This doesn't solve any problem. I was stuck forcefully in the pathetic resort because I had paid the money. There are full of problems. Once you take your family and stay there you will understand the pain that we went through. Pathetic Toilet - leakage sink, leakage health facet, ugly wallsBalcony and stairs not cleaned for weeksWater leaks from ACTV not working No water supply in Toilet for 1daySwimming pool not clean. Hitching after using. Outside people are allowed to use pool which keeps it crowded and dirtyNo attender in Reception Hot water not coming No trash basketGames not maintained

it was very bad. there was no water in the taps and commod. table tennis court net is broken and the owner is not even aware about it. all the rooms for indoor room is smelling of damp. if you order for tea, they serve you after one hour. the resort owner did not inform us about a big reception party to be held in the evening and because of which entire outdoor area was not accessible to us. breakfast was supposed to be served at 8.30am (which is late time to start bf) but the breakfast wasn't r ...more

Poor room conditions, paint cracked, door broken at bottom, ac water leaking like anything. Amenities mentioned are not in workable condition, indoor games are broken. Only shuttle court is a bit better condition. Pool is not clean, kids park items are broken. Not much responsive staffs.
Kid wanted some facilities to enjoy which unfortunately is not there. Met another family who was also sharing same experience.
