Taj Lands End, Mumbai

It was my anniversary so we decided to go to Taj Lands End to celebrate our special day. Undoubtedly Taj has an amazing property with mesmerizing view from almost all rooms. we got the room on 19th Floor with a garden and partial sea view. I had booked a Luxury Room with breakfast and dinner included as a package for which I got an amazing deal on Goibibo. I have rated Taj Lands End, Mumbai 4 out of 5 based on my personal experience. CLEANLINESS - 5 ⭐ (sanitised and cleaned properly) The View - 5 ⭐ (There are two types of view garden & partial sea view and the 2nd one is Bandra Worli sea link view) I would recommend anyone booking a luxury king room should ask for the bandra worli sea link view) HOSPITALITY - 5⭐ ( Staff is courteous and they know how to delight their guests by attentive and prompt service. Mr. Hritik at the Vista hotel helped us alot and was very attentive) Thanks Hritik DINNER - 3.5⭐ ( So here is something where the menu was very limited specially in non veg dishes. The chicken starters were not so soft. In main course there were only 2 options where in I think the management should work out on adding more dishes as options) Breakfast - 5 ⭐ ( Time is between 7.30 to 10.30 am but on Sundays they allow guest to enjoy the buffet till 11 - 11.30 am. I loved the buffet. so many options to have in veg and non veg both along with fresh juices.) Overall it was an amazing stay. Their were certain things which I expected but were missing - 1) An anniversary pastry or a cake which usually small to small 3 star hotels also provide as a gesture to their guests. 2) You can't enjoy a room party at a little louder volume as their rooms are not sound proof. the maximum volume of the tv is set to 35 which is a reasonable volume to enjoy the shows or music and is not that loud but then too we got a call from the guest services to low down the volume as the next room guests had complained which was a bit surprising to me as I did not expect Taj rooms to not be soundproof.

Beginning with the stay which was way beyond the images that were checked, we had a suite and a serene infinity sea view room booked. The views are highly recommended with the space provided in the rooms. The food is yummy and cooked to perfection, kudos to the best chefs. The silver lining to our stay was the proactive gesture of arranging a cake and balloon decor which was a surprise after the front desk lady learnt about the birthday, which was very thoughtful. With their hygiene and wonderful rooms they make your stay a lot more comfortable and worth the time spent. The room and butler service are very polite and efficient at their work. They have rabbits in their garden which are a beautiful sight. The pool has a hot water jacuzzi which makes it easier for night swims & kids. If you are looking for calmness & hassle free stay this is highly recommended.

Excellent property at a price. Food wasn't as good as we had hoped for. A quick walk at Bandra Bandstand makes your evenings melt away. We visited the property with kids for a staycation for 2 nights. Will service as expected was excellent, it was very crowded even on a weekday. Many people (visitors) were without masks. We were aghast and preferred room dining. Beautiful location, pool area closed, spa closed. So all you can do is relax in your room or check out 3 distinct cuisines choices - authentic Indian, authentic Chinese and a multi-cuisine one. Breakfast experience was unpleasant. The spread was generally overcrowded with people. No option to arrange breakfast in room, unless you shell out extra. Families thinking of going there for a staycation, consider at your own peril.

Taj Lands End, Mumbai has a fantastic location and very courteous staff. They might not be very helpful in matters outside the purview of Taj Lands End, Mumbai, for instance, take away places at odd hours at night - zomato takes care of that finally. The breakfast is more suited for international travellers and has limited vegetarian options and close to none options for traditional indian breakfasts. (After much enquiry I could get a plate of poha.) There are no warm cooked options on the menu so keep that in mind. The pool and spa are very relaxing and lively areas. Overall its a very relaxing stay save the food which to me was a rather big disappointment.

Well U can never go wrong with TAJ ....this experience was no different ...they upgraded me to a club room ...room service was impeccable ...cleanliness was par excellence ...food Ming yang was beyond words ...however breakfast left a bad taste not because of the food but service ...we were told that vista and garden view have the same buffet ...since vista was crowded we shifted to garden view resto even after getting the table ...big mistake as menu was atleast 30% less ...when I asked for hummus ( which was their at vista ) I was blatantly denied ...after argument I was provided with the same ...Mr Dhaval ...don't cheat the guest !!!!

I and my wife we both really enjoyed our experience in Taj Lands End, Mumbai. ambiance, facilities everything was perfect and staff behavior towards their guest and the services was awesome i would really love to appreciate your staff name sanjay and one more person name i actually forgot who looks like chinese this both staff are working in vista in fnb dept both are wonderful at their work i would request to give them some special rewards who made us very comfortable. in future i and my wife would love to come back to your hotel thank you once again for giving a wonderful experience amazing hotel taj lands end

An absolutely fabulous experience staying at The Taj Lands End. We were delighted as they upgraded us to sea facing room on the 15th floor. The sea view was absolutely blissful and surreal. Big spacious room and bathroom with bathtub to relax to your heart's content. The service at the breakfast and at their restaurants was impeccable inspite of the number of guests they were handling. Taj is class apart when it comes to service and they yet again delighted us with their service standards and attention to detail. We look forward to our next stay with them again. Thanks

Hotel is classic with situation adjacent to sea with serene weather and little hilly upwards, perfect combination of watching sun rise or sunset and gathers a view points . Lavish breakfast and meals, spacious rooms and Taj has its own hospitality and legacy to beat the best for you. Must visit to this property at Land's end. Perfect for family visit, round of many activities. Small golf ground. Relax nearby pool side. Flute and piano music at lobby to be at peace. Can enjoy with 🐰 bunny pets. Lot more for clicks and relax mind with beach and sun rise and set.

Taj Lands End is an absolutely fantastic hotel with stunning sea & sea link view. Hotel is a perfect example of hospitality which Taj Group is known for. Entire staff is extremely courteous and go all out ensure that you enjoy your stay at Taj. Rooms are very well decked and maintained to perfection. Buffett spreads are extremely lavish and food is cooked to perfection. Hotel is perfect for weekend getaway as well. They have a very nice pool and also have kids activities over the weekend.

Awsome stay...nice rooms with all fixtures...sumptous buffet breakfast and dinner...everything upto the mark and amazing except the bell desk...Took 25 minutes to get my luggage from my room to the reception area despite repeated requests to the reception amd bell desk even when the taxi was in waiting. The security guards at the gate came inside twice to tell the bell desk to get the luggage quickly as taxi was waiting and blocking the way...

It’s a nice property and bang on bandstand, so location is quite central. The property is maintained nicely and the staff is warm and courteous, though the services take longer than you would ideally expect, right from time required to check-in to time taken to serve the food. Food is quite good and tasty. Overall had a nice experience and would definitely recommend both for business and family stay.

Excellent experience staying at Taj Lands End post lockdown. Safety, sanitization arrangements made at Taj Lands End, Mumbai to prevent pandemics are superb. Even though they were imposing all sanitizing measures, the staff was extremely polite and cooperative Food quality was excellent but more spread for lunch and dinner could have been better. Options for breakfast were fabulous.

No one needs the review to book the property which belongs to TAJ group. Its name itself give the assurance of the quality of experience you will get. I can assure that it's worth of an experience to stay there. The treatment which you will receive from the staff is sufficient to take you to 7th heaven and that is the only reason which makes them the leaders in the industry.

very professional highly trained staff. check in check out hassle-free. very good service .staff was helpful. stay was very comfortable.room was awesome with sea view.All over very good experience.they have maintained very well hight standard of five star property. my kid was happy as he loved stayed.he himself given writter appreciation note to staff..

it was amazing..the staff was more than accommodating to give us the room with better view.appreciated we had access to the executive lounge and timings was communicated as 6.30 to 8.30 so we accordingly went at 7.30 there were no tables.we shared somehow but at 8 the staff came and told that bar will close in 10 min..so we could hardly enjoy anything...

Hotel was good, service was nice. I had my food there which was also very good. Great service provide by Taj Lands End, Mumbai people. Location was perfect. Rooms are comfortable, bedsheets and pillow are neat and clean. Washroom are very neat and clean. Hotel are nicely located. Amenities provided by Taj Lands End, Mumbai are also very nice.

The taj experience never disappoints ..Right frok check in everything was a breeze ..the rooms were great with sea views . The room service was prompt ..the brekfast at vista was very wel managed and was amazing ..inspite of it being a weekend and Taj Lands End, Mumbai full with guests and a marriage party everything was well managed .

Taj Lands Ends has the Tajness as they call it. I got to see their exceptional service in what ever they do, right from the traditional warm welcome to great care at every step. when it comes to food, they try their best to make it according to your taste, wish and will. Ever since I was a child, I have always dreamed of staying at Taj and the dream finally came true. Thankfully the experience was no less than a dream. Had a wornderful stay. 11 out of 10 for the location; 15 out of 10 for the ambience; 20 out of 10 for the hospitality and 30 out of 10 for the food quality and services!!!
