Radisson Mumbai Andheri MIDC

Loved the room view.food was very good and tasty.staff is doing real good work.especially cleaning staff lady Ms Mehboob Sheikh who not only worked hard but was very polite and attended very efficiently all her tasks single handedly. Also Ms Preeti who took care of food reviews was very polite and respectful. From Chef to the food delivery guys who did awesome work of maintaining hygiene and catering to the given tasks, everybody did an excellent job. I am not happy with the male executive at reception during check in and the female executive at reception during check out. Found them both very cold in their behaviour. Hope they understand hospitality rules better by greeting guests during check in and check out. The reception lady during check out didn't even bother to say that hope u had a nice time at Radisson and hope to serve u soon. She looked and stared as if she saw aliens and gave such a cold stare that it felt odd. She seemed least bothered. Apart from these 2 reception executives rest all of them were very good at their services.loved Radisson stay and in future would surely come back again as it's the best hotel in service and performance.

Radisson is a brand which goes above and beyond their norm in order to please their guests. A big thank you to Raunak from front desk, for a super quick check in and also for providing an amazing deal. All safety protocols were followed, right from entry to exit. We were there for just a day. Overall a pleasant stay and experience and highly recommended. The staff at their restaurant were super friendly. Right from greeting you near the lift to showing you to your table, they serve you well. There was a minor incident where one of their male staff politely refused to get us coffee at the table, but that was immediately provided by one of their women staff members. Overall satisfied. And if travelling with children, they will simply enjoy the waffle and pancake counter.

Our experience was really good. I am writing this review only for Rishikesh who was super helpful and quick to help me out with the modifications at the last moment. Overall, we had fun and the stay was comfortable throughout Don't think twice, just book jt off! It's truly worth every penny. Their food is absolutely amazing and delicious. Would 10/10 recommend this place to all my contacts and beyond haha Everything!

It was a great Stay at Hotel Radisson MIDC. Pros:1.Rooms were clean with a nice view.2. Breakfast was awesome.3. Location is also good. After walking 500 metres from Hotel there are too many options to eat on Mahakali caves road.4. You can also order from Swiggy and Zomato.Cons: I got disappointed with the lights inside room. No option to switch single warm lights. Either You have to switch all light on or off.

Due to flight delay, landed at Radisson Mumbai Andheri MIDC at 2.30 am on the 26th. Checkin was quick and smooth. Twin bed room was spacious with good bath. Breakfast spread was good, especially cut fruits in syrup and Musli in the milk, with the option of add on dry fruits. All Services were quick and with a smile. Very short but satisfactory stay. Will stay again.

Staying 2nd time in hotel and found it again as per set standards of 4 star hotel. Beds are comfortable and ok with respect to 1-2 people. The only issues which I see are lacking variety of food and not much flavours in tea bags provided in room. For business traveller, rooms are little costlier. Rest all like location, breakfast, staff and ambience are excellent.

We booked the room for our son's wedding & the couple said they enjoyed their stay at Radisson. The staff were very cooperative & also extended their checkout time. This was the first time we travelled together as a couple and tried out this hotel and this hotel just amazed us with their service, the room and the place. This was the best experience as we travelled together and the best hotel experience we ever had. Very luxurious hotel experience. Thank you for the experience Radisson Hotel.

Even after the lockdown the cleanliness was upto the mark. The breakfast was served in the room on request for safety reasons and as always the Radisson staff was polite and helpful. The food as usual will get 5/5. - 24/7 Reception and Concierge - Ontime Breakfast and Wake Up calls - Great Access to public transport

This is class hotel in Mumbai. High class facilities. courteous and caring staff.Due to virus,we could not go out for our pre-planned programmes.On my request, staff extended my check out time for more than two hours. Total hygiene is maintained. recommend everybody to go for this hotel only in Mumbai. excellant

the rooms were neat and clean. the ambience of hotel was nice and very clean. the people at reception were very friendly and completed the process quickly. the food we ordered was very delicious and cost worthy. I would like to recommend if you are planning to stay with family or your loved ones.

our stay at Radisson Andheri midc was just amazing nice ambiance with courteous staff good food clean swimming pool with gym and spa facilities and prompt service lunch was good and Mr.Singh was very helpful in helping us whatever we ask about Mumbai he attended our table on 18th April 2022

Radisson Mumbai Andheri MIDC is very clean and the room is amazing. They also gave you shampoo and soup and body lotion and dental kit and shaving kit and a hot shower. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Radisson Mumbai Andheri MIDC is tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It was awesome, one of the best hotels in Mumbai, brands speaks for itself, staff was very professional always by my side to help me. Specially Miss Priyanka at reception was very kind and helpful, overall would love to stay again in same hotel. Near to airport, cabs available nearby.

The check out could be smoother. We had to call the reception several times to help us with the bags, but to no avail. We had to finally reach out to a staff who we spotted in the corridor. Other than the check out the stay was very pleasant. The staff is very courteous. Thanks

Mind-blowing experience which I had in Radisson Mumbai. Service was too good and Staffing were very courtious. Food quality including taste was simply just awesome. I am leaving this hotel with great feelings now. I would like to recommend others definitely in future

Stayed there 3 nights. Its awesome. Neat and clean room. Staffing pattern is excellent. Worth for money. I like Radisson Mumbai Andheri MIDC much and will stay here in future visit too. Centrally located and best services in a comfort zone. Near the Airport.

Our stay at Radissons MIDC Andheri was comfortable and relaxing. Radisson Mumbai Andheri MIDC staff were very cordial and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The ambience was excellent. A really enjoyable experience. We cherish our stay.

When I reached at 2pm the room wasn't ready. We got the room around 3pm but because of this, they gave us a late check out. We checked out at 2:30pm the next day. The pool was private and pleasant. We had a very comfortable stay!
