Check In: Smooth. No worries at all. Check Out: Again, very well done. No worries here either Rooms: Well maintained. Excellent clean rooms. The TV has all the channels you'll ever need. There is a small fridge too. The bathrooms are spacious and they provide fresh towels every day. However, you may need to remind them to get new toiletries if few of the items, that they provide, get over. Also, there was some issue with hot water throughout the stay. Strangely, the air-conditioning control panel is set in bathroom. However, the rooms totally lack any kind of ventilation. So if you or one of your family members is asthmatic, DO NOT stay in this hotel. Also, in hindsight, as a parent I should NOT have booked this hotel because this hotel is NOT child friendly, in terms there is nothing for a child to do -- NO play ground, NO swimming pool, No nothing. This is a perfect 10/10 business hotel for short business conferences/meetings. Families MUST strictly stay away. Breakfast: DO NOT buy. Opt for rooms only. As I mentioned to the HOD of Purple Leaf (Mr Jayaram) that the breakfast was nothing but a Chinese Torture of sorts. Every day they serve the same **** items in the breakfast buffet. Imagine eating the same breakfast everyday! I was sick and tired of half cooked dosas, saltless idlis, and lifeless sambhars. Lunch & Dinner: TOP quality food. We tasted all the best items from their menu and absolutely loved their Andhra Cuisine. There is something for everybody in the menu right from Chinese to Indian and Regional delicacy to specialized items. What’s more, they even have a fantastic ice cream parlor "Oh So Stoned" for people with sweet tooth. The quality of the ice cream was out of this world. I need to give special mention to the chefs who were very kind and considerate to accommodate some of our requests as our daughter was feeling home sick on many occasions and required specific foods. Million thanks for accommodating our requests.

Hotel Purple Leaf is one of the best hotels in and around karkhana area at Secunderabad I chose this over **** as hotel purple leaf is very well maintained It has valet parking for four wheelers and ample space for two wheeler parking as well Rooms are done very well with modern fittings and finish it has a mini fridge centrally air conditioned modern bathroom fittings and they also provide an electrical kettle to make tea and coffee in the room Has a good Wi-Fi connection Dining area is very nice.. breakfast is an option you can choose at the time of booking the room Room service and staff members are highly courteous and customer centric Hotel purple leaf is doing a good job so it needs to maintain its standards and take it to the next level Room charges per night are reasonable given the comfort level and the luxury you enjoy so it is totally justified however I would not recommend this to someone who is on a tight budget

I Stayed in Hotel on Dec 08, 2015 for the first time, i booked my room via goibibo on the behalf of Reviews & ratings. My overall Experience with The Purple Leaf Hotel was good. 1. Value for Money: I got best deal from goibibo, so it was value for money for me, but on direct reservations, tarrifs are under the bar. 2. Location: This was the only thing that doesn't suits to Hotel status, The Purple Leaf Hotel is located on the main road so closed, that on Hotel Entry gate, you will feel like you are standing on the bus stop. Closed to the Secundrabad Railway station (approx. 3Kms) but far from Airport. 3. Service Quality : Service Quality was good (as how much i availed ;-)) 4. Food & Drinks: I had complimentary Breakfast (buffet), that was nice & tasty, whatever i opt. 5. Amenities: We used Parking, Wi-Fi. 6. Cleanlinesses : The Purple Leaf Hotel was clean and hygienic. The Room was awesome.

DEAR ALL, THIS IS AN EXCELLENT HOTEL IN HYDERABAD (SECUNDERABAD) EXCELLENT ROOMS (BIG SIZE) MORE THEN EXCEPTIONAL FOOD WE GOT A CHANCE TO MEET THE OWNER WHO WAS AN EXCELLENT PERSONALITY, WHO HELPED US OUT OF THE WAY BECAUSE HE KNEW WE HAD KIDS ALONG WITH US FOR LATE CHECK OUT. HE DID MENTION ABOUT CHECKING IF IT WAS AVAILABLE AT THE RECEPTION AND IT WAS. THE RECEPTION PEOPLE WEREN'T THAT FRIENDLY (MAINLY BECAUSE OF THEIR ATTITUDE) OVERALL I HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS IN ALL BECAUSE IT WAS A WONDERFUL STAY WITH FAMILY. I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED IT WITH MY FAMILY AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE TRAVELLING THERE AS THE LOCATION WAS ALSO BRILLIANT. PLEASE NOTE: YOU CAN NOT MISS THE "ÖH SO STONED" INCE CREAM WHICH IS MANAGED BY THE OWNERS WIFE. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT ICE CREAMS. Dear ,stay in The Purple Leaf Hotel was quite satisfactory.rooms were neat and clean.food was delicious but slightly costly by 25-30% compared to market rate. As hotel was far from the market as a choice very few restaurants were came across where by default only purple hotel would be the choice. Hotel staff is not up to the mark.langauge was the major concerned were getting confused at every stage. Data collection and recording at every stage is not proper like consumption of articles in the room, complementary has taken by the same guest or not. Every time we have put the justifications.They also don't know in the today's world of professionalism how to receive /welcome the guest and how to see off but after all stay was quite satisfactory as what I mentioned earlier.atleast once you can or must visit the leaf purple..

Excellent hotel with the price. Unmarried couple have no problem.Friends note that Reception will not ask for marriage certificate. But disappointed by not having swimming pool in amenities and bath tub in bathroom. Apart from that everything is picture perfect. Being very near to main road you will hardly hear a sound out of that which makes feel that your not near to roadside area. Food is also tasty but a touch expensive. Its more than value for money. No disturbance. Kudos to goibibo for making my stay pleasant with very affordable price. Request hotel management to make necessary changes.

The staff were good at service and hospitality . But they were a little stringent when you have guests coming over to visit you. The Purple Leaf Hotel gives you the liberity to bring food from outside if you are not interested in their kitchen . The breakfast buffet is complimentary and had a decent spread of southindian dishes. I felt that English breakfast should be included too. The rooms were pretty decent and clean, but the quality is mediocre. No private smoking zone is provided . overall its one of the best medium budget hotel in secunderabad apart from baseera and taj TriStar .

The Purple Leaf Hotel has recently renovated their restaurant and it seems that they have taken my last negative review quite seriously. Thanks to their perseverance in making their service better, they have succeeded in making my stay worthwhile. I enjoyed having my breakfast at the newly renovated restaurant, which looks cozy rather than empty, which was the case earlier. The room was clean and everything was in place, however the AC wasn't working. But they quickly arranged for a new room and helped me move there. I also really like their ice cream and would highly recommend them.

Overall it was an awesome experience staying in the Purple Leaf Hotel. Location is good.Service quality is excellent with the finest and cooperative staffs. Room was beautiful with proper cleanliness and very good ambience. Food was also really good which made the stay a memorable experience. It was surely value for money (thanks to Goibibo for a good deal). Just a small problem we faced was the bedbugs which i'm sure they'll fix at the earliest. Thanks to Purple leaf for making our stay beautiful. I'll stay again and again in "Purple Leaf" whenever i'll come to hyderabad.

The Purple Leaf Hotel room was very good and awesome. Value for money. There are lot of Pro's like the cleanliness the amenities and value for money. The only problem i found was that there were cold drinks kept in the fridge which i though were complementary and used but while leaving The Purple Leaf Hotel they charged me 60 rs per bottle and hence i paid around 400 rs for cold drinks. They should inform us that they are not complementary and should keep in room only if they are free ( that's why one star less). otherwise rest all were good.

The room as such was clean and big enough but we expected much more in terms of amenities and services. Wifi password wasn't provided immediately or on request-so we didn't bother about it after some time. We had to ask the house keeping for shower products and towels as none were provided initially.The shower isn't strong enough-no hand held shower or bucket-so quite inconvenient.We have been to Purple Leaf before and the experience was much better earlier,hence were slightly disappointed by the latest one.

Everything was fine in The Purple Leaf Hotel. I had visited this hotel with my family for personal trip. The appearance of The Purple Leaf Hotel was fine. There was no delay in check in and checkout at the booking office of The Purple Leaf Hotel. The overall service was good in The Purple Leaf Hotel. The behaviour of the staff's was friendly in The Purple Leaf Hotel. The food and drinks were available in The Purple Leaf Hotel was good. All amenities were available in the room with good working condition.

The reception service was way too degrading. Had to stay only because refund was not possible. The quality of bed was poor. The AC was not working. The linens has stain marks. We asked them for an another room immediately like within 10 minutes after check in, but they refused. Can’t believe we spent for such bad quality. I really want to mention the receptionist here because of his rude attitude and way with the customers. But you know mistakes can happen. Still, save your attitude for someone else!

Cons- No English channels working on tv.. Bathroom exhaust didn’t work..The AC in our room had stopped working.. it was very stuffy.. couldnt call the reception because we left in the morning and came back only at night. PROS- for 2 women travellers the rest of the things are good and value for money.. staff is courteous enough.. breakfast is decent..no shady people in The Purple Leaf Hotel.. if had complained to receptionist about cons they would have taken action but we didn’t have time.

I ve been to this place a couple of times and i must say every time that I had stayed there it was a pleasant trip. The rooms are well maintained , kept clean and neat. Cleanliness I would give them a full 5 star. Food is a little on the expensive side , but taste wise its pretty good. The management and staff treat their customer s with respect . On the whole the place is a good place to stay . I ve never had any hiccups with the place or the staff. Ideal and a wonderful place to stay .

I think The Purple Leaf Hotel team need to be more professional & must me advance in planning. I have informed The Purple Leaf Hotel well in advance that i'll be checking late, keep the room ready. But I experienced TV was not working, they took time to fix it up & even the Wi-Fi details were not provided at the time of check-in. I hade to call up & find out. It's just a suggestion to The Purple Leaf Hotel management for the betterment. Over all it was a good experience...

room ac clean linen and clean bathroom but we had to ask The Purple Leaf Hotel for all basic toiletries like dental kit as nothing was provided and some mattresses and old linen was kept in the lobby which was not a good impression turn out time for housekeeping was a bit long has a valet and covered car parking furniture of The Purple Leaf Hotel is being worn out ac has just on off button (centrally controlled) so get ready to shiver at night good for a night or two stays

The Purple Leaf Hotel was good and clean. The rooms were spacious and was neatly organized. The Purple Leaf Hotel is very near to bus stop and all the amenities are very near by. The super market is just steps away from Hotel and famous sweet shop is near by. The staff was very courteous and very helpful. The only one small issue was, i have booked the room for 3 members and the bath accessories were not provided in the room and there was only one towel all the time.

Got the bookings done in Oct 14 at highly discounted rates. For the value, The Purple Leaf Hotel turned out to be very comfortable with a courteous and ever helpful staff. The quality of the food is also pretty good even though all items as printed in the long menu card may not be available. Moreover, to eat out all famous food chains like KFC, etc are at walking distance. Overall a nice and comfortable stay away from the din of city traffic. Highly recommended.

I stayed there for one night however. I am a frequent traveller, so I was able to compare this stay. I had a wonderful stay. Room was so nice, spacious and comfortable even if you wish to work there was a table. Staff was co-operative and quick at responding. Nice and healthy break fast. Even the food quaulity of dinner was good. I dont know this wifi thing coz I had my own dongle for internet. Except that i gave the ratings which says all.
