The Platinum Hotel

Strategically located hotel with courteous staff and good, clean spacious rooms. Facilities are very good. Food is only Veg so I had to order Non-Veg from outside (I being a Non-Vegetarian). Except this the food is good. Buffet breakfast has lots of choices and is tasty. Special mention for courteous and helpful staff like Lanu in room service and Abdul at the reception. A perfect hotel for families as well as business travellers. Located on the main road, Lots of shops and showrooms around along with lots of restaurants. A perfect experience. Lots of sightseeing places nearby.

Overall experience was good. I stayed there for 2 days, on first day I reached quite late and I was not satisfied with the room they provided, there was noise around and also some fixtures were broken. I asked to give me another room, which they were able to provide early morning. Overall service quality, response, cleaniness was quite good. Breakfast was Ok, not that great. Room size was big. Hotel location was easily accessible.

It was my parents anniversary,so they went to hyderabad to celebrate along with my son.and they just loved The Platinum Hotel..superb room service..staff their is so supportive and helpful.in just one hour they become friends of my son..now whenever we ll plan for hyderabad we ll surely choose plati num hotel for stay..awesome rooms,quick room service,cleanliness these are the qualities of hotel.

Rooms were spacious, well ventilated, clean and neat. Front desk people were very courteous, their room service and response was very quick. We ordered coffee and it was excellent. Overall the stay was good. Just one point to note for staff - The beds can be cleaned a little better than what it was...this was the only thing which was not upto expectation and rest all was good and satisfactory.

There was no problem with The Platinum Hotel and stay but the only problem which I faced was I booked 6 rooms but at the time of checkin the had given only 5 rooms beacuse they told your booking is showing only 5 rooms because of their slow server issues...service was not upto mark in this concern and rest food was great, rooms were clean enough, location was convenient..

although it was really good and peaceful experience I had with platinum hotel ..the location of hotel is really in between all needed side .where u can go for shopping easily and view sites too....staff is too good all over hospitality was awesome...I will b glad if I'll come again Hyderabad I would love to take platinum again no regret am happy ..thanks platinum ❤

Totally value for money, it is one of the best hotel in Hyderabad on that range. Service quality was good . The good thing about The Platinum Hotel is that The Platinum Hotel is well maintain and the house keeping is very much active. The food was also awesome. Location is very good well connected to the market place.No issue regarding check in and check out.

Location of hotel is nice and the view from hotel window was good. Liked this hotel because room was quite spacious and linen were quite clean. Also the bathroom was clean and they had a bath tub. Only problem with bath tub was there that one day water was coming and next day water issue for bath tub occurred.

stayed as part of wedding guest and later on on our own. place is fabulous and well connected to city by all means of transport. Had breakfast at hotel for two days it's lumptuous . Room service by staff is impeccable. Being a business hotel ,their service was prompt . would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Very Cooperative Staff ,Pleasant say Without any disturbance in Decent location. Little bit presentation required in Breakfast serving Area ( For example-, Flakes Dispenser,Some Flower pots ,Some Designer Crockery, Used Glasses Should not kept in same place) and its Done.... :-) Overall Value of Money.

This is the second time I'm staying in this hotel. Still the same complaint which I said in my previous visit not clearing the previous occupants toilet soap persists. There's some communication gap happening to our requests. Otherwise locality is good, courteous staff. Breakfast needs some improvement.

Amazing stay in hyderabad.. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels changed daily and toiletries were replenished daily. Best in service. Rooms were big and had sprawling space to relax. Bathroom was equally spacious. Buffet breakfast provided had wide range of menu to choose from. Satisfied with my stay.

To stay in Hotel Platinum is always a good experience for me. It's a second home for me in Hyderabad. All front office and back office staff is very good and with the sense of humour. I will recomond for this hotel to all travellers as solo or with family. Thanks to all team Hotel Platinum.

Hotel is good and the restaurant food is also value for money. The only thing I didn't like is the way of speaking of the receptionist. The receptionist should welcome the customers in a warm manner. He was like a serious person with no expression on face. Overally everything was good.

I happen to stay for about 4-5 days. Stay pleasant. Location excellent. Clean and neat maintained. Value for money compared to other hotels of same category. Was given free upgrade from Executive Room to Deluxe Room for last two days. Amongst online sites - goibibo offers best rates;

hotel platinum is situated good location in hyderabad near hussein sagar also lumbini park & ntr garden rooms are cleaned ac working properly bathrooms are too good ,reception and all staff are very expensive & good behavior all most we are very happy staying The Platinum Hotel

room is so good but they are not giving adjustment in providing complimentary water bottles. they are giving small water bottles two but if we ask any extra water bottles they are giving big water bottles charge of RS.40 there is everything charge by 10 rupees extra

Amazing place to stay. Worth the money. When I book it online, I pay half the cost. It's always cheaper online. goibibo also gave me a coupon so it worked out pretty well. Staff is very polite, I got what I want at The Platinum Hotel. The breakfast was good too

I'm not so happy this time, because they weren't able to provide wifi. I do understand if there is any technical issue, but as per platinum standards they should solve the issue rapidly. but they failed to do that. Apart from that everything is good as usual.

Stay was good. The rooms were clean and sanitised. Good Space and looked posh. The staffs were friendly and the service was good. Only let go was that the phone in the room was not working as well as the cable. The wifi was also slow. Overall good stay
