1) The best thing about this hotel is Food - Both Taste and quality. 2) locality of The Classio by Dls Hotels & Resorts is very good as it's nearby most famous places of rishikesh 3) Rooms are sufficiently spacious. we had deluxe room and found that to be good. even washrooms are sufficiently spacious. 4) Definitely need to employ more people in Housekeeping department and improve housekeeping services. 5) All the staff members are very good and cooperative. I would have given 4 star because of Housekeeping issues but an additional star is for the cooperative and hard working nature of their staff.

One of the best place to stay in Rishikesh. Location is very close to Laxman Jhula (1.5km- walkable) Easy to locate and totally on road. Ample parking space for our vehicles. There are lots of cafes nearby to explore. Rooms are very spacious and has very good ventilation. The Classio by Dls Hotels & Resorts staff is also very polite, helpful and always ready for guests. Special shoutout to Mr. Himanshu Rana, he is the best guy to talk to. Very helpful, professional, polite. Thanks a lot to each and every staff member for making our trip a memorable one. Loved the experience.

it was a decent stay not the best. we were not welcomed at main gate and no one was there to carry the luggage, it was only when we asked. receptionist was ok. she was adamant on writing review when we checked out, should be rather on services. there was lot of power cut but generator was readily available and was on in few seconds everytime power went out. food was very tasty. spa was also very good for me, not so great for my wife. staff was very warm and gentle though. as a couple we had a decent stay. privacy and everything is properly maintained in hotel.

The Classio by Dls Hotels & Resorts provided us with great hospitality. The team especially Hotel Manager Ankur was friendly and helpful. He and his team ensured that we had a pleasant stay. I would also like to compliment their restaurant/ kitchen team who served and prepared some delicious food. Every item that we ordered was just great. We had our breakfast and dinner booked with the stay and additionally had one lunch. Full marks to the food as well.

i had my baby's mundan ceremony and i had my stay at hrishikesh for 2 days. it was as perfect a stay as one could ask for. the best part of the stay was an extremely hospitable and courteous staff who catered to all our family needs as soon as it was possible for them. the food was good, i will recommend the cheesy garlic bread.. i quite liked it whereas my family loved the indian dishes. :-) rooms are clean and all amenities filled. must stay!!

It was a great experience, hotels are cleaned, all the staff are courteous and welcoming, cleanest stay, however, the lady on the reception she should treat all the staff well. Location is Tapovan, on badrinath highway, auto rikshaws and laxman jhula are a bit far, would require a walk of 600-700 metres. DLS stays are recommended Clean rooms, cleanest hotel in rishikesh, have checked each and every hotel on Tapovan. This is the best hotel.

I stayed here, I must say what a beautiful ambiance there! The food, service, cleaning hygiene part all are excellent! The management and the line staff both are well groomed and professional. The stay was very comfortable in the very well maintained hotel. The senior manager Mr Vikas was very helpful and courteous in his dealings. His team was very well organised and they made our stay very pleasant. I will definitely recommend it for family outings at Rishikesh. The Classio by Dls Hotels & Resorts restaurant Kafuli had very good food.

wonderful property. smooth check in and check out experience. located at a great location with walkable distance from lakshman jhula, and many cafes nearby. the in-house restaurant seems nice too. one issue for me was that it’s located on the main highway and the rooms facing the main road might experience noise during night time.

Really enjoyed stay here. Kudos to sakshi mam for such a warm welcome. Room was provided even after checkout for change after our rafting . Also RED CHILLY Rafting was totally superb with experience pilot. It was my first rafting so I will prefer doing it again with Red chilly. Yes ill definetly recommend to my family and friends

Overall hotel is very good. Staff of hotel was very cooperative. Hotel was very neat and clean. Rooms were very clean and well organised. The location of hotel was very awesome. Location of this hotel was the heart of Rishikesh! Food was tasty. Overall a good hotel with all amenities. Highly recommended 👍🏻

We had pleasant stay. Room was cozy. They allow pets, but there's no outdoor space for them to play around. Restaurant is spacious. Breakfast options were limited, no south indian options. We expected them to provide us dental and shower kit, which was not provided.

staff nice behaviour and very good service. clean room but according to 4 start hotel and Price room is not big. but service is very good and very good behaviour and service location is very good and on-room hotel. Room is small according to price.

Wonderful stay I will never forget it and advice to everyone that whenever you will come than give first preference to this hotel. All staff member are very cooperative and specially Ms. Shilpa is a very helpful. Awesome! experience to stay here.

Location is good , neat and clean rooms but slightly small in size , bed size is small , staff is polite , breakfast and food quality is also good.No facility for driver stay and car parking area is limited Good location and food quality

The experience is completely satisfying and would definitely recommend to stay here if you are traveling to Rishikesh. The staff is very helpful and offer you complete comfort. The food is great and view from the room is mesmerizing.

i m giving a 4 ⭐ star rating because hotel is totally awesome but the faculty ( staff ) is very slow that's the negative point otherwise it's awesome 😎 experience in this hotel one more thing is that it's too much costly in food 😀

It was very nice stay and they also upgraded my room. This hotel also has parking which is also the positive thing.Also one of the best location, easily reachable also.Their restaurant is also very good and serving deliciuos food.

Had a great experience with classio. Spent good 4 days and best part is that they have awesome food, polite staff, clean and hygienic ambiance. I would recommend to try classio if you are visiting to Rishikesh.
