The Peak Resorts

I had a 2 Nights Stay at The Peak Resorts with my family. I just want to start with the words... Awsome Experience... !! I am pleased and have already recommended it to couple of my friends who also made their stay and enjoyed it and now I am here writing my review. The Peak Resorts is located at a hill top which gives a good scenic valley view and has a very quite surrounding. There is plenty of space for the kids to play around in the lawn. They also have indoor games setup in a room. Reception and Dining Staff Experience(5/5) =================================== The staff's are well behaved and very kind. I have a 1 Yr old son and they took him into consideration and gave us free complimentary milk for my son in a flask both in the morning and at night for both days. I was very much pleased with it.. They also asked if we would require specific food for our son like smashed dal/curd rice which they were ready to prepare.. They provide complementary buffet breakfast which was good both in quality and taste. They had different menu each day and Only items we found repeating were the idly and boiled egg. but overall it was a good satisfying breakfast for us. Room cleanliness(4/5) ================== The rooms were very clean and tidy. We booked a Deluxe room and got an option to pick our own room from their available list in Deluxe category. Just one suggestion to management (for guests who stay more than a day, kindly take the initiative request if they need their room to be cleaned atleast once per day and if they need laundry service coz most guests tend to forget it in their busy schedule of sight seeing).

Very nice and pleasant stay at the resort. Resort is at a very nice location. An awesome place for a weekend getaway and spend some soothing time with friends away from the commotion of the rest of the world down below. Combined with the ambience and chill of the refreshing weather, the prompt and efficient service obtained is definitely praiseworthy. We booked two deluxe rooms. The staff provided us sun-facing rooms which were not directly overlooking the valley. Initially, we thought that it was a wrong choice of rooms and were intending to shift to the valley-facing rooms. However, we didn't have to regret our choice for long. It turned out to be an excellent choice enjoying the warmth and cozy feeling of the sun in the air. The weather is initially sunny(for 2-3 hours in the morning), and changes to cloudy, rainy and chilly for the rest of the day. Hence I would certainly recommend the choice of the sun-facing rooms instead. The cleanliness of the rooms and lawn is worth mentioning. Room-service was pretty good. Food served at the restaurant was OK. Rice items tasted nice. However, the cooked chappatis and vegetables need some improvement. Have mentioned the same as a review comment. The restaurant guys were cordial and very co-operative. We didn't have to complain at all and overall, our experience was great and we had a splendid time around!

As the name suggests, The Peak Resorts are located in peaks... The view is breath-taking from here. Ambiance is great. Away from city pollution. Staffs are nice and humble. Food is ok-ok, not so great. Rooms are good but not the best as per their cost. I think, the cost is not for the room but for the location of the resorts. Worth spending though. Some basic bathroom utilities were missing such as shaving/dental/soap kit. I have stayed in three kind of rooms here, namely, Deluxe Suite, Queen Suite, Royal Room. I liked the view of Deluxe/Deluxe Suite rooms best [located at the entry row of the resort]. Secondly, Queen Suite was spacious, cozy with good window view and a big TV. Royal Room was not exceptional, good but not so good.

Resort had beautiful location loved the ambience and staff were polite.resturant food was good breakfast didn't had ample of options but it was decent.just felt that at restaurant if staffs would have been more active and promt then I would have enjoyed more.Rooms should have a little more space because it's a bit small will not be enough for 3 people.hot and cold water facility was applied to some limited hours so if u travelling With kids you should confirm the same first.rest all ok enjoyed tea and French fries in cold weather at their garden area .nice stay 😎😘

Hotel is good only problem is u have to eat in hotel restaurant only because as the name suggests peak resort so this hotel is far from kodaikenal bus stand approximately 3 km and they don't provide pick and drop facility like other so many hotel provide in kodaikenal and room were small But location of hotel was very good staff was very welcoming restaurant food was good hotel cleaning was very good it was beautiful in night they made some swings as well which u will like overall experience of this hotel was very good

Amazing place to stay.. Nice clean rooms... Friendly and helpful staff..Best in class food..a peaceful place to stay away from all sounds and traffic in kodai town..as the caption for resort says: luxury in hills.. The resort staff are soo dam helpful that they did their best to do what we asked .. Had few issues with flight and they extended the stay even if they had many bookings for rooms... Would recommend this resort to my fends and family for sure and will not stay anywhere else in kodai next time I visit

I travelled with family. Very nice resort. Resort at top with good location. nice hill view, easy to commute to near by tourist places. Best : location, staff, service and food staff and service is just to good. Rooms are small, this is the only thing I didn't like much. I ordered veg food for family. very good food. breakfast is complement and has very good options. hot water available 6am-10am, 6pm - 10pm kids playing area, easily spend 2 hours. good for family. I Will recommend the peak resorts.

Comparatevely good hotel in kodaikanal.best choice for family .tastey food. Having a very good garden with lot of flowers. Professionaly managed.As its name indicates the resort situated in a peak. More than two roads leads to this resort.One road indicates buy google map is narrow , steep,and full of gutters.So those who coming their own vehicles ask The Peak Resorts and enquire about how to reach. Good ambience both in room and restaurent.garden and childrens play area.

Away from the hustle bustle of the town, The Peak Resort is a perfect choice for a refreshing experience one hopes for in a place like Kodaikanal. You'd wake up to the sound of birds chirping, an amazing view from the room and the right taste of coffee(on request). I found the manager, the travel desk head and the restaurateur to be very welcoming and hospitable, thus guaranteeing you a memorable stay.

Hotel location is very good. But needs own vehicle. Deluxe room is bit small. I have booked through Goibibo and was given check out time as 12:00 pm. But the resort management asked me to vacate by 9:00 am. Then I have called Goibibo and explained the situation, and Goibibo called the resort and settled down the things immediately. Thank Goibibo for the quick response :-) :-)

Exotic location which will be a good relaxation amidst our stress...food was not so great but decent...some staff except in reception were very helpful and courteous...but beware of the check out time as they insist on 9 :00 am check out...a cab is a must gir sight seeing from The Peak Resorts as it is off town...overall a pleasant stay...

I stayed here from 11th to 14th April, Its nice place to stay, It is located in a peak Place so you will get good view. What best part is the staff of the resort make it better place, Nice food and good staff Special thanks to Canteen staff and specially Mr. Kumaran, who always served with smile I would like to visit some time again

We had spent a pleasant moment during our stay at peak resorts. Really the best place to stay in kodaikanal. Also the approach of all the staff, their services and infrastructure are very good. I strongly recommend to stay for a couple of days to relax your stresses.

Awesome view from Room.Rooms are clean and neat.The only cons of this room is small in size.But a happy space for 2members.Food is awesome.Gopinath in reception was really helpful by informing a lot about local sightseeing.PLZ ADD IDLI AND DOSAI AT NIGHT DINNER MENU.

My stay at the peak resorts was a pleasant experience with Many joyful memories.Hotel itself is located on a hill top which is good for scenery apart from that it has a hotel which supplies good quality food and rooms are also worthy for money spent .

every thing was fine, but worst part is that the driver also handling the reception, who don't know how to talk to the guest and we felt the rudeness at the time of check out.Besides, need some more cleanliness in the room.

Good clean place. Value for money. Two things. 1. Room service needs improvement . Had to repeat requests for hot drinking water. One of the lunch orders were forgotten. Request to clean room forgotten. 2. TV reception poor.

I had an amazing experience with my stay in Kodaikanal. The booking was quick & the property was really good and worthy to live in. I would recommend Ibibo's tie up with such great stays. Worth the money and standard. Happy!

Very good place to stay. Clean and decent. Rooms are little small but, all other things are good. The best part is the location of the resort. Food is also decent. Good and prompt room service. Great staff. Reasonable price.

Breathtaking location and view being situated at the highest point of kodai..food n service were excellent..stayed there with a bunch of friends for a conference..but i feel its more a perfect honeymoon destination
