. Room and its interior is very good. Staff is polite and helpful. However few improvement are required 1. Quality of food in the restaurant 2. Room service is very pathetic some times 3. Swimming pool requires a space for the children below 3 years

Nice clean rooms. TV, fridge, hotpot,almirah,extra bed for children, mosquito repellent, nice big washroom,clean and tidy setup. excellent food. Good breakfast buffet. tons of activities. Drawbacks: No toothpaste and brush, slow service as our room was located at the furthest corner of the resort compound. WiFi not working. Verdict: great place to spend a warm family weekend. Will visit again soon.

The location is good, but the only issue was with the exorbitant pricing for the in-room food service menu. A 1 ltr packaged water bottle costs you whopping 52 rupees. For a Veg. Fried rice and a Chili chicken ( wet ) comes to your room for ..bucks. Not sure how the pricing has been fixed but this is something that needs to be revised by the management. Rest all was good and room service was okay.

The resort is a peaceful abode of nature. The resort has some wonderful stay arrangements, Cottages and Lagoons in between some green pockets. The place, facilities, activities and food (limited options though) is all awesome. The Nature walk arranged by the resort staff is a must see. one can get a chance to visit the farms and hand pick / pluck the fruits and vegetables.

I made a booking when there are no deals.. however, too my surprise I just noticed that immediately after my trip, there is deal for discount of 45%.. :( I am sad for this.. However, the my overall experience of the trip is good.. enjoyed with my family very well... subject to the fact that the buffet lunch (which is not good in taste) is the only exception, I had..

it is good for day outing for the family.need to improve in food quality offered in Dinner,breakfast is excellent.Hygenic to be improved in wash rooms and the old AC to be replaced with split AC since the window type creating lot of noise.Prompt service is needed at Reception in allocation of rooms and avoid the waiting of guest on the name of room is not get ready.

Each and everyone individual should have a pleasant day with family at least once in a month to get rid of the stress from work at home and office.. This place is perfectly blended with the nature and comfort.. I loved the investment of Pragathi resorts time, money and scientifically creative knowledge in developing such a wonderful place to enjoy..

I would overall say it is decent stay..went for short vacation. Lagoon room is spacious, good view from balcony. Friendly staff. Room cleanliness is OK. Tip: if you are booking via goibibo or other please don't pay for additional guests or kids sharing the room. Instead please pay directly at resort for them. That is much cheaper :)

Cottage room and greenery were so good, only complaint was pool doesn't have waves. Indoor and outdoor games are ordinary. Doesn't have roller coasters like Ocean park etc. But greenery and Swantha school of medicine for Ayurveda are amazing for fans of greenery and Ayurveda. Worth for the price, enjoyed with my partner!

Visited this place in May 2015. The place is fantastic, greenery all around. Pool is nice and clean, rides are mostly for kids. They have a lot of activities including pottery, nature ride and some indoor games. Food is good too. The place needs a little more cleaning and management, otherwise it's a brilliant getaway.

Every thing at Pragati is awesome...the food and the place too... i think they gave us old cottage to stay... the reason being we had booked thru ibibo at discounted price inspite many new cottages were lying vacant... was fortunate enough to get an good deal from ibibo..would definitely visit next time
