Hotel Shree Raama Residency

excellent staff, good b/f spread. owner being on premises ensures prompt response time. Also accommodates early morning check-ins. been staying here for nearly 7 months, 4 days a month now. the kitchen staff goes out of the way to cater, for Ex. serving off menu vegetables on demand. watch out for the quantity though, they have huge portions. free pick up and drop from station not mentioned, but call in advance and they oblige. there are bigger hotels in Satna maybe, but none better.

Hotel has a very good location as its situated at the heart of the city. They provide free pickup and drop in the city. Room was okay for couple. I did early check in and they supported me. Check in was hassle free. Bed was comfortable. They provide 24 hr check in so I had to leave hotel in the very next Morning. I had a pleasant stay.. Done.

I had a pleasant stay in Shree rama residency.. My overall experience was good in Food & stay.. Only one thing to improve is to improve sound proof room, as your hotel is in heart of city so whole night full sound of all the vehicles are fully audible inside the rooms. But overall i appreciate the facilities of Hotel. Good Luck

Located near to the railway station as well as bus stop. Hotel Shree Raama Residency is good. the rooms are nice and clean. The staff is cheerful n helpful. The best thing i liked is everyone was supportive and also helped in planning my local travel. enjoyed my stay i would say its the finest hotel to stay in Satna....

The only thing I do not like was the breakfast and restaurant itself only. If you sit there, you feel that it's not so hygienic. its better If you order at room. All services are exceptionally good. response time is good. They are helpful. Overall I enjoyed staying in this hotel in the location I wanted.

Had a very pleasant stay in hotel Shree Rama and can be recommended to every traveler looking for a pleasant stay in Satna. Just a little suggestion for your front office staff to welcome guest with more courteously. Rest everything is fine and all the best wishes to them.

Hotel is good however there is some issues in services n the person who are working not working being a professionally.. In short I want to say that, there is waiter quality is very poor n the person who are sitting in front desk, don't know how to treat the customers..

I booked a suit for 3 days in hotel it was good and food was also good staff was courteous and helpful.. still policy it was written 24hr check in check out that means if u check in at 8am then you have to check out 8am other day else they will charge whole day tariff.

good spacious room with fine dine restaurant. I prefer it to stay here from last 3 year and experiencing good service and improvement on every booking. excellent service and support received from staff and location of hotel. easy to reach.

No issue regarding any thing. Every thing was perfect over there. Food ,service and Location every thing was satisfactory over there. Regarding amenities and accommodation hotel people provide good facilities. Its overall neat and clean.

hotel is near to the railway junction.. the staff is really humble and decent. the rooms are big and clean. but the best part was the services provided by the staff.. food was fresh and tasty.. overall its worth every single penny..

I can say that it is very nice place to stay in Satna. I didn't find this kind of service in this particular city. Also the staff of this hotel is very generous and everybody will remember them for their hospitality.

Hotel situated in heart of the city, very easy to reach hotel from Railway station & Bus Stand. They provide a good hospitality during my stay. Overall stay was pleasant, next time I'll stay at Hotel Rama Residency.

It's a nice hotel with good hospitality, specially the reception very helpful and supportive . Only one negative thing is that executive rooms are small in size, deluxe and suite is good in size.

Cleaning Staff should be in proper grooming,delay service,this time washroom was not clean,it should be clean before check in. others staff behaviour is good,and food quality is good.

Nice hotel location also very favourable. Value for money. Little lift and rooms dirty. Very helping staff little breakfast quality has to improve. Towels not cleaned. Rest all good.
