Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug

Overall, I would call it a nice hotel due to the wonderful service and comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and nice. So were the bathrooms.. I had got a room on the ground floor which had a nice sit-out attached right outside the room, which was connected to the water landscaping in the middle of Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug. We were fortunate to get a fair bit of sunlight in the morning in the sit-out that made it even more comfortable. Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug staff was courteous and made sure the guests were fine. We were quickly arranged for in-room dining as we reached at 3pm (their lunch closing time). And this brings me to the food review. I would call the food ok. It slightly on the spicier side. The lunch was great but somehow I found my dinner (starters specifically) to be cold when served (in-room dining again). I was not particularly impressed with the prawns achari as I was expecting it to be delicious. Similarly we ordered parathas (aloo and gobhi) in the morning. I would call them no less than a disaster, being a Punjabi myself. My kid is wala water person so he had a great time there. They had a toddler pool (I would call it so as it is safe for toddlers), kids pool and an adult pool. The swimming pools were good though it could have been a bit more cleaner. Nevertheless, my kid had a great time there. There were hammocks and sunbeds near the pool so so it convenient for us to lie down there and still keep an eye on the kid. The beaches are just 10 mins away from Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug - both alibaug beach and Varsoli Beach. We opted for Varsoli as its not only cleaner but also safe for kids. The flip side is that there are no food joints on the beach (except a small shack near the beach) but it didn't bother is as we carried quite a few snacks with us. You could find few water sports (water bikes, banana ride, sand bikes, horse carts etc). Don't forget to pick up fresh catch from Varsoli as very near to the beach there's a fishermen's village. Overall, it was a nice stay and we had similar fun as we expected. I would certainly recommend Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug to everyone.. Cheers!!

A wonderful short trip to Alibag from Mumbai! The resort was very nice with so many mango trees in this compound. We were warmly greeted at the front desk. Mr. Sonu was extremely helpful. I had booked 2 rooms and requested for both together. Sonu really helped us by giving 2 rooms adjacent to each other as well as upgraded us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom too was good with a bathtub and one of the best showers I have experienced so far. The only drawback was the lightning in the bathroom. The bed too was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff too were always smiling and ready to help all the times. The Wifi connectivity throughout the resort is excellent. The breakfast had a good spread and was tasty. We stayed in C wing so Veranda restaurant was v near to us. The lunch was a bit let down especially for the priced being charged. Being a non vegetarian there were no non veg starters. Only veg. Only 3 dishes were non veg. The fish main course was yummy. The desserts too were good. The veranda restaurant had better staff than aparanta. The swimming pool was very good too with clean and clear water. Carry your own float or ball if you want to play with your child. The checkout was also smoothly done. Overall very satisfied with this lovely resort. Thanks for making a memorable stay for us!!!!!!

The property is maintained in good condition. The staff was very cooperative right from the security to Reception. Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug location is around 1.5 kms from the main road. A small road in poor condition connects to Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug which I feel is pretty bad for the first impression. Inside property, The room service time is also long, They almost took 45 mins to deliver the order. They have three restaurants inside only and reference for the good restaurants near by is also provided. Breakfast buffet is good including Freshly squeezed juice of Oranges and Pomegranate but lunch or dinner is overpriced. Buffet cost for dinner is Rs. 2200+. Good thing is you can go to near by places with radius of 5 kms to eat. They also organize a social event in the evening where group of 4 people performed local dances and free tea along with cake is also served. Fresh coconut water served during the social event is also good. They have got good options for the outdoor games. Swimming pool also has a generous size- Water is clean but hotel admin should do some strictness for the rules of wearing right costumes to keep the hygiene. Customers entering in normal clothes in swimming pool just killed my wish to enter in pool. Varsoli and Alibaug are closest beaches.

Excellent property. Excellet staff. Corteous Brijesh and abhijeet were very kind during check in and made our check in and check out smooth and faster. We wanted a late check out looking at the property. But somehow didnt get. But anyways overall best experience. Cycling was closed due to rains. But then too other few activities could be done. Mr sumit chef was really kind and made special Jain sabji for us. He instead made sure that everything was served specially for us as Jains whatever we wanted. And also the restaurant manager was very kind and all the staff. My only suggestions here is food is overly overly expensive. Needs to be reduced resaonably. Rest all was wonderful experience. Even the piano lounge guy use to play the piano wondeful. And sung superb. You just relax and keep on listening to him. Too good. Loved the resort. Needed sitting area by the pool like lounger. Not placed maybe becasue of rains. But should be there. If kid went in kiddie pool parents need ti watch them near so sitting area was not next to the pool. Request them to keep it. But best wonderful experince overall. Thank you Radisson and entire people of the resort

Plus Points 1) Very big property. 2) Lot of greenery and lawns. 3) Pretty well maintained. 4) Huge Swimming Pool 5) Very Very courteous and co-operative staff. 6) Overall property is 5 star. 7) Breakfast has lot of variety and good food. 8) Try to get Pool facing rooms. They have the best view. Negative Points 1) Rooms are not A+ as expected in a 5 Star property. They are definitely decent but needs renovation. Especially the 'B' block rooms where we stayed. 2) Lunch and Dinner is good, but the spread needs to be more wider and there needs to be some live counters included for chats, Pizza, Paav Bhaaji, Paast etc. Considering that the buffet dinner costs Rs. 1200/- per person, which is definitely on expensive side for the spread offered. 3) Location is far from main road (1-2km) and hence if you do not have your own vehicle, it is difficult to go out and thus the food costs can be almost as much as your room costs Rs. 3000/- per person per day if you have all 3 meals. Overall we had a great stay and would surely go back again. Liked the property and the courteous staff.

Very nice place......Silent n peaceful.....Vil Visit once in every 3-4 months......Staff is very polite n helpfull......Infact each n every person's who works there is very nice.....We arrived at the time of check in but the room I booked Executive Suit was not ready for that they tld me to wait for 10-15mins but after 5mins they tld me that they r upgrading my room to Villa n its was Just awesome.......person who books villa doesnt need to go to swimming pool at all they hav such a huge bathtub n thts wat I went there for to relax n I got the ryt place ver to relax in the Bathtub......food is also nice.....resort is quite big n they hav everythng in it....indoor activities, outdoor activities, gym, library, very very Big Swimming poll, lounge, restaurants even a temple they hav inside......Piano lounge is nice the person who plays it is mind blowing I ddnt got the chance to ask his name but he was playing really nice.....everything is nice abt this place......just waiting to come again.....thank you for making my stay so peaceful n comfortable guys.....😊

We - my husband and my little boy (10 months old) visited this lovely property on 24th Sep to 26th Sep. The roads were extremely bad from Pen to Vadhkal. We were exhausted. Our check-in and check-out was smooth. All thanks to Ms. Sampa who made sure we were comfortable with our room. We had booked the Deluxe room which belonged to the C wing which was peaceful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The room service was so generous and courteous as they provided me with Khichdi for my little one. It was perfect and also complimentary. The buffet spread at Aparanta has lesser food items compared to other 5 star resorts but everything was tasty. Mr. Michael, Ms. Pranali, Mr. Kaushik took great care of my baby boy while we had our food. They were really sweet to help us out with anything we needed. The resort is beautiful and yes it gets a little scary at night with most of the lights out. Since it's amidst trees and lake, there is a calmness in the surrounding. So if you are looking for a calm and relaxing trip, do stay here to experience their hospitality.

We were just ...struck by the place. Amazing room with an amazing view... The property is spread in 16 acres and is full of activities.. Outdoor games Gym Library Meditation room Swimming pool Piano room Indoor games Disco Karoke arrangements Spa Big yoga room Bombay store The list is endless... And there amazing restaurants... The hospitality is amazing and the staff is really courteous they are fully committed in providing 100% customer satisfaction which they aim. Their swimming pool is very large, so you can enjoy a lot with your family. They also got a pool bar and a kids swimming pool too. They have piano nights everyday, their pianist Vaibhav Pewal is superb. He is well versed in piano as well as in singing, do attend it. A special thanks to Miss Surabhi for her suggestion of attending the piano night and her amazing yoga session in morning... Not to forget Miss Sampa for catering to all our needs... You guys are doing a splendid job... Thanks for giving us so much wonderful memories Radisson Resort 😊😊

i and my wife we stayed in this hotel last week only it was very pleasant stay here we enjoyed lot here property is very nice we are travel agent we have sent so many peoples here and they have always said good about this hotel and we also exprinced the same but one thing which we really felt bad that is when we were having lunch in afternoon we ordered masala papad and there was hair in that masala papad same we intimate to serving person he told to his manager but nothing action was taken not even anybody came to say sorry thats wht we felt very bad and evening we went to dinner even that time told that person for the same but than to no one even said sorry if we go to small restaurant also and we get any hair or anything so they do pardon at least or they don't charge or they give something complementary so u people pls take care of this, this kind of silly mistakes doesn't suit to u this was only bad experience other wise everything was superb indoor games are very nice than piano room was amazing experience

Overall an extremely good get away with family. We had 2 room bookings. We had 2 kids. One of our booking was Superior and other was Deluxe. Hotel on their own upgraded our other booking too to Deluxe so that both of our rooms could be close. Both rooms had a small garden too attached. Kids had a great time due to the good space in room and in attached Garden. Swimming pool was also great. All areas related to outdoor or indoor games are also well maintained. We are Jain. So based on that we were extremely happy with options and quality of food. One issue we faced was, in room we had to call for service help for bathroom fittings and wash basin choking. At least in our room we felt the fittings were not so great as you would expect. Also both of our rooms and from what we heard in general, there is an issue in rooms in terms of keeping windows open. If u keep them open floor was getting wet due to humidity and temperature difference. But overall the stay was extremely good and service was very good too.

Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug is nice with big pool. We had room with direct pool access. Staff is friendly and service was good. Buffet was nice but at ****plus tax we expected some good starters. Sadly there were no non veg starters and 2 veg starters were just OK. This could be improved. If ur package does not include food the food in hotel can be expensive. There are no other good hotels near by. Most hotel are near ST stand / Alibaug city. If u do not have car then local auto are available. However if u ask hotel to call the auto then the auto charges are double. I do not know reason for this. Ride from hotel to City bus stop / market cost from hotel cost around Rs. 80/- if u call the auto. However if u ask Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug to arrange for auto they will ask u to pay Rs. 150/-. Our auto person Nilesh ****was nice and helpful. He came to hotel when called and took us for local sightseeing etc.

Best weekend gateway for a relaxing and a refreshing holiday. Kids will love the pool. The water reflex and the landscape is awesome. secluded from the hustle and bustle of city. Pool, Games Room, Wonder kid Indoor play park, outdoor games, cycling and play area. Chef Mukesh was icing on the cake as he managed to arrange Jain food for my guest in the Dinner Buffet. Indeed very much impressed with the service and hospitality given by him. Nitin Bohra at front office was pretty quick during the check in and check out process. he had the right attitude and the hospitality that leave a long standing impression. A personal Thanks to Chef Mukesh and Nitin Bohra at Front office for making my stay memorable. Lastly the Pianist for the lovely music - he is one of the reason for us to revisit Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug again and again.

5/5 for Resort and Staff: Nice property, spacious and clean rooms and overall good service, courteous staff. Many activities which are listed in the pic posted, including the pool are closed for now due to COVID but despite that, you can still have a good time there. There's a live piano session that goes on from 730-11 daily, music lovers should not miss that. 3/5 for Food: The spread for Jain food in buffet breakfast was very limited, and the taste was not up to the mark as well. The a la carte food served at the restaurant Aparanta was pretty okay in taste too. Not quite sure if same is the case with regular food options. The service at the restaurant needs to be improved too, as I found it very slow. The staff was courteous at the restaurants nonetheless, and they did not charge for baby food. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Radisson Blu is brand popular all over the world.and true to it's brand name, it maintains quality, hygenie and comfort of the guests. location - 4 kms from alibagh beach, 10 kms from nagaon and varsoli beach. rooms - spacious and self sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids. restaurant - kokum & spice, aparanta which is wonderfully maintained and ambience of world class but expensive in terms of price but no compromise on quality. amenties - swimming pool is good , indoor games are passe, paino session is enriching etc. must visit resort for laid back people in laid back City like alibagh.. hotel can improve in swiftness of servicing the guests by as rooms are situated at one end and restaurant and amenties on the other end. there seems shortage of manpower / staff as most of the rooms were unoccupied.

Great hotel and service. Polite and Courteous staff. Right from Mahendra, Swati and Team at the reception to Meeru, Pratima, Laxmi and Team at the Spa, everyone is 100% dedicated to make your stay memorable and special. Rooms are big and clean. There are a lot of options in Indoor as well as outdoor activities to keep you engaged. Evenings are lit with Piano lounge, Bar, and even DJ at times. Food is good. Various cuisine options are available at different restaurants housed within the resort. The restaurant Manager, Pragati and team are very receptive at accommodating any special food requests. The resort is a bit far from the beach but makes it up by the amenities it offers. Though it surely is on the costlier side (from food, spa to driver parking fees, etc.) but the hospitality is worth it!

Right from the moment we checked in till our check out - our experience was great - i will surely mention about the courteous staff and the breakfast they served - the spread of bf and taste of each nd every item is grt - we had an infant along with us - it was the courteous staff that helped us with all our needs - additionally they have a TODDLER room called "wonderland" - whch is small yet very nice for toddlers to play around - the plantations throughout property are just worth checkng - they have beautifully planted trees in the entire property highlightng the name and few details abt the same - ALL IN ALL I WUD GIVE THIS PROPERTY A FULL 👍🏻

Lovely Property, Staff was very good and cordial. Lucky at front desk was very sweet and she offered us beautiful pool facing room. Spa was super relaxing. Little disaapointed with the buffet spread for Lunch and Dinner as they had maximum spread for Veg and hardly anything for Non Veg. There were live counters for veg but nothing for non veg. Notified about buffet spread to Aparanta and Veranda restaurant managers but I dont think they could do much about it but they offered us if they want to eat something they can make and give. Deserts spread was nice. Worth visiting this property for food probably you can venture out.

We stayed for one night on 30th march 2015. We got pool side rooms. Rooms were Large, well equipped and attractive, nothing short of five star hospitality. you start feeling pampered the moment you enter the lobby. very supportive and courteous staff, always willing to lend their helping hands. There were many mango trees in property, my 3 year old niece enjoyed plucking�mangoes�off the trees. Piano lounge and game house were good. Planning another trip back to alibaug so we can stay at raddison again. Simply the best Only one thing which we didn't liked was swimming pool which was dirty otherwise 5 out of 5 for hotel.

Nice quiet place if you want to disconnect from the city area. BIG pool bang in the center. However, the shape of the pool (triangle) makes it inconvenient for someone who wants to genuinely swim, to do so. Also, the weather made the pool water terribly warm. Not sure what's the solution to that. The food and service is great. However, on one occasion we were surprised when the housekeeping did the room inspite of us keeping the "Do Not Disturb" sign on, when we were away. Later realised that the sign is connected to the room circuit and turns off when all the lights in the room go off after pulling the room key out.

Beautiful place... Huge property... well maintained and clean resort... clean n big rooms with balcony... bathroom with bathtub was nice.The Wifi connectivity throughout the resort is excellent. The breakfast had a good spread and was tasty.. we loved it... however the lunch was not as per expectation we had it in Aparanta non veg options were just a fish n chicken for main course no starters... 2 stars for the lunch... the staff was ever smiling and kind...I did not face any problem even when I was with my 7 mth kid. Just the road is a big problem.. tiring journey. We love you Raddison... surely coming again...
