hotel is very good, and newly built, up to world class standards of SHANGRI-LA, DECOR OF HOTEL IS AWESOME, SO ARE ROOMS AND BATHROOMS, STAFF IS VERY COOPERATIVE AND WELL TRAINED . SECURITY IS FULL PROOF,. SPA AND, ALL THE RESTAURANTS ETC WERE TOO GOOD. STAYED IN LAST WEEK OF DEC.2017, BUT , AS CLAIMED, TEMP. OF POOL WAS NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED. WILL REQUEST THEM TO CHANGE THE COFFE/TEA MUGS IN BREAKFAST TIME.

Shangri-La Bengaluru was really authentic and had a homely feeling. There were individual staff for every one to make them feel special and good. I had almost lost one of my things when one of the staff members recovered it. I am still thankful to her. Even the managers where helping me search for it. The staff member was Shangi. The food was also really good. I spent a lovely weekend there. It was fun

A beautiful hotel hidden in the area with restaurants all around Shangri-La Bengaluru, a clean hotel with very friendly staff. My favourite place in Shangri-La Bengaluru is the roof top restaurant which is so creative and beautiful and very well lit up. The rooms are spacious not much variety for food items and breakfast they serve either idly,Puri and sabji, dosa and coffee or tea.

this hotel is exceptionally very good property with very good size rooms along with world class amenities, decor of hotel is very good and charming. taste of food need some improvement, specially indian veg food. spa was awesome, so were the other specialty restaurants . bathrooms were quite large and very good. overall very good experience in Shangri-La Bengaluru

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. I had booked on hotels website but changed my booking after the first night as a much better rate was available ****./.. The staff was exemplary in their helpfulness and catered to our every special need during our 3 days at Shangri-La. I would love to return to the spacious view rooms.

Fabulous hotel, you can feel the sophistication as a step in. Breakfast spread is very good. The overall design including color combinations feels luxurious. The breakfast is excellent and one would need a week to try everything on the platter. Would give it an extra star if possible. Loved it so much.

it is very nice place to stay, is memorable day because I am celebrating my marriage anniversary, Shangri-La Bengaluru staff and other facilities are very good, due to covid timing restriction is as per the government, otherwise this hotel is very beautiful, I will be stay again with my whole family

Place is very good. Rooms are really big with great amenities. Only letdown was the dinner at saffron. No taste and 2.5hrs to serve. Breakfast was excellent. Would like to see more smiles around among Shangri-La Bengaluru employees

A luxurious new hotel, located near the Bangalore Palace. Is a convenient location as its central to the airport and the city center. Good spread of buffet and gas many restaurants to choose from too!
