The Park Hyderabad

THE PARK, HYDERABAD! remember this name as this is the best hotel in Hyderabad in all my stays! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy I found this place. I will start from check in, Ms. Priya GSA at the Front Desk in no time she completed the check in process and handed over the Room Key 8035 explaining the inclusions of my package so clearly. Later Ms. Kavitha & Ms. Sonam obliged my late check out request and they were so polite which impressed me, All of the people are professional, friendly, incredibly helpful, generous with their time and advice. But I could like to mention specially the front office Assistants Priya, Kavitha & Sonam who were very much impressed by their unique and amazing guest services in each and every aspect. Simply Superb!. They truly went above and beyond their already impeccable level of service and I cannot wait to return during my next trip to The Park! Later the FO Duty Manager Mr. Inayat who have sent off us with all smile and wishes. We felt special from the beginning to the end. Its really like they thought of everything to please your stay! Now about the room, it was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love they pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower and bath tub super clean. At the Verandah Restaurant,Abilash and team were very helpful in fulfilling our food request that I had and worked to figure out the best option for the food items among the wide spread Buffet. It was a huge spread of buffet with interesting mix of cuisines. We had our dinner and breakfast at the buffet. Finally we were so happy with our stay and was very sad to leave! Overall I had a best stay ever in Hyderabad!!! and definitely will back there and will recommend this peace of heaven in central Hyderabad to everyone!!:) THANK YOU THE PARK HYDERABAD!:)

On front end, a nice 5-star hotel at affordable price. The rating what I have given here is mainly comparing with other similar 5-star hotels. The main highlight is the location. Situated next to Necklace road railway station with a view of Hussain Sagar lake. The size of the normal room is quite big enough for two well maintained. You will get the 5-star feel the moment you enter the security gate. Everything seems to be more professional but reception staff looks to be very young (which is good from the other end) and required bit of experience in delighting the customer. Service quality is also good but not to the mart when compared with other 5-star hotels (that's why 4-stars). There are 3-4 different restaurants inside The Park Hyderabad which offers you the multiple cuisines. We had a quite bad experience with verandah restaurant regarding the food part but I really appreciate the way the manager treated us after that. He was ready to offer anything on the return, He waited in front of our room until our return to The Park Hyderabad in the night just to apologize for the mistake happened from them. Next day morning he has offered us with a complementary breakfast and a box full of Donnet & other cakes. There is a list of amenities, gym, meeting room, spa, swimming pool, massage center, etc.. but one thing which looks to me very strange is the swimming pool. I have never seen anyone using the swimming pool in my two days stay. When I checked with the reception guy, he told "it is under cleaning, you can use it after 30 mins". But I didn't see anyone cleaning the swimming pool. Actually I have had to catch the flight same evening so I didn't make it after 30 mins. Overall it was a pleasant stay at The Park hotel and strongly recommend for the couple, business & family.

Hotel per se is a 5* property. Rooms were big but a bit dated Service of staff was undoubtedly Top Class. During breakfast the staff were super caring and efficient. Anusha and Rahaman were super alert during breakfast. Aish restaurant in The Park Hyderabad is so famous in Hyderabad. But we tried their Subz Hakeem... It was to be avoided at all costs. More of a baigan Ka bharta with Kathal. Sorry about it. Location was not the best. Even though we got the Lake view rooms there was no easy way to reach the Lake. You need to cross the rail platform across The Park Hyderabad to reach the Lake side road. Which was a deterrent and not very practical. Hotel didn't allow outside food so it was not possible to order online. And there were hardly any good restaurants close by. The only option left was to use the in house dining That made it really difficult and inconvenient. The lifts were another issue here. Reception being on the 3rd floor one needed to reach the 3rd floor then walk a bit to get to the room lifts. Not convenient again. Hotel sure must be having their reasons for this setup but for the guest it was added effort. About 5 types of tea bags plus coffee pouches were there with the tea maker in the room. A tea lover's delight! And they gave ample supply of complimentary water bottles daily. Very convenient. The bathrooms were very nicely designed so that the toilet was at the entrance only. Tub was too huge. Could not afford to waste so much of water... One issue about the toilets. No toilet showers in India?

1st of all many Thanks to Front desk Mona, Reservation desk Utsab & Most importantly Travel Desk ...many thanks to Mr.Arshad ! We family, booked 3 Nights stay. As a tourist, we always go by time, & time table or day wise plan is already decided. Less time & more to explore ! That's what exactly happened to us, in the morning we found that the basin tap was broken ( very shocked), basin was leaking as a result floor became wet & Slippery. plumber came & repaired, but half day till 1.30 almost waisted. Valuable 4 hours. By the time we reached Golconda a fort it was already 4pm ( after lunch at Four seasons & travel time ).... Tea kettle was stinking Horriblely...... after complaining they replaced.... after my Feedback ..... things started falling on places.... everything became very smooth.... My Next 2 days was absolutely beautiful !! Hotel staff Is every courteous ! Mr.Arshad is very good Person & tour guide... Hotel is quite Good & mid location !!! one can reach easily to Monuments. There Aish Restaurant provides Amazing Food. Haleem was absolutely Tasty !!!! 100 marks...!!!

This is a relatively old structure, the rooms the amenities are all well planned and at par with a 4 star hotel. But, it requires a bit of maintenance. The details in keeping the rooms spic n span is somehow deficient. On the face of it there is nothing to complain about. But, when you look closely you see deficiencies in maintenance. Like the stains of hard water on the taps, dirt trapped in the corners of the bathroom floor, etc. This doesn't mean that I do not recommend this hotel. I have highlighted the smaller deficiencies out here. Now for the good part, the staff is very courteous and helpful. Not the best of trained, one may see that most of them are interns/trainees, but the intent is definitely there. And before I end, this hotel has one of the best breakfast spreads I have seen. At par with any big names like The Lalit. Taj. Marriott, etc. The quality and taste of everything was perfect. Full marks to the staff that maintains the catering/restaurant.

We booked The Park Hyderabad for the Year end Holiday trip. We are a family of 3 and were looking for a relaxed holiday experience. The Park Hyderabad provided just the kind of experience that we were expecting. To start with the location of The Park Hyderabad is bang in the center of the city which means you will never be far away from most of the city attractions. We had got a room with a beautiful lake view. The property was neat and clean and well maintained. The daily breakfast that we had was the highlight of our stay. The breakfast spread was huge and the staff was very enthusiastic. Having the breakfast at pool side with a panoramic view of the lake and the city was an experience to be cherished. On the amenities side there was nothing much to be done. Unfortunately the pool was not operational which was a big let down specially for my Kid who was looking forward to some swimming sessions with me. All in all it was a great stay.

Excellent service and staff were the highlights. Stacy from FO Lalith from food and beverage services and Jithendra from concierge were very helpful. Others too were very cooperative and importantly all of them had a smile on their faces, We spent an evening in an outlet near the pool. There was a band and the snacks that we ordered were tasty. Though not moderately priced ,they had some offers. And that reminds me to mention a very important thing. You need to mention and insist about any offer that you might have seen. Sometimes people conveniently forget about the offers. The room which I stayed was good but the bathroom design was very unusual. Don't know why they had two tiny cubicles for the shower and the western commode. And that too with doors . Such a waste of Tm space . And no health faucets . Well if you are an Indian traveller , then it is not very comfortable when there is no health faucets.

Firstly, a very good property in city and near to many places in hyderabad. Staff is good, always ready to help you at a pace (the only disappointing thing is room service speed is only till evening after then you have to wait till next day). Cleanliness is at its par. Rooms are good not over spaced. Regarding food: Breakfast is the best thing. Staff there is always on toes to help you out and serve hot food. Italian food is not that good. Pizza is a must try as they have a thin crust option. Check in check out is hassel free. They are ready to upgrade you if available. A very warf and cozy in room atmosphere for couples. Pool is clean but a bit small. Pub experience was a bit scary as the invited us for an evening bash organised by hotel. Everything was going well but suddenly cops arrived and start taking video of party and party was closed. Overall a nice experience of 3 days.

Very welcoming hotel in the heart of the city. The first impression of the lobby, the rooms and the common areas are impressive. The size of the room itself is breathtaking, as is the bathroom and the huge full wall windows. The morning breakfast was never ending with amazing variety in all kinds of foods. The staff was also extremely helpful, extending themselves as much as they possibly could, to accommodate my requests - from a ate check out, to assistance in conducting my official meetings in The Park Hyderabad premises. Always smiling, always with a ready helping hand - kudos to the Front office and housekeeping teams. The only area of improvement is the maintenance of the rooms - there were corners where paint was peeling off, and saw a few dusty corners in the common areas. But that is not a deterrent to my visiting them again the nest time I am in Hyderabad.

The Park Hyderabad is offering just awesome standards in The Park Hyderabad.Even you can happily upgrade your room anytime according to the availability.Thanks to front desk Neeta Easy check-in process no need to wait.This time I got an awesome panoramic view suite room which was spacious ..The room was speak and span.I just loved this hotel not only for the service provided also for the humble staff especially the housekeeping staff.Mr Abhinab the housekeeping manager is just doing a fabulous job...keep up the teamwork.I also order food from the room service.which was served in a very quick span of time and the food was delicious.The park has become my second home.The front desk team was also very helpful also i can see some good new towels in room .

A Home between 2 home. We were shifting to a new home and we had a gap of five days in between vacating our earlier place and moving to a new home. As we were club members at delhi The Park Hotels and familiar with the team, requested reservation team to help us with a reservation for two luxury room for 4 nights. The staywas very comfortable and the place was done up with all amenities on a luxurious level. Breakfast was very elaborate and team was excellent. On the top restaurant director Gaurav chaudhary took utmost care. We wished the stay was a bit longer than the five nights we stayed at The Park Hyderabad. Convenient location in the heart of the city, most luxurious hotel in the city with an excellent and ever caring team.

The integrity and customer loyalty of this hotel is amazing. I checked out from hotel and i forgot my apple 16" laptop which costs around 2lacs on the table of restaurant. I found that laptop to be lost after around 6 hours when i was on desk of security checkin at airport. I immediately called the reception who asked some basic questions to confirm my identity and she confirmed that laptop is with them. The hospitality and food is amazing. The evening music was really nice. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who visit hydrabad. The quick checkins without filling any unnecessary forms, arrangements of some food for my guest for my meeting... these little things pushed me to write this review.

The Park Hyderabad is at one of the best locations in Hyderabad. The external is one of the most appealing i have seen in India. Very Sporty. But, unfortunately, the interior is not very well maintained. The walls have dampness. The bathtub of the room i was in Room No. 4002 was leaking. The extra bed provided was a mattress without a cot. the blanket provided with extra bed was below average. The breakfast closing time was 10.30 am. We reached at 10.35 and the people were not courteous enough to offer breakfast. (although a couple of slices of toast was offered.) Having said that the location is superb, the rooms are pretty good, and Goibibo rates it is definitely Worth it. The Disc is rocking.

overall it was good stay. perfect cleanliness and spacious luxury rooms. Food is really good. The shopping area at the bottom is really nice. You can walk out near to rajbhavan from this place.rooms are spacious along with bathroom.neat and clean place.room service is awesome.the ambience and environment is completely royal.overall the family stay was excellent.Rooms are big, you can easily view hussain sagar from your room.Lake is at walkable distance.spacious room & conference roomThe room service is excellent along with housekeeping.keeping in mind with salon & spa service.easily commutable within city.located at the centre, so you can easily reach from main places.

Hi All The Park is one place to live in and enjoy . Awesome ambiance, Great atmosphere, Amazing view if you take the Lake view room . But i would personally say Go for "Residential Suit" its one great accommodation. Most and Very Imp . The staff is really courteous and very helpful. The are well mannered and well behaved. All time quick service. Also the Manager Mr Gautam. This person is has helped in keeping our interest for the particular event and supporting us with the best offers . Thank you Gautam and guys The Park is really the best of its kind.Great Place with Great Staff and Awesome Manager !! Will be delighted to come Back again !!!!1:)

Rooms are spacious and neat except old torn and worn out dirty curtains. Wet shower room has no glass doors where waters flows into main bathroom- not up to 5 start standards. Restaurant staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive towards kids esp willders. Swimming pool needs protection from pigeon poo’s. Multi gym station needs replacing , old and non functional. Only one room key is issued per room hence difficult to access for people at different times . Overall a beautiful big hotel but needs lot of improvement to come to 5 star standards . Hope Management would seriously look into these points to rise up the standards to next level .

We went for a leisure stay on 26th jan and had an early checkin. Here i appreciate The Park Hyderabad staff for providing this convenience of early check in. But The Park Hyderabad was crowded and lot of disturbance in the room of outside voices. When we ordered the lunch, the in room dining assured us biryani would be sufficient for two people however it was not enough. The one more disappointing thing was the in room dining staff troubled us thrice for the payment of food as debit card machine was not working. If you prefer it for leisure stay then it might not fulfll expectations as it couldnt mine.

First of all...this is "The Park" which is well maintained and chicken Hotel. This is a five star property certainly. The pool is closed temporarily, but it doesn't really bother me. the mini bar is empty. but the staff told they can fill it if I wanted which seems a bit unusual. The shower, bath amenities are good and wonderful. The WiFi speed is excellent and I have watched movies on YouTube as well without buffering. I would certainly recommend this for everyone be it be business, leisure or vacation. I was told that the Pub and Discotheque are excellent although I did have chance to visit.

First off , I loved The Park Hyderabad. The lobby is in the 3rd floor over-viewing the lake, that was a sight! What i did love more was the room , very futuristic looking rooms , with huge , i mean huge TV's and shades instead of walls . Bathroom has nice a nice big tub and was pleasant to use. Overall I loved my stay here. Will be staying here again , just make sure to bring a CC , since they might expect you to may upto 3000 RS or keep your CC in their records, which is pretty normal for top class hotels to do. No worries, they will be refunding it or returning your CC while you check out.

Lake view room is superb for those who love nature. Once room selected changing is a challenge as mostly their rooms r full so warning for couples don't compromise on choosing room which has 2 single beds n they will join them as d gap in d two bedding will give pain to one of d person. Otherwise this hotel is just d best place to stay in Hyderabad. Don't forget to choose Breakfast as they serve Royal one and Manager Amit n his team members Kishan n many others will do d best to satisfy you.
