Swan Suites Gachibowli

I had booked Swan Suites for 2 days for my week long trip because i was travelling with 2 kids out of which 1 is a toddler and was not sure how the place might turn out to be and I would have to look for other options. But the hospitality given by Guarav (the manager) in these 2 days made me extend my stay here and not look for other options. His staff is also well trained, courteous and understand Hindi which was a big help.

well maintained clean rooms and spacious common areas. however, ac's are not serviced regularly due to which they behave abnormally sometimes. Homely food served at extra cost which is appreciable. Overall budget friendly hotel with good staff.

loved the stay here, the rooms are quite clean, the staff is good and a decent hotel to stay in, even if you're looking for long stays. Ask for Raju (service guy) he's very good and the manager Gaurav is very nice too.

Nice stay had nice reception, spacious rooms neatly maintained . Very much suitable for family, couple stay couple. Parking place is also available for vehicles. However Jim and water pool are in condition.

unexpected experience...neat n clean room bed and bathroom equipped with bath towels hand towel n even bath mat, shampoo n soap is provided. very nice staff. really enjoyed my stay here

I have stayed here for more than a week for my business trip. Felt like I am in my home. Best place for official travelers. Complete safety and security.

Polite and helpful staff. The property is well maintained. There was some temporary issue of power cut but the generator back up provides instant fix.

its an apartment with a kitchen and a livingroom. rooms are also so big and have attached balcony. service is also good.
