hotel location is very prime near to bus stand and railway station also 10 minutes far, room service very fast and 24 hours,hotel staff is very corporative and loyel....i think this hotel is best in suratghar..if u come in suartghar visit this hotel.....full on value of money

Staffs are cooperative , value for money, lift is not working and during power cut no full supply of electricity in hotel, landline connections are not good so every time I have to go to down upto 3 floor
