I was there for 3 nights. Like The Maple Leaf, it's cleanliness, service, helping attitude of staffs. Location ia great, centrally located, easily accessible to Metro, Uber. There are couple of good restaurants near by with in 100 meters walking distance. Lucknow special Tunday Kababi, Wahid Biriyani, Prakash Ki Kulfi, Shukla Chat House is also with in extended walking distance with in 1 KM. Room size and amenities with in room also good including safety vault, mini bar, mini refrigerator, complementary drinking water, toiletries, fresh towels, hot & cold water in bathroom, every days new paper. Hotel has own resturant and banquate hall as well, though I have not used those.

First of all location is very nice where u can get Hazratgunj market very near or get to the Kaiserbagh very quickly. Various Chikan shops are available nearby where u can get lots of good products in affordable prices. Service is a bit slow but not that bad as we have expected reading some reviews. Rooms are not quite spacious but 2 persons can stay comfortably. Bathroom is also small but it is very neat & clean. Buffet breakfast which they serve has lots of items.u can get numerous good Mughlai cuisines resto near hotel. some issue to hotel approach due to metro work road diversion , but it is ok

Positives about The Maple Leaf : 1 location is very good. If you are a non veg lover there is a non veg point adjacent to The Maple Leaf . If you want to shop Hazrat ganj and Janpath is very near . Bada Inam bara the heritage site is 5 km away. 2 It is certainly value for money and reasonably well maintained hotel. Points which The Maple Leaf should look into : 1 Small things like the shower in Room no 101 needed repairing. Small things but important nevertheless.

neat and clean, room ambience is good for solo travelers,family of 2 children can also stay, cannot accommodate bigger family, will require multiple rooms, room service bit late but good, but a bit costly on nonveg items, not much option on menu for vegetarians, liked it's location, only walking distance from nearest metro, k.d. singh babu metro station.taxi service available for airport and railway station. ample parking space available for Pvt cars.

The Maple Leaf is in main Hazratganj a stone throw away from Stadium metro station.. Having amazing and polite staff.. In and around The Maple Leaf are some amazing eating joints.. Making The Maple Leaf and it's surroundings a foodies paradise.. Bathroom was clean.. Bed was comfortable AC was excellent.. No regrets for booking this one.. Kudos to Maple Leaf Close proximity to the metro station and its market

Stayed for a week...Checked in on Monday... Checked out on Friday...Was sitting and relaxing a bit on sofa at lobby with eyes closed due to late train timings, was told by person on reception not to close eyes as would be watched in CCTV...means you can't even relax your eyes on sofa in lobby... first strange experience in any hotel so far... otherwise had a nice stay, food and services all over.

Amazing hotel at an amazing location. The best of food joints are right next to The Maple Leaf. Its well connected, so transportation is not to worry about, the metro is a 5 min walk too. The room was amazing and staff was very helpful. If you are vising with family or friends or even alone for touristy things, stay here as its centrally located from sightseeing points and in the food hub.

... I am a Budget Hotel lover and I had booked a Hotel named The Maple Leaf in Lucknow which is so good as it is inside the city and they have so many facilities like Restaurants, Loundary . The room I booked was the Club Room which was beautiful .. with breakfast which is amazing again .. Superb time we had and also loved the food this Hotel I came to know as I went to from my friends.

Nice Peaceful Hotel with good Location..3-4 km from Railway Station.Rooms are little small but comfortable with nice cooling, wifi speed was good.Breakfast spread was good and tasty.They arranged limited breakfast for me at 6 am.Have multiple non veg eating options very near to hotel, including Dastarkhwan, open air and Prem Non Veg..Hazratganj market and Saharaganj is also near.

Centrally Located!!! Well maintained rooms!!! Air conditioning is excellent!!! The Maple Leaf has over 40 rooms out of which most rooms have twin beds!!! i find twin bed not very comfortable thats why i prefer kingsize bed!! However The Maple Leaf has very limited number of King size bed rooms!!! Rest everything is fine!!! Highly recommended for solo travellers!!!

Beautiful place!!! Centrally located!!! Ample parking space!!! Rooms are nice and clean!! Airconditioning is superb!! Quality of food is good!!!Round the clock service (24×7) available on selected items!!! Full marks to The Maple Leaf staff for their hospitality!!! Only thing which is missed in The Maple Leaf is a Swimming pool!!! Value for money!!!

The stay was good. Though it came to me as a surprise that the tariff of deluxe and executive rooms are based only on the interiors of the rooms. The size of the rooms is same. The bathroom size is something which is not upto mark. Except that everything in The Maple Leaf is quite good. The food is good. So is the cleanliness, services etc.

The washroom was pretty small. For the amount you pay they could have given you more. Don't get me wrong, the stay was good. But value for money factor could have been better. Service was ok. For one request i had to remind them, probably because it was pretty late in the night. The newspaper request was fulfilled very briskly though.

Hotel is quite decent to stay, welcoming environment, rooms are clean, staff is co-operative and are ready to resolve tour issues, quite close to open air restaurant and delicious food nearby, Veg Food also available and for Non-veg lovers it is the best place. Authentic Lucknowi and Awadhi Food available

Hotel is good, located near lot many eating joints and KD Singh Babu Metro Stn. Excellent price for Non Breakfast/ Lunch accommodation rooms. A grill should be provided in the wooden cabinet housing the Mini Fridge for ventilation. Discount for in-house Breakfast Lunch Dinner for GST Paying Companies.

stay was very good and service was fine. however the bedsheets were used and not found changed at the time of check inn.secondly the staff do mot change the bed sheets daily and changed on my repeated instructions after 3 days.rest was good. situated in the heart of city and nearest to my work place.

I have stayed in this hotel earlier also but this time I had a problem with the room 1. Handshower holder was broken 2. AC stopped working. The maintenance staff worked very hard for about 1 hour and then changed my room at about 1.30 in the night. They should have checked the room before giving

Stay was very good. Hotel is very neat and clean. Bathroom is very clean and clear. Room service is also very much satisfactory. Food quality is good in bafy breakfast hotel have number of variety and choices. Location is very suitable and it situated in heart of city and hotel is value for money.

- Great hotel at a reasonable distance from the metro station. - The amenities are great and the staff is soft-spoken. - The room was extremely clean and tidy. - Also, there are many eateries in The Maple Leaf lane, so one can try different cuisines if he wants to explore. Would recommend.
