There was no kettle and coffee. They also refused to serve food in the room. Though you can eat on the restaurant floor or Rooftop. The room and bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly. The main road is just outside and filled with a lot of places to eat. Hotel The Shivaay - Delight Inn room was clean.

It was nice stay at Hotel The Shivaay - Delight Inn. Rooms and hotel area including balcony and terrace area is nice having good view of nearby Himalayan range. Hotel staff was so supportive and services provided was good.

Hotel The Shivaay - Delight Inn is located just on the main road with easy access. Rooms are really well organised and have all the amenities. The service is too good and the food is amazing too.... I'll stay there again.

Nice and polite attitude of the owner as well as caretaker.Hotel rooms were well cleaned and all the amenities provided were in working condition.All the required tourist points are close to hotel or well connected.

Hotel was good. All amenities were provided as promised. Front desk was very supportive. Room, washroom and other things were good. Location was near to Ram Jhoola takes 15 minutes. My stay was very comfortable.

Nice Hotel nearest to Laxman Jhula, approximately 1.1 km from Ram Jhula,10-15 minutes by walk or 5 minutes by auto.Moreover hotel staff was very helpful and good by nature.
